We travel to Chamonix every year at least once, La Coffee is now our firm favourite and this apartment is probably the best balance between price and what you get. Stunning views, great terraces, beautiful interior, fully kitted out apartment. You don't need to pack the kitchen sink to come to this place, just your ski gear. Will certainly be booking again. Chamonix All Year were great, very responsive and helpful.
This wonderful apartment is in the center of town and everything you need is just about few minuets walking. From the window of the living room you can see the lovely street and mountains. The 3 big bad rooms has private shower and toilet with each bad room so it is realy comfortable. The apartment is like 5 star hotel and you can get any kind of help from the nice and welcoming staff.
Tara and Sam have an excelent chalet, near from all the mountans and far from the noisy city. My wife, my four daughters and me have been very comfortable. We will repeat in Kipling chalet
This is our second time in this apartment and we will return! It is beautifully furnished and extremely clean. Fully equipped too. Highly recommend this apartment and chamonix all year are fantastic. Thank you for all your help.
Place very well presented. Location ideal for our needs. Good information provided. Staff very helpful.
We gathered the family to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. There were 10 adults and 1 child. The size of the chalet was ideal and the facilities provided a high level of comfort and pleasure for everyone. After long days walking, rafting, climbing etc it was great to come back to Chalet Cerisier and enjoy a drink on the balcony, admiring the mountain views or a soak in the hot tub. After dinner we relaxed to watch a movie on the big screen or played pool and darts. All the staff at Chamonixallyear were helpful from my initial enquiry until our departure. I would definitely book through ...more
A well placed clean and spacious apartment, 5 minutes walk down the river or road for easy access to the town centre with loads of pubs and restaurants, thus making excellent après ski. The beginner slopes for access to the Brevent lift, are close by, as are the ski hire shops and bus stops.. We had a car and had no problem at all with car parking either in the car park or on the road outside.. Our supermarket of choice was on the main road out of town towards the Aiguille du Midi chair lift but there is a Super U and patisserie within easy walking distance. Chamonix is also a great ski ...more
We had a wonderful time at Chalet Montana, the house is warm and very comfortable, we would recommend hiring a car. The beds were great and the spa wonderful after skiing. Chamonix All Year were very helpful leading up to and during our stay.
We had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend in the apartment, everything was very clean, brand new inside and tastefully decorated. They make excellent use of the space they have. The location is perfect, the only slight complaint that I have is the apartment got very hot and it was difficult to sleep with the windows open due to noise outside. Maybe providing a fan in summer would be a good idea for guests. Thank you to chamonix all year for the great help received too. Would definitely book again!
A great apartment right in the centre of Chamonix. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and very practical (eg lots of storage space, place to hang coats and store shoes). Huge balcony with stunning views of Mont Blanc. Beautiful modern decor too. We had a brilliant stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.
This was a great chalet - booked for 9 adults and plenty of room with the outdoors. Well equipped and comfortable. Short walk from the nearest bus stop and supermarket, and just a little further for central Chamonix. The master bedroom is superb, other bedrooms very good, plus the cinema room that converts to a bedroom. Only downside was the two bedrooms on the top level share a smaller bathroom.
Great apartment in the centre of Chamonix. Rebooked after a good visit last year. Very comfortable with lovely views from the garden.
Well-equipped and comfortable apartment with top-notch location. Lovely balcony with splendid view over Mont Blanc. Friendly neigbours. Very close to SuperU etc.
The location is perfect: not so far from the town but very quiet, you can ear crickets and birds. Opening the windows on this panoramic view is magnificient ! Despite of high temperatures in Chamonix, the appartment stays cool. All the plants and the personal touch (similar our) make us feel at home. The beds are really confortable which is very important after a big day in the moutain. TV is not necessary because of the Wifi. Sure we recommend it to our friends and family !
We stayed for a skiing week, a family of 4. The apartment is great, clean, comfortable, well maintained, with modern appliances. it is also very spacious, has a nice view of the river and the mountains. We had a great vacation!
