This is the best accommodation we have stayed in at the Bay and we have stayed at a few. The position on Blue Anchor road was great, it was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Beds and sofa really comfy, all appliances straight forward and easy to use and smart Tv's in lounge and main bedroom. We will definitely be back.
Lovely house got everything you need think the settees voukd do with a update ie making it softer and high back all in all was lovely

We had an amazing stay at Salty Dog. The accommodation was a perfect size for us (2 adults, a toddler and a dog) and was really generously stocked with everything that we needed for a really comfortable stay. Due to the bad weather, we didn’t walk all the way to the beach but it was really easily signposted from the accommodation. Overall a great stay and we will definitely return.
This cottage is the best one we have stopped in at the Bay , The only gripe was getting into the key safe when it was dark , it took over 20 mins to get it opened .
This is the second time we have been in this apartment and it was as good this time as the first time. Its the ideal location for any hops to Bridlington, Filey and Scarborough. We will be back in either the end of this year or in the new year, depending on the weather.
What a find! We wanted a short break for us and our labrador and this was perfect. Spacious, comfortable and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathrooms. A great location on a quiet cul-de-sac close to the amenities and convenient for the beach. We never rebook the same place for a holiday... but we have this time!
Once again a excellent stay here. Very clean and tidy with lots of extra touches. Well situated within the complex. Very warm and cosy , can't wait to return
Caramel cottage is a lovely size for 6 people with parking pretty much on the doorstep. Booking process was simple and instructions received in a timely manner. Log burner not used but imagine it is great when the weather turns colder. Garden area, although not used at this time of year did need attention - shrubs overgrown and quite a lot of weeds in patio. Also, in a communication we were asked to remove all signs/ evidence of dogs before departure , which isn’t a problem in itself but does make you wonder why you pay extra for cleaning if you’ve removed all evidence that they were there...more
A lovely homely beach house, close to amenities and the beach! We had a lovely holiday perfect with kids. Will definitely be returning.
Norman’s Nook was immaculately clean and attractively presented. It was convenient for all the activities you can enjoy at The Bay, including the beautiful beach. We have booked through this company a number of times and their properties do not disappoint. Moreover, the service and communication are excellent.
Having stayed at The Bay before with a large group of friends this was a more personal Christmas escape in a different place but it was marvellous. Small and cosy but with plenty of space to sprawl and relax in the generous living room-kitchen, the Christmas tree was also a delightful touch. A sound few nights of sleep in the comfy master and just 15 mins walk from the beach - exactly what was needed and highly recommended.
Very clean and tidy good location nice area around the lake not too far from the bars and restaurants and shop beach is nice parking at lodge is good all round very satisfied will go again
We loved our stay over new year! A fantastic location on the bay with a fab sea view. The house had everything we needed and was comfortable. Would love to return in the future
My family were able to get three properties all close together for a week in August. Everyone had plenty of space and it was easy to gather together for family meals and. The mums, dads and children walked down to the beach every day. The nearby play park was enjoyed by everyone aswell as the leisure centre for swimming. There were interesting places not too far away in Bridlington and Filey. Everything worked very well. The accommodation was excellent. We were thrilled with this property, it was clean, spacious and cosy. Great facilities and comfy couches to settle down at the end of a day walking the coast. I would book again for sure!
First visit to the beach house, comfortable beds, quiet location and closer to the beach , had use of the pool,and the streaming service on the television was a bonus,will recommend and hopefully return at some stage

This property was just right fit the job! It had everything needed and was clean and well equipped. The lounge and kitchen area were comfortable and well laid out to create maximum space.
We visited Seahorse Lodge for a short say over October half term (it wasn't long enough in this amazing lodge). I would love this lodge as my home. It had everything you could ask for; the kitchen was so well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was lovely and warm, so warm we never even used the lovely log burner (logs and firelighters left for us too). The only other item I would've asked for was an air-fryer as I'm so used to one now, but that's just personal to me. There were games, books and even a set of kiddies toys for the bath. In our opinion, having stayed at Filey Bay in the past; Blue Anchor Road is ideally positioned on the site. A lovely quiet area and the Beach Houses are amazingly warm and comfortable. All facilities are near at hand including tennis, archery and a large size indoor pool which is a real attraction for those who fancy a swim numerous times a day. All areas are kept spotlessly clean. A pass is provided by the owners of the property to allow free use of the pool and spa. The private path to the local sandy beach is a real plus and ideal for dog owners. Perfect holiday retreat. Brigg End View is an attractive, homely and well equipped property with good access to the beach. We appreciated the extra touches such as clear instructions as to how to use the various appliances. As usual, the booking process and communication from Paula were excellent. Highly recommended!
My wife and I together with our 2 children wanted a break at half term. I contacted Paula to see if they had anything available. We have never done air bnb never mind a cabin, but we had a fantastic experience facilitated by great service - would highly recommend. The cabin, lovely and cosy, fully loaded with equipment and furniture. The beach amazing for running, walking or just fun. Definitely go again soon

Prospect Lodge is an outstanding property-beautifully presented, lots of space, fully equipped, extremely comfortable and in a lovely location. As usual, there was excellent support and communication from Paula. Will definitely book this property again!
The house was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Great garden area outside too.
We have stayed at a few different accommodations at The Bay. First time at Lakeside. Really enjoyed looking over the water - including when the other cottages were lit up at night. Had all the things that we would need, including pots/pans etc. Beds very comfortable and showers were good and plenty of hot water. Nice to have its own parking space at the side of the property too. It was a peaceful setting, and we even got to enjoy sitting in the sunshine on the decking, overlooking the lake. Very relaxing week.
We had a lovely stay and thought the location of the property was fantastic. It was also very spacious and I loved the extra touches to make it family friendly, the toys, night light ect. We asked if we could check in early and were kindly accommodated so we could start out trip earlier. The only downside I would say is that it didn’t seem as thought the downstairs had been hoovered when we checked in but we did ask for an early check in last minute so understandable. All in all a lovely stay
Went with son daughter and grandchildren so the house accommodated us all .It was in a good location to visit nearby beaches and seaside towns .The grandchildren enjoyed the swimming pool on the site in all it was an enjoyable stay. Would certainly stay again.

Nice little house. It came with the basic equipment required in the kitchen. Easy access to outside space for dogs, but not fenced off. There were a few Christmas decorations, but a bit more effort could have been made. Felt a little like a random little house in a housing estate rather than a holiday park let, but maybe that was just us. Beach is about a 20 minute walk away, main holiday park facilities a good 5 minutes walk away
Location 100% Very clean and well presented. Had a great time with the family. Just one comment. Bedroom upstairs and one below it downstairs could do with a topper. I would definitely use this accommodation again.

Can highly recommend Sophies Beach House. Very comfortable very clean. The bed was so comfortable. Everything you needed was there. Towels hairdryer iron and ironing board all provided. Home from home. Can't wait to visit again. Didn't want to come home.
We had a perfect stay in this lovely house. A large family dining table and open plan living allowed us to share and enjoy all mealtimes. The bedrooms were of perfect size for all ages. Clean and tidy bathrooms. Every possible appliance or utensil in the kitchen was available. There was outdoor seating with table and chairs, buckets and spades for the beach. Basic supplies were available on arrival and communication about the booking was easy to follow and just lovely. A very roomy property, just what you need for 8 family members. The location is perfect, very near to swimming pool and other amenities. Second time we have stayed here and the addition of a wine fridge is great because the main fridge is only really big enough for food and a few beers. A very enjoyable stay.
