An amazing property…Modern, beautifully designed and decorated, as well as very spacious and comfortable. Mountain and sea views as well!! Everything you need in a ‘holiday home’…What more could you ask for? It made our family holiday even more special, so much so we’ve already booked to go again next February.
Everything about the house was perfect plenty of space for everyone well equipped kitchen and appliances and very comfortable beds
What a find! The Hoot was perfect for me, my partner and our dog. The place is so cosy, and decorated beautifully. Great spot to visit Anglesey, we popped out every day for a new adventure. Loved the wood burner on an evening to keep us cosy. 100% would stay again. Thanks!
I cannot recommend this beautiful house enough. The view from the house looks across the bay with just a minute stroll to the beach. The house is very modern, clean a great facilities. We will definitely be coming back.
Spent a week with family including children and grandchildren at Glanllyn Bach last week. Brilliant facilities including the hot tub, playing fields and games room which brought everyone together. Some wonderful evenings spent playing cricket and football outside until the sun went down, it was brilliant to see the children off a screen. Exceptional facilities and a brilliant location, we took full advantage of a few visits to the Oyster Catcher for drinks or food. We were blessed with beautiful weather and have made some fantastic memories, we were all very sad to leave!
Well we’re do I start, No 66 exceeded all our expectations, when you see photos of properties sometimes they do live up to your expectations well I can tell you the photos don’t do it justice! From the location to the layout and the furnishings it was by far the best holiday let we have stayed in, great value for money and a nice welcome pack. We will definitely be back
We have been to Sand Dollar twice a year for the last four years. That should tell you enough. We have booked holiday homes for many years now and this is our favourite. High quality furnishings, large family spaces and superbly cleaned. AHL is an incredibly good letting company. Nothing is too much trouble. The owners are very proud of this house - and so they should be. Already booked for next year.
This is our second stay at this beautiful holiday home. It is perfectly equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. Excellent fittings and fixtures with every comfort taken care of from the comprehensively equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and lounge furniture. The little ones are also taken care of with a large manicured garden with tree swings and a lovely snug with TV and plenty of games for any damp days spent indoors. The stunning mountain views just top everything off for a lovely stay at Penyrorsedd and the Housekeeper is to be commended for the exceptionally...more
Love Maelog Villa and will be back soon. Fantastic property in a great location. We were lucky with the weather this time but always enjoy whatever we get.

Great location in Rhosneigr, nice peaceful cul-de-sac, though I could see parking being a challenge in peak season. House is well laid out, bedrooms a little on the cosy side and could do with a little more storage space. Everything worked as expected and the house was heated to a good temperature for a cold winter week. Star is definitely the open plan kitchen / dining / lounge on the top floor. Great place to socialise. For us the balcony served as Fridge 2 but in summer this would be a great asset. Kitchen pretty well equipped, though a few items could do with an upgrade/refresh: knives...more
Great house & location . Definitely a bonus having 3 en-suites & parking for 2 big cars . Sink tap does drip but that’s easily sorted & oven would benefit from a second shelf . Under cupboard lighting would be a bonus too on a winter stay over .Lovely bedding & towels & a great welcome pack tho We were down one hand towel but these are small things to rectify in an otherwise superb house.
It's a gorgeous spot, the beach is literally at the end of the garden and the views over the sea are wonderful. The house is lovely and warm in the winter, despite the open layout. The downstairs kitchen diner is a great space for socialising with friends, and the kitchen is well stocked with pans etc. The lounge has huge comfy sofas, a load of DVDs to watch, and the most amazing view We'd definitely recommend for a stay
One of our many stays at Owains, it never disappoints. Fantastic views of the lake, love watching the RAF during the week. Very comfortable and clean, a short walk to the Oyster Catcher and a little further to the beach. I would highly recommend a stay here.
Excellent property in a great location. The upside down arrangement works perfectly. The secure outdoor area was perfect for my dog.
This was a beautiful cosy stay. We definitely be back . Everything you need . Electric charging nice and easy to do . Close to the shops and beach .
We had a lovely stay at Dysynni the house was immaculate and had everything you needed to have a perfect break. It is very close to all amenities and the beautiful beaches. Even storm Amy did not spoil our stay and we enjoyed it so much we have booked again to visit next year.
The country location of Monfa is right on the old A5 road which is extremely busy and a lot of noise from the traffic, overall Monfa was very clean and the facilities were good, the owner Ray came to greet us and left his number should we be short of anything or needed assistance. We were not able to walk from the property due to the speed and amount of traffic on the road.