We booked Chalet des Souchettes for a group of 9, and it was excellent. Dealing with Chamonix All Year was a pleasure, they were very helpful, friendly and prompt. The chalet was comfortable, warm and well laid out for large groups. I would definitely recommend the company and the chalet.
This chalet is absolutely fabulous! Good beds, great atmosphere and a very well equipped kitchen. The owners are truly the best ; very friendly and really nice people.
With my partner not being a skier, we needed something that would suit us both. For me, the apartment had a ski locker, was less than a 1 min walk to Chamonix Centre bus stop, giving access up/down the valley, and was on the doorstep to bars and restaurants. For my partner, the apartment was cosy, gave access to Chamonix town centre, and was a walk from the key tourist attractions in the area. TV and internet were good (could watch BBC Scotland!) and decent cooking facilities. Would definitely stay again. As noted by others, despite bring in town centre the apartment is very quiet and pe...more
We had a great stay in the apartment, it was clean and well equipped and in a good location with great views.
I went skiing trip in January. I stayed with my wife and two sons. There was enough room for four families to stay. The biggest advantage of this apartment is its location. Located on the main street, the supermarket is right in front of the alley. You can walk through the 'Brebent' ski slope using the 'Le Savoy' lift. There is also a bus stop for 'Le Tour' and 'Les Houches' within 5 minutes' walk, so you do not have to make a separate transfer. There is Play Station 2 in the living room. It was great that the children could play games while having an evening break. There are many kind...more
We had a great half term week. 4 adults , 5 kids. Warm, clean, everything works. Shots do t show the best feature which is the range of amazing views, up to MB, over the town, down the valley. Upstairs- ceilings too low do kids only Basement- pretty basic and functional Main floor - kitchen diner outstanding, but sitting area way too small- we didn’t find ourselves relaxing there once. Drive, garage and garden all good. Supermarket near enough.
Amazing location, good apartment for 4 people, has 2 balconies, one overlooking a river. Parking spot (2 m max) with ski locker. Internet could have been faster otherwise no complaints. Would definitely recommend.
We booked at short notice and found that the CA staff had been pre-authorised to offer a late booking discount. This made the booking excellent value and effortless. The CA team are efficient, friendly and professional. Our check-in-out was easy and we had a suberb week in a wonderful chalet. Thank you!
We stayed here for a skiing holiday with our 3 adult children. The chalet was lovely and positioned ideally between the main lift and the high street (about 10/15 mins walk in either direction) Ok the 1st floor ceiling was a bit low but we knew this anyway and it was only a minor inconvenience after all we only went upstairs to sleep anyway. A lovely lounge with great views would stay again.
this chalet was top notch and worth every penny. place a couple couples in the unit and the value vs. amenities vs. location is superb. i highly recommend Chalet Raphael to anyone looking for a stand-a-lone house in Chamonix. my only advice on his chalet is you must like stiffer beds. not my style, stiff beds, but the rest of the chalet makes up for my personal preferences. the beds are not pillow-topped and basic coil spring mattresses. but the fireplace, living room views, seating capacity, kitchen fully make this a top notch place to stay.
Our stay at Residence de alps 302 was perfect for my family. The apartment was located right near the town walking and ski areas. The apartment was spacious and the views were amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Chamonix to consider staying at this location.
We were a party of two families: four adults, one 7 year old and two teenagers staying in Caprice des Neiges chalet during February halt-term. We arrived early evening after an efficient transfer from Geneva to Chamonix. We were welcomed by our super helpful Chamonix All Year rep. who took the time to chat through what the chalet had to offer: excellent facilities, underfloor heating, hot tub, keys, ski/board store and the best places to eat and drink, other activities available to us, such as free use of the local spa, luge, bus timetables etc… Chamonix All Year had also sorted out our li...more
Great location and helpful team to find us something last minute esp with wheelchair access. Ensuite bathrooms for all rooms are great also with two families.
