  • Large well-equipped kitchen, dining space and lounge with log burner and bifold doors
  • Upstairs main bedroom with superking bed, TV, balcony with stunning sea view, and ensuite wet room
  • Two further bedrooms - one with kingsize bed, and another with 2 sets of bunk beds ideal for children.
  • Family bathroom with bath and shower over
  • Sleeps up to 10 (max 8 adults) plus infant in a travel cot
  • Parking for 1-2 cars with EV charger, outside patio, BBQ and seating
  • 2 dogs welcome

We enjoyed a last minute get away to Bempton View. Fantastic location, close to great facilities and a short 5 minute walk to the dog friendly beach. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again soon!

We’ve been coming to the bay for years and had started losing faith in the place after staying at other properties (not connected to Filey bay direct) how refreshing it was to turn up to a spotless house, the balcony in particular was so clean! (In previous front row houses it’s been unusable) and the beds were so comfortable! Can’t thank you enough for giving us the best start to our holiday! Great to deal with and can't wait to come again

Excellent home, fantastic location close to beach and all amenities within the resort. Home was very clean, little welcome gift on arrival, pet friendly and spot on for a big family or 2 families to stay. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you from both families for an excellent holiday.

The house is set in a beautiful location with stunning views. The house is bigger than it looks in the photo's. It was well equipped .Very close to all the amenities. We will hopefully return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bempton View, even the terrible rain didn’t spoil it! The house is very well equipped and is near to the beach, which was great when the sun eventually came out

We have stayed many times at the bay and normally find the properties to be of a high standard. However this property is becoming dated and needs a major refresh. Location is great and there are sea views from upstairs master bedroom.
Issues which need addressing:
Stains on carpets and walls
Internal door handles need repairing
Beds are uncomfortable and very noisy
Main bifold door is broken
Upstairs balcony is dirty and needs a deep clean
Garden furniture is low quality for a house of this type and dirty
Overall the property needs investment, a full paint, new flooring and most furniture needs replacing

Thanks for your honest feedback. Following your stay the following have all been done: - carpets cleaned - all internal door handles replaced/secured with pins - Main bed replaced with a new superking bed - downstairs bed replaced with a new king bed - the bifolds were checked and are working fine - balcony and patios jetwashed

Lovely site and lovely property, 2 minute walk to the sites main facilities and a short walk to the beech. Just location to explore the East Yorkshire coast from

Great house for for family Gatherings .The house was spotless and had everything you need .Great location near the beach.The grandchildren loved the swimming which was included in the price.Would definitely like to return.The only downside was we had difficulty with the internet but it didn’t spoil our stay.

Accommodation, spacious, very well equipped and worked very well for a large family group. Good facilities close by.