Stayed over Christmas. Fortunate with the weather. Dry, sunny but cold. Fully equipped kitchen. 5 mins walk to 1 beach. 10 mins walk to the other beach max. Great parking for 2 or 3 cars. Enclosed garden for dog. Only room for improvements would be TV’s in bedroom. Nice walk around the lake. Oyster Catcher gets busy so either book or go early.
Excellent accommodation in a beautiful place with great walks and beaches on the doorstep. I think the kitchen could have alittle more equipment such as baking sheets and tins but this maybe because the food in the pub downstairs is so good. Only issues we had was a very loud pub quiz which unfortunately woke the baby when everyone was leaving.
Back to hen goltchdy yet again it's lovely and cosy superb beds and showers a great kitchen area and lounge Sure to be back next year Thanks AHL
We had the most wonderful few days staying at Bryn Bach, situated in the most idyllic position overlooking fields and far reaching views of the sea and sand dunes and within a few mins drive or nice walk of local amenities. Bryn Bach had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay, from kitchen utensils and equipment to the most luxurious bed, and cosy welcoming wood burning stove. It was hard to leave and we will definitely be hoping to return!.
We had a fantastic stay at Off The Hook in Anglesey. The location couldn’t be better—just a short, easy walk to the beautiful beach as well as the local shops, cafés, and great places to eat in Rhosneigr. It made exploring the village completely effortless. The accommodation itself was spotless, stylish, and really comfortable, with all the little touches that make a place feel like home. After long days of walking the coast and enjoying the sea, it was lovely to come back to such a welcoming space. If you’re looking for a relaxing break in Rhosneigr with everything right on your doorste...more
We stayed at Sea Breeze a couple of years ago and thought it was a great apartment. However, it’s now in need of a little TLC. Some of the walls could do with a lick of paint and a few holes need filling. The handheld shower head was also broken. That said, the location is excellent and the apartment is still really comfortable, so we’d probably stay again.
All good, would go again. One slight niggle is that the settees and the mattresses could be more comfortable ok, but not great.
A beautiful spot and excellent location for exploring Anglesey. Accommodation was exceptional, very well equipped. We had both sections of the barn which was good for the family, 3 generations, to spread out and have some space. The garden is good for the kids, swings were a bonus. (Need to upgrade the bbq). Lots of information available at the venue. A 5 minute drive to a large retail outlet, Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi, KFC etc. Everywhere seemed to be no more than 30 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property.
Really love the apartments on this complex, fantastic whatever the season beautiful area, lovely walks.
This the 3rd time we have stayed here but it is starting to show a few niggles and wear and tear. The grouting and sealing around most of the showers and tiling is starting to look discoloured and grubby. The silvering in the mirror in one en-suite is noticeably pealing off the back of the glass. There is an outside light on the garage that is constantly flashing on and off 24 hrs a day and can be an annoyance at night in bed. The house name plaque is lying on the floor by the front door and creates the impression no one loves there place any more. The porch area, front door and surround...more
The property contained all the needs for our family holiday and was presented clean and tidy on our arrival. Whatever the weather Rhosneigr always provides for a good break.
We have had a wonderful weekend spending time in this lovely property. Very spacious, beautiful décor, loved the open plan of the living area/kitchen. We would definitely recommend to other large families/groups. Practically on top of the gorgeous village and minutes from the gorgeous beach. Joanna
This was our 5th holiday in Rhosneigr and our first stay in Morawelon, this property was the best of all those we have stayed in so far. Location is perfect and the property is very spacious, we were a family of 4 adults and 2 children. Everything we needed was provided. Sitting out on the front patio watching the kite surfers etc was very relaxing and the rear garden patio was a lovely sun trap.(To be honest it was that hot whilst we were there we couldn't sit out at the back too long!)
The property was warm and light with everything we could have asked for. The bed was really comfortable after a long day's walking. The only downside was the weather which was overcast for the majority of our stay, but when the sun came out we made use of the outdoor decked area. Would highly recommend!
Stayed as a party of 12, we found everything we needed for a short stay. Great location, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice warm cosy home. We will use Anglesey Holiday Lettings again! Thank you
Positives: great location, spacious, very comfortable beds and bedding, great showers. only area for attention; need more glasses, very few wine glasses or matching glasses.
The Brackens is a gem of a house both inside and out , the inside furnishings offer comfort and little nooks to chill and relax in. The outside offers a wild space that blends with the further environment offering different areas to sit and relax and to take in the changing views .If you want a house that will help you unwind , relax and leave for home feeling refreshed then the Brackens is the house for you . We loved it so much we rebooked for next year ,thank you Angelsey Lettings for a wonderful house and excellent customer service .
