Blue bay is in a great location near all facilities on site and a short walk from beach. Clean and modern interior. Well equipped kitchen, although a little short on glass tumblers. This was our second stay, in our party were 6 adults and 2 dogs and we had plenty of space. The outdoor seating area on the decking is such a bonus, very comfortable area to relax in the sun. The customer service is 5 star, any issues are dealt with immediately. The rooms are very bright in a morning, the option to use a blackout blind would be an added bonus for light sleepers. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at the bay but the first in sea air. What a lovely apartment this is, so lovely and comfortable. There is everything you could need here so much so we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back next year.
We have stayed at a number of properties at The Bay (Filey) and Sea Esta cottage did not disappoint. It is welcoming, clean and attractively presented with everything you need. The cottage is suitable for couples and young families and is in a prime location for all the amenities. The manager, Paula, responds promptly if there are any issues, which is very reassuring. We had an enjoyable stay at Sea Esta cottage and can highly recommend it.
Another great stay at Filey Bay, great location near all the amenities, warm and cozy. Nice dog friendly pub on site as well.
We enjoyed another 6 night stay at the Salty Dog beach lodge.. This was our 4th visit and we never tire of the place. Great location with easy access to the beach & great walks along the sand to Filey or beyond.(tides permitting).. The Bay complex is very well maintained, very clean & tidy.. The John Paul Jones bar/restaurant was very friendly warm serving good food & drinks and dog friendly The Salty Dog itself is very comfortable, warm, clean & very well equipped.. We loved our week in the Skylark it is perfect in every way! We booked a week to get away from the fireworks with our dogs. The site was much quieter than back at home. Our dogs were much calmer this year. The House has everything you could possibly need. We had the log burner going every night which was lovely and cosy. Location is great too - close to all facilities. We will definitely be booking to stay at Skylark again. 5* accommodation.
I have stayed at The Bay resort several times but this is my favourite. The quality of the fixtures and furniture is excellent. A very short walk to the beach with plenty of open areas to exercise my dogs.
The three of us, had 4 nights at October 1/2 term at Joes beach house. we had v.stormy weather but still had a great stay. The house is warm, clean, well equipped, the location is in a perfect near the beach, pub and swim pool. We definitely will be returning.
Had a lovely time thank you property spacious ideally situated. Tiny thing no pan and brush we like to do a clean. En suite bathroom cabinet, shower head and shower handle not clean the rest was cleaned well. We loved it thanks
We stayed in Lakeside Retreat in late summer and thoroughly enjoyed it. Even though the weather wasn’t as good we have enjoyed another excellent stay. It’s cosy and warm, we had the wood burning stove on which made it feel lovely. We had good communications from Paula and helpful advice numbers should we have needed them. It’s definitely a place to enjoy anytime of the year.

Very spacious modern beach house. It was really well equipped and cosy which was great as we had a lot of wet weather, but that didn’t spoil it. It was really great access for the facilities and good for our 2 mini dachshunds. thank you
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brigg End View. It was our first family trip with our dog. The proximity to the beach is outstanding and we did lots of walking. The house was cosy and we made full use of the games on offer. So many extra touches that made our visit so easy
This is our 2nd stay in Blue Moon. It is a delightful home in a great position. Great attention to detail, vey spacious inside & out. Plenty of glasses,cutlery & crockery, saves washing up every 5 mins as happens in some other properties that we haved stayed in over many years at The Bay. We will definitely book Blue Moon again. Berry & Mills families with baby & 2 dogs.
Prospect Close was very clean and really comfortable to relax in , a great place to stay in would give it 5 stars , and definitely go back again. This is the second property we have had with Helen loved them both ❤
Lovely family get together at Seahorse Lodge. We have been to the bay before but our first time in Seahorse Lodge. Clean and spacious with everything you need for the weekend.
Spacious, warm and comfortable. We had a family weekend and the layout and 3 bathrooms made the lodge perfect.
We have had the most perfect weekend break in this stunning cottage! Communication beforehand from Paula at Filey Bay Direct was superb with lots of information and details about our stay. Upon arrival the instructions were clear and the cottage easy to locate. We needed two parking spaces and sure enough there was space for both cars. The cottage was warm and welcoming and superbly clean. Everything we needed was provided with lots of little extras in the kitchen which came in really handy. Anchor Down is a nicely situated, very well equipped and furnished house in The Bay Holiday Village. Although we did not use any of the extra facilities on site (except the shop) they seemed to be good. The beds were comfortable, we slept very well, and enjoyed lying in the bath after a strenuous walk. This was the second property we have stayed on at this site, and by far the better of the two. The owner has taken a lot of care to make the house a 'home from home'. We plan to return.
First time staying at 12 Green Close, the property was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Back from a lovely winter short break at Blue Anchor Retreat. Great accommodation in a quiet location. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Lots of winter walks on the beach with the dog and cosy pubs. Would definitely return.
Had the best 4 nights stay in the Mariners. Have stayed here loads and I love it. There is everything you could possibly need. Clean & very comfortable. Slept well in the kingsize bed. My dog Skye loves it here. She loves laying on the decking & snoozing. My only disappointment is the rugs have gone, which makes it a bit tough for an elderly dog who's a bit wobbly. Will be back again.
Location fine , the road off the main complex full of pot holes needs sorting also lots of flies inside the property.

A superb house for a family birthday, after looking at many places this one has it all. It had enough crockery / cooking equipment etc. space & location. The only down side was ( after stripping the beds on leaving) there wasn’t a mattress protector on one bed & on some of the pillows.
The Bay and Seaside Cottage is dog friendly. The dog friendly beach is just a few minutes walk away. The pub, shop, arcade, pharmacy is just a few strides away from the front door and the table tennis table just outside the patio doors. Seaside cottage had a very comfortable king size bed in the main bedroom and 2 comfortable sofas. Perfect for a couple or family.
The second property we have stayed in on the Bay and another excellent property in a wonderful resort. In wonderful condition this is a lovely modern place with everything you would want to make your stay a great one. Slight issue in that it had not been cleaned when we arrived but after a phone call the cleaners arrived in 10 minutes and put everything right. They were apologetic and very friendly. This response was 10/10. Love the Bay resort.
