Great property with all the facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. Shame the facilities (gym, climbing wall and pool) were often used as a play area for children rather than families respecting the communal areas.

Lovely & cosy appartement, corresponding to the pictures. Full equiped kitchen. Amazing view from balcon. Ski storage local : emplacement to store the ski boots not heated. Entrance of the building only accessible with a badge also during the day what I found a little inconvienient. Spa and swimming area clean and great. Babypool with warmer water missing. We went to the jakuzzi with the babies but there were only 4 spots so we had to wait our turn. During holiday season (only!) bus stop in front of the building which brings you to Flégère skilift station. Otherwise not far away at the main road you have the bus Nr 1 which brings you to Tour ski station and in the other direction to chamonix city center. I recommand to stay in this appartemment or residence La Cordée, it’s a very nice place.

The boot warmers are set to come on during the night, and turn off in the morning for environmental purposes.

La Cordee is a fabulous development, with stunning views, great spa facilities and a very convenient location. Ski lift (Flegere), tennis, wellbeing centre (QC Therme), golf, village (Les Praz) shops and restaurants are all a short walk. Chamonix centre is 20 mins walk or 5 mins drive.
Chamonix All Year is a first class letting agent, with friendly, attentive staff, which maintains the properties clean and in good condition.

We really enjoyed the stay. Very good and beautiful location in a calm environment. The apartment had all the amenities needed and was very well maintained. The SPA is a big plus. The check-in and check-out was a breeze. We will for sure come back another year.

The location cannot be better for skiing, the public bus stop is just a few min walk away, the bus stop for the ski lift is just outside the apartment complex, it comes every 20 min when we were there and majority of the time only us in the bus, like our own private valet, unlike the public bus, long line waiting with everyone packed in the bus. We stayed for a week without a car, very doable.
Apartment is comfy, super clean, with beautiful view, well maintained and safe. Very good facilities: pool, sauna, steam room, gym and climbing room for kids.
We booked all the services: transfer, ski pass and ski hire through the website. Very good experience with all providers and highly recommend them: The Chamonix Valley Transfer and Local CHX, on time pick up, drop off and great communication. Ski passes were delivered to our apartment before our arrival. Ski hire was also delivered and picked up from the apartment at our chosen time including fitting. They even came back the next day to provide us more options, very kind and patient staff, can't be happier with the service. Hosts are very responsive and excellent communication before and throughout our stay with wonderful recommendation.
What can be better: regular size drying rack (the one in the apartment is too small for 4 people) and probably a welcome basket as our flight was delayed, we didn't get a chance to stock up at GVA, we got there around 10 pm, with no possibility of getting food delivery and was a long hungry night. However, it didn't ruin our stay, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend the apartment and all the services.

Our second stay with CAY. The staff are helpful and responsive. The apartment complex, La Cordee, is perfect for families. There is a pool, spa, gym, climbing room, games etc. to keep younger guests occupied when not skiing. Our apartment was very cosy and comfortable with lovely views of the mountains and lake from every window. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could be improved is the mattress in the master bedroom which the staff said will be addressed. Would recommend!