Driftwood was a lovely clean and comfortable property. Situated centrally in Rhosneigr it was handy for everything. One little downside, it is classed as pet friendly and I can understand no pets upstairs but there is a lovely big rear living room with great views but no dogs allowed in there. So we were restricted to the open plan area at the front of the house. Did not spoil our stay but it would have been nice to relax in the bigger room of an evening.
I enjoyed my stay at Ty Arthur in Llys Llewelyn. The flat is clean and comfortable, and all the basics are there. The Welcome Pack and bag of local goodies were an added bonus. It was wonderful to be able to step out of the door and walk over dunes or to the beach, or along the Anglesey Coastal Path. The flat is right opposite the Cegin (cafe) in Llys Llewelyn, which could make it noisy in summer when people are sitting outside, but perfect in winter for a snack and hot drink after a walk. If you stay there in winter, you will need to take extra bedding with you as only a light summer-wei...more
This is our 2nd visit to Faraway. This year there were a few changes/renewals which we appreciated. We could not fault anything about the property or the location. The only issue we had was that the washing machine broke mid cycle. A call to Anglesey letting and the next morning an engineer arrived and sorted out the problem, he was really efficient and friendly. The house is spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely walks in the vicinity and we especially enjoyed our evening walks around the lake. We love this house so much that we have rebooked for next year.
We have been to Anglesey for years and this visit didn't disappoint. 2 adults and 2 dogs so plenty of space for us. Bedroom perfect, bed comfortable. Garden enclosed so dogs could run around. Really well located. Things to improve on: needs a door mat for those wet paws during rainy weather. A sign to give visibility of 4 Y Bonc as you approach. More comfortable seating (red chairs need to go)
Great apartment, clean, comfortable and well equipped with a fantastic view. We felt it offered brilliant value for a winter break and is a perfect base from which to explore Anglesey. Local shops/takeaways/eateries are only a few minutes walk and the beach is even closer, so plenty of walks on your doorstep.
Great property. Love staying here and it’s in a great location. Can’t wait to stay here again at easter
We booked this house for my sisters hen weekend and it was everything we hoped for. The living room provided a great place for hanging out and playing games, we had a private chef and the dining room and kitchen accommodated it beautifully. Instructions and communication were very clear and timely, and the house had plenty of space for everybody. We absolutely loved our stay here- thank you!
Lovely weekend at Ty Mabon with our two dogs. Perfect location for walks. Lovely, cozy accommodation to come back to - all the facilities we needed and a thoughtful welcome pack. This was our second stay at Llys Llewelyn and we are planning to come back in the next year.
Lakeside was warm and comforting, we stayed in October and was blessed with great weather. We were a family of 5 with two dogs and the house easily accommodated us. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed Board games in an evening. The benefit of the upstairs lounge with terrace and views of the sea enabled us to enjoyed picture perfect sunrises. Only a couple of minutes walk from the house and you are on the sand dunes then beach, which were a daily visit. A short walk into town and you benefit from all Rhosneigr has to offer. The house is a few minutes walk to the oyster catcher. We ha...more
What an amazing house! All the comforts you could possibly need for a perfect stay. Myself and my partner came away with our 2.5 year old and our friends and their little boy. Lovely surprise to see the Christmas tree had been put up for our arrival, it made our stay feel super festive. The house is perfectly set on a hill with the most amazing view. You can sit in the spacious conservatory with a cup of tea (or wine) and look at the views for hours. Lots of walks near by and lovely bars/restaurants. We had the lovely crisp cold weather but even then we enjoyed walks on the beach. The house i...more
Having stayed in several different properties in Rhosneigr this remains our favourite. It is so well equipped with everything you might need and the welcome pack was much appreciated. The modern bright open plan style of this property is great and is situated perfectly for wonderful walks along the beach or onto the coastal pathway. The view of the mountains from the back windows is stunning and changes with the changing cloud cover. We were again very lucky with the weather and enjoyed sitting out in the back garden which is secure for those with dogs. We so enjoyed our stay in this beautiful ...more
Great place facilities great desk 3 rooms en suite convenient to getting round Anglesey - loads to see and do. Every year we discover new places. Great addition to order beans. All Main supermarkets kn one site. Used to get all food etc delivered on eve if arrival till Morrison s let us down Christmas Eve says can bribe due. So no left us with nothing! Prefer go get order ourselves. It’s so convenient
We had a lovely stay at Lakeview. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The Christmas tree was a nice touch for the festive period. Just a shame the mould in the wardrobes of the 2 double bedrooms couldn't have been sorted prior to our stay as they couldn't be used. Once the mould has been sorted, would definitely stay again.