We go to Chamonix for our skiing most years, but this is the first time we have used Chamonix All Year. We were very impressed with the Majestic, the apartment and location were excellent in all aspects. This certainly suited all of our needs and we will no doubt return.
Like this little flat. There is little you can say about it that stands out and the layout is strange, but it is perfectly placed in Chamonix for the ski buses and the bars and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is comfortable and the bedding of good quality. We liked it and will be back.
We have been coming to Chamonix for the trail running and hiking for years now and always stay at Apartment les Pecles. Chamonix has become arguably the world’s premier trail running / summer hiking destination and les Pecles is perfectly located to enjoy its delights. A signpost from right outside the front door points you to Petit Balcon Sud, Merlet and Brevent, where the views back at Mont Blanc are stunning. The UTMB route runs right underneath the balcony, from which you can raise a toast to the runners as they head off on their journey. The TDS route runs right underneath the bedroom...more
The apartment is comfortable, good location. Not very well equipped kitchen, nice view of the Mont Blanc. All within walking distance ,good for long stay.
Eveland was a great chalet for two families of five, plenty of space and large boot room on the ground floor with boot heater and washing machine. Location was good, very close to ice rink, green slope with drag lift and bar with its own microbrewery, also 5 mins walk from supermarket, patisserie and a couple of good restaurants. Bus stop to main cable cars in Les Houches is 5mins walk, bus takes about 10mins to get to main lift. The bus into Chamonix takes about 15mins from the same stop. Ski/boarding in Les Houches was great, catering for all levels, though we did also go to Chamonix we ende...more
Great location. Nicely furnished and cosy. Useful having 2 bathrooms. Car space very tight if you have 4x4.
We had a lovely week in this very central apartment. Everything was clean, the check in and check out straight forward. I spoke to Chamonix all year a couple of times during our stay and they have always been helpful and efficient. The house was well equipped, it even has a boot heater and in house ski storage. When in Chamonix we will stay with them again!
We return to this chalet every year and it isn’t getting any worse at all. We look forward to stay again.
We had the two adjoining apartments 18 and 18b, we had a big family group and a baby. The apartment was perfect for all of us. Warm, comfy, good resources. The location is perfect, a ahort stroll to the supermarket and shopping area. A short stroll to the lift at Savoy. Easy to catch buses to go further afield. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and we appreciated their responsiveness and professional approach.
We had a great week in this lovely chalet: it was well equipped and comfortable and a problem with the linen was quickly fixed by the team. We enjoyed the hot tub and table tennis table; we found the kitchen and BBQ equipment to be of good standard. It's in a quiet location with amazing views and the chance to walk and cycle from the door. Its a 5 minute walk to the free bus at the nearest ski lift so good transport links. We would recommend this chalet for a summer stay.
Le Paradis apartments are in central Chamonix and perfectly situated for easy access to ski lifts / bus to ski lifts and local ameneties. The accommodation was fully equipped, comfortable, car parking if required and ski storage. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment but there are larger apartments available - I would definitely recommend.
This is our 3rd stay with Chamonix All Year and everything worked well as always. Snow was good justifying the decision to stick with Mont Blanc. We'll be back at some point in the future
one always felt a cold draught coming from the balcony window albeit the heating System showed a decent temperature.
