A clean and comfy stay once again at The Bay . Couldn’t have asked for more as the property was spot on . Great shower / bath and 3 toilets . House was very clean and in good order with WIFI and great facilities .The lactation is perfect jist a few mins walk to the beach or the footpaths . The cleanliness of the resort was very good. Returning in December.

We sent a fabulous 5 days in this property, Location was spot on. Seashell was perfect for our needs. Lovely dog walks on beach. So relaxing.
Me and the dogs had a lovely few days at the Hideaway. The weather was glorious so lovely walks on the beach and cliffs. The Hideaway is very cosy, clean and comfortable.
Lovely clean and comfortable cottage . Although we didn't do any cooking it appeared to be fully equipped if we'd chose too . It had lots of little touches that made it feel like a home and the Reed fragrances gave it a beautiful scent. No hesitation in booking sea Esta again
This is our 4th stay at the Skylark. We normally take our two dogs with us and enjoy the walks up and down the coast. Its very near the leisure centre, pub and shop, with a short walk to the Filey beach. The accomodation is very spacious , clean and modern. Allocated Car parking is outside and has an EV charger. We will return at some time.
I highly recommend Sea Urchins Cottage at The Bay Filey. The house was spotlessly clean, and had everything necessary for a wonderful break. It was in a great position, with just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely book again.
Another nice stay at Caramel Cottage. Really lucky with the weather enabling walking along the beach every day into Filey. Already booked to go back in May!
Our second visit to this property , love the location and the home comforts and the welcoming atmosphere of the cottage. The new refurbished decor was fabulous (well done Mark & Becky you’ve thought of everything) Whoever books this cottage will not be disappointed.

We've stayed in lots of properties at the Bay Filey over the years and this has to be one of our favourites. The extra large kitchen diner is so spacious and bright and the bedrooms also large and comfortable. Lots of lovely personal touches make a big difference. The only things that could improve the cottage IMO would be a normal shower head in addition to the rainfall showers as it is quite difficult to rinse just using the rainfall. Also, a small airfryer would be really handy and save having to fire up the oven.
Great place lovely inside and out, had everything we needed for our mid week break. Nice food at the pub on-site and good seaside location
Everything you would need for a lovely relaxing stay and more. Beautifully presented at the side of a little lake with multitude of wildlife and baby ducklings. Comfy beds, nice walk in shower and everything we needed for home from home! We often stay in these properties and are never disappointed, nice at the bay with easy access into Filey, lovely pub on site serving good food. Weather was really rainy this weekend so home comforts are important when you need to stay in and relax. We will be back with the family!
Love staying at the bay . Apartment cosy and fully equipt. Just a guaranteed home from home in a location ideal for walking. Lots if traditional pub grub and coffe and cake stops. Dog heaven
Have used Filey Bay Direct a few times to book holiday homes at The Bay. The booking process is quick and easy and the selection of properties is good too. Booked Sailaway Cottage as an anniversary present for my parents. The house and location were spot on and the welcome hamper was a nice touch. The house was spotless when we arrived and everything was ready for us. We had some family and friends visit whilst we were there and the house was great for entertaining and may parents had a great time. We’ve booked again to stay at another property over Christmas 2026.
Last stayed in this property in summer 2017. It was just the job for a short late September break, very comfortable settee in lounge, equally excellent beds, 2 really good walk in showers and a well stocked kitchen etc. Nice quiet location and no issues with sleepers at all - maybe helped with some shingle stones on them. Parking not a problem at all on this occasion even without no dedicated space. Would maybe say potential improvement if possible for a slightly larger TV upgrade and not sure if we were unlucky but the TV reception wasn't brilliant and not sure why but weren't able to ge...more
Brigg End View is the most perfect location for the Beach with the dog. The house was very comfortable for 4 Adults and the dog. Lovely and clean, a home from home. Will be returning. 5 Stars.
We have been to the Bay several times over the years but we have stayed at the Lake house now a couple of times and won’t stay anywhere else it’s clean and comfortable with the balcony over the lake with birds and fish gives you all the pleasure you need with lovely walks over the country side or down to the beach The home is well decorated two bedroom on suite with kitchen area with kitchen table with a large suite all comfortable you also have contact the company you booked with just in case you need help
We had such an amazing stay, the house is fully kitted out with everything you could need. It was really clean and comfortable and felt like home from home. It was big enough for 4 adults and 2 children, with a really great outdoor space at the back. It felt really private too. We had an amazing weekend and will certainly be booking again.