We spent a great week at this cottage there were only two of us and our dog, so very spacious. The cottage is very comfortable and warm, we did have an issue with the iPlayer and catch up which was sorted quickly, there were no details explaining how to switch on another EE box which would be very easy and save time. The water is definitely not hot enough, as there were only two people the water should have been plenty. The huge bath I only filled about 4 inches max but the water was never hot enough. The welcome pack which was very hyped was a bit mean, 3 loo rolls for what would a week for 6 ...more
We have stayed at Ty Traeth many times over the past 7 years and last year it looked tired in places. This years visit the house was clearly updated and back to the standard we are used too. :) We will absolutely return again, this is a very special house to us, it’s a shame that in the spring and summer prices are extremely high so we do have to take the risk of going in the winter time with unpredictable weather.
Greatly house in a nice position ,good bar opposite the house is very well equipped with all your needs ,if I have one quibble it needs a new frying pan and roaming dishes ,but everything else excellent, and property as good as pictures suggest
This cottage does all the important things right. Warm, comfortable, dog friendly (fenced off part of a lawn) and clean. It's unusual to not find fault. A couple of minor niggles, the older doors were almost impossible to close and the kitchen tap dripped, but nothing that spoils your stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was warm with a large shower. The double bed was of good quality and very comfortable, a good night's sleep every night. WiFi was slow, which meant the TV was slow to respond, but that's the local supply. Access from the road was simple, with a large driveway, ...more
The house was a perfect location for our stay, everybody had their own rooms to themselves and we enjoyed the break.
We have recently returned from this property and the house is great, in a fabulous location and extremely well equipped. However, we must feedback that the beds are extremely uncomfortable and left most of our party with bad backs. Some of our party even cut their stay short because of poor sleep. My husband and I bought a mattress topper from Argos on the Saturday morning which made sleeping a little more comfortable in our room (by the courtyard). The base in the front bedroom may also be an issue as the 2 occupants kept rolling into the middle of the bed. We all found that some of the r...more
Another great stay in this excellent property. As many reviews state perfect location and very clean and warm. Not sure whether logs are now included? Previously we’ve had an initial load plus kindling. All the radiators were off on arrival so the property was very cold. It only takes a few hours to warm up so not a problem, we went for an amazing cliff top walk in the meantime. We will be booking again.
Yet another stay in this cosy little cottage so close to the beach .lovely comfy bed and a spotless large kitchen cosy and warm plus a driveway for the car and a nice lawn for the dog to play on Will be back.next year
This was the perfect spot for a quiet getaway from it all. When we arrived (a typical December evening, dark, cold and raining) we opened the door to a warm cosy wonderful atmosphere - the underfloor heating was on. The icing on the cake was the beautiful Christmas tree perfectly decorated with the lights twinkling. The woodburner was easy to light and was just what we needed after a day of walking. The sofas were comfy, the living room is huge. We watched a couple of DVD's and played some games in the evening. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean. Stayed here for many years under different management, came back as we neded a bigger property than had been using, and at first was great to be back . Clean, modern, lovely house. Great set up, handy 2nd downstairs toilet, and very close to shop, pub and beaches. Only negative was major building works happening next door, mini diggers, demolition of extension etc. Fully accept nothing that can be done about it, but being informed about it prior to our stay I think would have been polite. I contacted the letting agent who's reply was "it out of their control", and they "hoped we had enjoyed ou...more
A fantastic accommodation for families and couples. Plenty of space, clean throughout, comfy beds and a great location. Thanks so much for the bottle of fizz, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, and cake. We hope to book again with friends.
Quality at a reasonable price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Second time using Angelsey letting agency and will definitely be back next year.
