this is the 2nd time we have been to rosie,s beach house and we would definately return nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle
We have stayed here several times and it’s a favourite of ours, such a lovely lodge. Always clean and well maintained, with lots of extra touches. Not far from the beautiful beach where you can have a good walk into Filey. Great facilities on the complex, including bar and restaurant. Great for Summer and Winter stays. We look forward to coming back.

This was perfect for our four night stay by the beach. The house is well appointed to a good standard. My husband and I had a very comfortable stay with our cockapoo. It’s right opposite the site’s pub, restaurant, chemist and shop. The gym is also close by and very convenient. We didn’t use the pool, so can’t comment on that. I would recommend accommodation.
First stay at skylark and it didn't disappoint, very well equipped, very comfortable and great enclosed front decking for keeping the dog in. Can highly recommend this beach house.
Lovely , comfortable accommodation . Spotless and contained everything needed for relaxing break . Very near to beach and we made use of the lovely pool on site . An excellent holiday and lucky with the weather too . Very near to Filey and did a train trip from Filey to Scarborough for theatre . Found parking at front in Filey no trouble in October . Had a trip to Flamborough head and Bridlington .
We stayed for two night, the place was warm, comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, except for cafeteria (there’s a coffee pod machine, but no pods!) I was very grumpy at having to use sieve and kitchen roll to make my coffee! Also no dishwasher tables, so be warned, take both if you need too! It’s a really easy walk to the beach, but steep, beautiful long sandy beach. I only used the swimming pool which was great, apparently the gym was good too and lovely to have access with the pass provided. I’d definitely go back to Blue Bay.
Sandy Shores is an ideal place for a break, close to the beach and on-site amenities. Ideal for guests with an electric car. Property is very clean and up to date with all the necessary items required to enjoy your stay. Recommend.
Ideally situated for dog walking on the Meadow or Beach, our short break was enhanced by the well appointed, spacious Lodge.Highly recommended
We stayed at Blue moon years ago before it was Blue Moon when the Bay first opened . We loved it so much but as our family grew it was no longer big enough to house everyone ..This time there were only four of us plus dog and we wanted to return to see what it was like now . It is still the same Happy house it was , the decor is just us we immediately felt right at home . From the decor to paintings and soft furnishings and thoughtful touches like books, dvds and toys thete was something for everyone . This was our first time staying at the Bay and we will return. The location and proximity to the beach and coast path was ideal for our needs with our dog. The area was quiet and well kept. We did not use the sites facilities during our stay such as pub, swimming pool etc...but these were only a short walk away. The house was clean and tidy on arrival and felt homely and welcoming. We've just returned from a week starting at Brigg End. We've stayed in 5 different property and this one didn't disappoint. The owners thought of everything. And what a fabulous location! We will be returning very soon.

The property was really good, enjoyed the little extras. Such as hand wash tea towels toilet rolls. Everything that was needed was supplied.
A lovely property, great inside and outside space with lots of thoughtful touches. Great communication from Paula before and after our stay. We have stayed at the Bay on several occasions, and chose this property this time for the level access as one of our party has poor mobility. It turned out to be an excellent pick, we would definitely stay again.

Stayed here before and the house and location are great for family get togethers, however will not return again due to inconsiderate dog owners close by that think it’s ok to leave mess behind where children play. Very disappointed in the standards of the bay as the problem was brought to their attention.
Great family accommodation in a superb location. The Lodge was well equipped and everything worked. All the family enjoyed our stay at Seahorse Lodge. Communications and customer service were excellent. Would come again!
We found Alana Bay very comfortable to stay in, it is well furnished and well equipped with good sized rooms. It was spotlessly clean,and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion to improve the experience would be to perhaps leave some milk, a few dishwasher tablets and maybe kitchen roll as personally I prefer not to have to take everything with me or go shopping as soon as I arrive. Spent a short break in this cottage to explore the Yorkshire coast. The cottage was comfortable, very clean, well maintained and fully equipped for our stay. The only issue we had was with the tv signal but we had read other reviews suggesting you take your own fire stick so not really a huge problem. I think it’s a site wide thing. Otherwise we had no complaints whatsoever and would definitely consider booking again.
Superb location, 5min from beach & all facilities on site. Close to other seaside places & can walk along beach to Filey town. Love everything about the accommodation - feels cosy, comfortable and great holiday vibes. I’m a repeat customer. Recommend.

We had such a great week at this lovely cottage. The cottage was very clean with all the essentials you need on self catering. We also used the windbreak and chairs on the beach that were provided. The beds were very comfortable. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach which was a beautiful walk which ever direction you went. Its a lovely walk to Filey on the beach or on the coastal / ciiff walk. CJs was the best Fish and Chip shop to try in Filey. The pub in site was very poor. We really enjoyed our stay in Prospect Cottage. It is well- placed in a quiet area of the Bay at Filey complex. We loved having our breakfast on the balcony! There is plenty of seating in the living room. One settee is well worn and uncomfortable. In the kitchen every item you needed was there. It was really helpful having aluminium foil and washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets available too. When there was any issues it was easy to contact the First Bay Direct who responded very quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much and loved taking our dog to the beautiful beach.
This was our 4th stay in Sea Urchin beach house which really says everything. It was also the 5th stay on Filey Bay. It has every thing you could possibly want.
We having a wonderful stay at the beautiful Pebble Place in Filey Bay. From the moment we opened the door, we were greeted by a lovely, fresh smell throughout the house. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well looked after. It is also dog-friendly, but you would never know it! There was absolutely no smell of dogs, and both the sofas and carpets were spotlessly clean. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy our stay. Had an excellent Thursday to Thursday break at Bayside. Very nice 'Dartmouth' type property and nicely located near grassland and childrens playground. Property had all that you could ask for very spacious and lovely comfy beds and by far the best showers i had seen in these properties both in terms of layout, power and quality and nice to see aa larger shower in the downstairs bedroom in this type of property. Luna’s Lodge was a wonderful place to stay for a long weekend. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped, in a great location. We’ve stayed on The Bay in an assortment of accommodation and this has been the best so far.
A gorgeous, well maintained lodge with every facility we could possibly need. Even things like condiments in the cupboard and outdoor cushions were included. We came home feeling very refreshed!

We had a lovely 5 night stay here. The views from the balcony are beautiful. Dog friendly apart from the large bedroom downstairs due to light carpets. (which we did find awkward as it was the rear exit to seating area and BBQ on ground floor, which meant having to go out of front door and walk around. Which didn't work with the layout of the property. Still it is a great house in a great locatio with everything you would need.
We have stopped at the Bay many times and have never been disappointed. The Anchor Down is a great property, well laid out and comfy. We did not have much need for interaction, but when we did Paula was very helpful.