We spent a lovely week in a cocooning flat . It was very clean and comfortable. The property is near the downtown but the place stay very quiet A good opportunity to spend a very good holiday at chamonix thanks chamonix all year
We were a group of 10 Friends, really enjoying our Stay. Pool was warm and set for us to jump in, when we arrived. We really felt home after a while within that house. Really cool fireplace, to warm the room. Big Couches to hang around on. Comfortable big Table, where we made raclette several times on. And we always felt like the stuff is taking care of us, by asking whether they can help us out with anything or not. - The snow was great and we really enjoyed our skiing and snowboarding in that area. The only thing was, that the walk towards the bus, was a bit long and the bus itself didn't go...more
This was our second stay with Chamonix All Year although at different accommodation. We primarily chose this apartment because of its great location and also because it had access to a swimming pool. I would describe it as a basic, no frills, compact apartment. There is no oven, only a microwave and a small selection of kitchen crockery etc. The wifi is completely useless which was a shame and also be aware that the underground car park space is very tight and needs careful negotiation and there is no direct lift from the car park to the apartment. We didn't use the pool in the end as it was e...more
We decided to head to Chamonix on a Tuesday around noon. A quick Internet search showed me that Chamonix All Year had a great reputation. I picked up the phone and called them and spoke with Lisa. She quickly put together a list of available properties that we could stay in beginning that same night. Parc du Mont Blanc was our choice. We could not have been happier. The apartment is about a three minute walk from downtown Chamonix. While the lofts might not but suitable for all, for our family they were perfect. We cooked dinner in a few nights, and the kitchen was fully functional. We e...more
Do you like to all time in the centre of villlage? Balmat is definetly for you. Few steps to any shop, bar etc. Own balcony to see each city show and carnival. Without compromises. You have huge garage, skiroom, warm apartment and well equiped kitchen.
We had a really enjoyable stay over Christmas at Chalet Jean with 14 members of our family. The Chalet is extremely warm (at times we had to turn all the rads off it was so warm) the kitchen area and lounge are huge and can easily fit 14 plus sitting around - this area is the best part of the Chalet. The hot tub and playroom an added bonus too. I would thoroughly recommend this Chalet to a large family or group of friends. Downside is that the boot room is the only room that doesn’t have heating so we had to hang wet skiwear and boots around the chalet/bathrooms/boiler room. The quickest w...more
The apartment has a good sized living area with everything you would need for a week's stay. The main bedroom is a very good size, the other two are much smaller but manageable. Helpful to have two bathrooms (one ensuite), though it was a little annoying having one of the showers in the bunkbed room (and only a curtain to separate them). Location is excellent. Right on one of the main streets in central Chamonix and a stone's throw from various bars. Ski hire and bus stops are a few minutes walk away. There have been previous comments about noise in the street outside (affecting small doubl...more
We really enjoyed our stay. We had 8 people there most of the time and the bunk room was a little cramped. However, we were able to spread out in the living area and enjoyed the open fire (worth noting you need to buy wood which apparently is available from the nearby petrol station which we didn't realise and so lugged it from the supermarket). The bakery just up the road was great, really friendly staff and we enjoyed croissants for breakfast each morning. We had a great time.
The property is located at an excellent location away from the crowds but near to pubs and restaurants if you fancy a night out. The ski lifts are right around the corner that take you to one of the best piste of Chamonix as well as stores for renting equipment. The customer service guy was there to meet us on time with a cheerful attitude and very helpful answering all our questions. We had a minor issue with the heating but as soon as we mentioned it he worked it out. The apartment was spacious, clean and tidy and had more than enough necessities to cook, eat and just chill around the firepl...more
We were 2 French families (4 adults + 8 kids ranging 5 to 18 + 1 nanny) staying at Chalet Kandahar in mid-August 2018. General location is very convenient in the middle of Chamonix valley close (3 min walk) to Les Houches Bellevue lift and less than 10 mins drive from Chamonix Aiguille du Midi lift and city center. A few shops and restaurants are only at a 3 min-walk away from the chalet. The surroundings could be misperceived due to the road, a mini-farm and the camping nearby but noise isolation is very good. The chalet itself is gorgeous, with LOTS of rooms and space. The living room, din...more
We stayed here for four nights, great location and clean apartment with nothing to disappoint. We locked our locker keys in the boot room by mistake and went to the office of Chamonix all year, two minute walk, and we were lent a spare key immediately without any fuss whatsoever- a perfect service from them.