The cottage was lovely and clean with all the basics which we needed. Unfortunately there was no dishwasher which we didn’t realise. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure good and the towels were nice and big and fluffy! The only thing that let it down for us was the air pump heating. We just couldn’t get the cottage to a comfortable temperature. All the heat goes straight upstairs to the bedroom which would be too hot while the lounge was cold. Location was excellent. Aberffraw is a very peaceful little village with a handy shop and very friendly welcoming pub, both just a couple of ...more
Extremely cold on arrival in apartment… heater in twin room not working and took forever to warm through. Also need new non stick frying pans as nightmare to clean and slightly disappointed no seasonal decorations but other than that perfect stay in a beautiful location
Lovely place to stay cottage was clean and comfortable and warm really close to the beach and cafe dogs really enjoyed it as well will return next year
Spring Tide is in a fantastic location, with everything you could need for a perfect holiday in Rhosneigr. Standard of the accomodation is high, with plenty of hot water and an excellent utility room with drying space for wetsuits/ wet coats. Garden sheltered and dog proof. Would love to return next Summer, but sadly it’s already booked solid.
Fabulous house. Large, comfortable, clean, well equipped. Great facilities. Everyone enjoyed their stay including 3 dogs. Anglesey Holiday Lettings were quick and helpful responding to a request we made. Worth remembering. Unable to make mob. calls from property. We had problems booking a restaurant table on our last day.
Good location. Having the hall to hang coats and remove boots was really useful, especially with having our dog with us. We have already booked to stay again next month.
We arrived in the dark, in a storm and found the accommodation warm and welcoming. Everything we needed to relax was provided. Self-catering facilities were excellent. The bed and bedding were really comfortable and towels were as new. All the facilities were provided to a high standard. Our dog, Dusty Springfield, is getting on in years. So it was wonderful to be able to have the estuary, sea and dunes just 5 minutes walk away. Once on the beach we had the stunning Snowdonia mountains as a backdrop to our walks along the beautiful sandy beach. The cafe is very useful to have onsite if you do...more
The cottage was warm, comfortable and ideally situated for discovering the island. It was generally clean and well equipped but there were some very minor issues which I feel need attention… . three of the four cereal bowls were cracked and/or badly chipped . the vegetable peeler did not function . there was no potato masher . the cheese grater had not been washed after its last use . the kitchen waste bin was awkward to use and needed updating. The planning and management of my booking was first class. Thank you. It was a most enjoyable holiday.
As we entered through the gate our first impression was not good. The path and steps were covered in old dead leaves and there were cobwebs everywhere. Unfortunately things only got worse. Upon opening the door the first thing you see is the fridge with the bottom plinth all broken. The fridge worked fine but not a good start. I had to hoover all the walls as there were cobwebs and spiders in all the corners of the room. There was also damp issues in some of the rooms. I tried to phone the letting agent book they had closed. The following morning I spoke to the agent who sent someone round ...more
Had a lovely stay at this property. Very well-equipped, extremely comfy beds and an excellent location. Would highly recommend.
We had a lovely week at 'The Granary,' the host and the Anglesey Holiday Lettings team are fantastic. The cottage is very comfortable with all you need for a great stay. One of our favourite places.
My husband and I, and our two small dogs, stayed at Hafan for 1 week in September and we had an excellent stay. It was our first time staying at this property and we were very impressed. The owners appear to have been modernising the property with more changes to come, and we enjoyed the special touches like the lovely ornaments and the Sky Glass TV, making it feel like a real home from home! The property is spacious, very comfortable and in an enviable location, with stunning views of the sea from the lounge windows and from the rear patio area. And just a very short walk to the shops and eat...more
This was our third stay at Rhonwil. The sofas in the lounge and conservatory are comfortable, and the bungalow was clean and tidy. The enclosed garden is great, and it's good to see that the garden furniture has been renewed. The WiFi was excellent. However, the property is now looking a bit tired and outdated. The bedroom wardrobes still have a damp, musty smell, so we didn't hang our clothes in them. The chains are broken on all the vertical blinds, and the conservatory blinds need replacing as they don't close properly and are mouldy in parts. As always, excellent service from Anglesey Ho...more
We have stayed here several times and it is a wonderful spot and we had a great time as always. Only complaint is that this year's welcome pack was pretty abysmal compared with previous years.
We stayed in Bron Wendon at the start of December for a short getaway. Although the weather was as bad as expected, Bron Wendon offered a cosy and comfortable place to settle in for the week! The kitchen was well stocked in terms of utensils, pots and pans etc., the sofa was very comfortable and the fire was perfect. A couple of things which would have made it even better: - We weren’t left with any wood for the fire so had to provide this ourselves. Even just a couple of nights worth would have been appreciated. - The beds felt quite small, and because of the metal frames you were woken up...more
Visited twice now. Love the big secluded garden.ample parking. Not far from Treaddhur Bay. Will return.