We had a wonderful stay in the Sea Urchins beach house! A beautiful,clean, well equipped lodge with everything that we needed. A lovely site too, with plenty to do and see, and near the beach. We will certainly be back, thank you!
The Lodge was comfortable and had good amenities. The balcony was dog secure and had the sun most of the day. The downside was the constant stream of vehicles, people and dogs passing by all day so sitting out on the balcony was not so enjoyable or relaxing.
What a lovely chalet. Everything we needed and more. Great location on Blue Harbour Road. Have stayed on the Bay before, but this was the first time booking myself. Was recommended Filey Bay Direct from friends - they couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you for a great experience.

Blue Anchor Retreat had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s in a good location close to site amenities with good parking and many nearby places to visit. Being on one level and having two showers was just the type of accommodation we need so we will be back again.
I have been to the Bay many times and stayed in various different properties from the houses, apartments, lodges, this is my second time staying in Alana Bay and I don't think I would book anywhere else on The Bay now! Lovely and spacious, comfy beds, amazing enclosed front decking for dogs. I was lucky to get a really sunny day on the Saturday and it was lovely to sit out on the decking in the sun on the garden furniture and relax after a long walk in to Filey. There's everything you need, I'm a serial over packer but I managed to cook up a full roast dinner with the utensils in the kitche...more
Perfect lodge for 3 couples sharing. Lots of space with own private bathrooms. Good for walking from the door and good location to visit local beauty spots. We had a power cut for a couple of hours during our stay which was site wide but the site kept us informed what was going in. It didn't effect our holiday. We would definitely go back again.
Had a great stay here! It was lovely to have a Christmas tree in the lounge. Made the stay feel very festive.
Great location for access to walks along the beach, use of the on-site Gym and pool. Very comfy accommodation.
We were a party of 10, 6 adults and 4 children celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday, the house was perfect, nice spacious living space and patio gets sun all afternoon which is a bonus. Location is great with easy access to beach. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

All three generations enjoyed our stay. The beach was amazing! The holiday village was exceptionally well cared for. It was a very pleasant environment with lovely walks along the coastal path. The house was comfortable and gave us a restful break. Paula from the management company was very helpful and responded positively and quickly when ee contacted her.
We recently stayed at Silversands House to celebrate a 60th birthday and ring in the New Year, and it couldn't have been more perfect. With a family group ranging from 11 to 60 years old, the accommodation and the site offered something for everyone. The house itself was exceptionally spacious and cosy, providing a brilliant hub for our celebrations. We loved the open plan living area and the balcony with the views to the sea are stunning especially at sunrise. The Bay is a fantastic site with a with a real sense of community. Excellent accommodation and venue for a short break on the coast. If you’re a dog lover this is perfect. Excellent walks on beaches or alone coastline. Property immaculate with everything you would ever need included. Been here numerous times over the years and the standard has never dropped.
We recently went back to Filey stayed twice at the same place, very cosy, we stayed at Christmas and went back in late January. I would recommend anyone stay here very clean cosy. Love Filey!
We booked for 3 nights, the downstairs bedroom and ensuite were very spacious which was important for me as I have mobility issues. We really enjoyed spending family time at the large table in the evenings, our son and his family were staying at another property on the site, but came to us in the evenings and we were all able to sit and play board games. The kitchen is small but compact and had everything we needed. The only issue I found was the sofas were too soft and for me getting up was a little difficult, however I just made use of the dining chairs.