We made a very last minute booking for a week in the summer in the Alps and from the beginning were impressed with the service from Chamonix All Year. We were able to make the booking and payment almost immediately and received all the information could possibly need prior to our arrival. The apartment itself is excellent and ideal for a family - we were travelling with 2 kids. Apartment is clearly well loved by both the owners and the operators of the apartment and fully equipped with everything you possibly need for your stay. Its very much someone's home as much as an investment proper...more
A lovely apartment next to the Brevent lift station. Comfortable and pretty well appointed throughout. Lovely views from the balcony. It has separate WC (no basin) and bathroom which may or may not be to every ones taste but a minor point. What was annoying is the cupboard placed immediately above the toilet which for anyone over about 5ft 4" meant you cracked the back of your head upon taking the throne - beware! A medium sized pan would be useful - there is a massive one which would cook for the 5000 and a couple of smaller ones + frying pan etc. One needs to be aware this apartment is ...more
We had a great stay in Majestic 76. A beautiful building in an excellent location. Parking was no trouble despite being a very busy time in Chamonix. Kids loved the bunk room. Service provided was excellent.
The apartment is really well situated being very close to the supermarket, main street and lift access. It is within easy walking distance to the Chamonix bus line that services all the ski slopes. It is spacious and well equipped for a family. We really enjoyed staying here. One small criticism - the dining chairs are very worn and need replacing. Otherwise we were very happy.
small and compact lighting could do with fixing but pretty central and location is good for eveyrthing.
We were a party of 5 adults staying for 3 nights. Location is good, a 10 minute walk into the centre of Chamonix past a selection of ski hire shops. Even closer are the nursery slopes next to the Brevent lift. So you can use the nursery slopes to get to the main lift and back home if required. The accommodation was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, dishwasher, large fridge, oven and hob. The twin bedrooms had enough storage. The bunk room was ok, but the lack of natural light might put some off. The boot room storage was large enough for 4 boards and a set of skis. And exiti...more
We throughly enjoyed our stay at La Tramousse. The apartment was cosy and comfortable with everything we needed for a self catered ski holiday. The couple of very minor issues we did have were quickly addressed by the excellent management team. The third bedroom under the eves has very little headroom, so it is not suitable for adults but for kids under ten it is perfect. Would definitely consider staying there again.
Chalet Le Source was a perfect summer escape for our family (6 adults + 1 infant). We were very comfortable and the location provided easy access to town, lifts, trails, etc. The Chamonix All Year team was very accommodating and helpful with planning activities, booking adventures, providing recommendations, etc. They also spoke great English for anyone who needs that as a requirement. Really enjoyed the home and the fantastic views. Now need to come back in the winter!
We stayed in the Les Moulins Apartment for a week in the winter. The apartment was extremely well located, right next to loads of bars, and a one or two streets away from supermarkets, restaurants and many other shops. Additionally, the Brevent ski lift was 5 minutes walk away and main bus stops within 5-10 minutes from the apartment. Upon arrival, Chamonix All Year had organised our transfers from Geneva and ski passes and met us at the apartment. Really well organised and with extremely little hassle. I would 10/10 recommend this apartment, as well as Chamonix All year.
The Appartment location is excellent and near to the shops and tourist attractions. It is advisable to visit by all
We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed the apartment. It is well located for the shops, bus stop and the bars in town are a short walk away. Although central, it is a quiet location so you can sleep. We didn't cook in the apartment but it was well equipped for having breakfast. Big sofas and a digital TV in case you want to chill out in the evening. Chamonix All Year met us on arrival and gave us useful advice for our stay. The QC Terme is excellent!
Nice and comfortable apartment in central Chamonix. Perfect locations for touring as well as city facilities. Will come back.
. Toilets has not been 100% clean . price per night is at the upper limit . the equipement with the lamps in the living is not very efficient
We stayed here for the UTMB 2018. Nice apartment and let us feel relaxing before and after the race. The staff are helpful as well. Highly recommend
Really enjoyed our stay in Chamonix. The booking process, checking in and support during the week was excellent. Would recommend Chamonix All Year