We really enjoyed our stay in a marvellous location hidden in the dunes with really easy access to the beach. On arrival, we found the property rather chilly and the heating didn’t seem to be able to be adaptable and a number of things didn’t look like they’ve been cleaned or emptied, bedding and house cleanliness were excellent. It was a really comfortable property and we are very grateful we were able to stay. In the end, we thought it was really good value for money, a reasonable cost and lovely property.
Great weeks stay. Property is in a great location with views over the beach and can see planes at RAF Valley. Overall house is nice although some parts could be improved such as the sofas and handles on doors upstairs (got locked in main room few times and bathroom door doesn't shut) Windows and glass table were also not very clean when we arrived. The owners photos were left on display throughout the property which was a bit odd not had that in a holiday home before. Overall would stay again mainly for locations and views.
Our second visit to White Cottage and we have already booked for next summer. The hot-tub was a great success and well maintained. The location and views are spectacular. All appliances were in working order. The separate freezer was a real bonus as was the additional oven. A great venue for a large gathering.
Upsides are location, on site with the pub, easy car parking, and very generous and comfy bedroom. It has a decent kitchen and adequate bathroom. Bathroom has limited shelf space, daft shower screen so careful placing so you don’t flood the floor but decent pressure. Very clean throughout. Any mobility issues note the stairs are steep. Overall we loved staying at the Little Nest. Great staff in the pub and good food with a great range of drinks. Value for money was outstanding.
Absolutely loved this holiday home. Communication was great had no issues finding the location and letting ourselves in. Lovely little town with everything within walking distance. The views from the property were stunning and the short walk to the beach perfect for our mixed aged group and dog. As per some other reviews the house needs a little tlc, paint touching up, cushions very faded, ripped chair, curtain hook ripped off. We also had a towel that was dirty which we had to wash. Overall we had the perfect week and would definitely return.
It was a lovely property with a fabulous location but there is some tlc needed. We had to fix a leaky radiator and the kitchen tap also leaked. Someone had also started to decorate so done all the edges of the walls which was a bit random. Overall a lovely property though.
We’ve booked with AHL before so know the high standards of the properties they manage-this was no exception. The property was very clean and well maintained, with a bag of welcome goodies! The property itself is in an excellent location, with access to the beach at the bottom of the road. Although on-street parking was busy, the drive is long enough for two cars. The house was a little dated but well maintained and clean. There was a great selection of games to play, too, and a smart TV. There is a fire for colder nights, but instructions on how to light and where to purchase logs would de...more
Basic items lacking. Only 3 toilet rolls for 5 bathrooms. Tiny sample tube of washing up liquid so we had to buy some. No replacement bin liners, so again we had to buy some. No cleaning products to wipe surfaces. These are just basic things that we’ve not had to buy in other properties. Garden not safe for smaller dogs as our Jack Russell could get under the gate quite easily and straight onto the road. Perhaps some wire mesh attached to the bottom of the gate? I would recommend this property to others, but make sure you bring these basic items with you!
A neat little house, well laid out and well stocked kitchen and useful utility room. Well placed for central Rhosneigr. A sweet garden which has table and chairs. However there are issues of internal damp that need addressing for health issues. As all the bedroom and sitting room windows let directly onto the pavement at the main town intersection there is no privacy should you open the blinds (and no semi opaque film which would help), and no baffle against street noise if you want to ventilate the house by opening the windows. The garden has one wall with, if I remember, 13 (!) notices plast...more
Lovely modern home within walking distance of Rhosneigr, the beach and, of course, The Oyster Catcher! Enclosed garden, so perfect for children and the dog. Added bonus for me of being on the flight path for the nearby RAF base. Quiet cul-de-sac and there is a handy Spar shop down the road.
A few things to note that we believe need to be addressed. The dishwasher door is faulty, will not stay down unless held, which makes it really difficult and awkward to load and unload. The small fridge has no shelf in the door so cannot store milk or juice cartons. The biggest issue is 2nd bathroom only has a hand shower, so there is only one useable shower for a 4 bed property, which is not enough ( and that shower cubicle is vey small and clumsy to use). Luckily there were only 4 of us so we could share but had there been more people, it would definitely be a big problem.
Good accomodation allowed privacy between guests if needed. Great garden for dogs. Easy access to all beaches from central location in Rhosneigr
The views are fantastic. Fabulous view down to the sea from living room and twin bedroom. The accommodation is very spacious, large bathroom with shower. The living room was comfortable. There was everything you could need in the kitchen to prepare meals. The seating area directly outside the apartment, was good, especially when the sun was shining, it was a sun trap. I enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.
