Lovely property enjoyed our weeks stay as usual. Spacious garden for our dog. Near to beach. Just a shame a few more eating places weren’t open.

Booked this house for a short break to introduce our 6mth Lab puppy to the wonderful beach and sea. House was clean and comfortable with lots of space. Kitchen well equipped with everything you could think of and plenty of cups, plates, glasses etc. Garden was enclosed and safe for both pup and our 2.5 year Lab - girls had plenty of space to run around. Could do with a wider path as gas cylinders are stored on the path and take up quite a lot of room - have to step out on to grass and I found this to be bit uneven and had partially hidden stumps and rocks and, even with a torch, it was especially hard to see these when it had gone dark and girls outside having last toilet break. We all enjoyed our break and look forward to our next holiday on Anglesey!

Not enough comfortable chairs for 8 people. Corner sofa seated 3 comfortably the there were 2 other chairs and an outdoor type rocking chair. Not enough for 8.
Apart from that the property was great.

This was our 2nd stay at Whispering Sands which is ideally situated in a quiet Cul-de-sac close to Rhosneigr beach. The driveway is very narrow but can fit 3 cars. I am pleased to say that the large hole at the side of the driveway has now been filled since our previous stay. The house is clean and has 4 good sized bedrooms. The open plan living area is well layed out and the kitchen is well equipped, although we did have issues using the oven, and the microwave has a mind of its own which did cause some frustration. This was reported to the booking agent. The garden and patio area is a nice place to have a barbecue although you will have to provide your own. All in all a comfortable house to stay close to the beach and local shops ideal for exploring Anglesey. One year on from our last stay some wear and tear is starting to show and please sort out the crazy microwave and food burning oven.

Great stay, really nice house in a good location. Really nice quiet cul-de-sac, big garden, views of the sea from upstairs and easy walk to the beach.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Spring Tide, the location could not have been better easy access to the beach and village,
Spring Tide provided for all our family requirements very comfortable and well thought out.
We will not hesitate to book again in the future.

Excellent house in great location
Handy for town centre 5 mins from the beach
Excellent kitchen once we mastered the oven & microwave
Maybe need a fool proof instructions
Also a blind on the back door would be good as public footpath goes past the garden wall

This was our second visit to Spring Tide and we thoroughly enjoyed it again. The house is well equipped and spotlessly clean and the location perfect for bracing walks on the beach. The welcome pack was really appreciated and contained really useful stuff and also included scrummy biscuits and our doggies were very impressed with their treats. Will be back again next year.

We came for my husbands birthday. The house is perfectly catered for families, decor is lovely and it has everything you need. Kids loved the big back garden and the kitchen and large dining table perfect for evening meals. Really close to the beach in a nice little village. Perfect for a quiet weekend away.

This was our 2nd visit in month. A lovely property,well looked after. A few minor constructive suggestion include new and larger frying pan,new wok,and some work in the garden to remove old tree roots etc but a lovely property.

Spring Tide is a newly renovated property situated in a residential area of Rhosneigr but is only a short walk to the beach and the nearby main street. The downstairs has a large open plan living and dining area which was ideal for our family needs. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor. All bedrooms were comfortable and of a good size with lots of storage room. The upstairs shower room was excellent with a large walk in shower with great water pressure and control of temperature. I would like to suggest a couple of simple improvements that could be made to the downstairs bathroom, a provision of a shaving mirror would be useful and grab rail within the (shower / bath) would of been helpful for the older members of our family who were staying in the ground floor bedrooms. The driveway is narrow but can accommodate 3 cars parked end to end. Beware of the holes at the side of the driveway these are an accident waiting to happen and I would recommend the property owners fill them in before someone turns over an ankle getting out of a car. The outside area has a very nice patio area, bring your own barbecue though as there is not one provided. Overall a very nice property in a great location, with a few small improvements would be perfect for our needs.

Very good,clean,homely holiday home.welcome box a great touch.

Very safe fully enclosed garden both for children and dogs.

Great location plenty of bedrooms open plan kitchen just enough room dog friendly. The garden would be fantastic if weather had been on our side!

Property was near the walkway to the sea so was good in that respect! Slightly disappointed by the cleaning and the cheap toiletries. Car parking very tight. The back bedrooms overlook a locals pub but we had no problems in Febuary as the beer garden was very cold.
The owner needs to provide seating for the people staying ie 8 comfortable seats for 8 people not a sofa for 4.
Rhosneigr is lovely and we will stay in the area again!

What an amazing place. At the time of booking it was listed as a new property with no photos available so I took a bit of a punt and I’m so glad I did. The location is fabulous, five minutes walk with the dogs and we were on the beach, a few more minutes and you reach the village shop for those bits you’ve forgotten.
The house itself was immaculate. Finished to a very high standard. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need at your fingertips. The garden was nicely enclosed and safe for the dogs to have a good roam around. Our bed was super comfy. Absolutely excellent. One thing we did notice was that although the property can sleep eight, sofa seating to watch TV was a little more limited but not really a problem just an observation.

We stayed in Spring Tide for 3 nights in early December with our families as a pre Christmas get together. The house was home from home and spotlessly clean. It has recently been refurbished and everything looked new. I hope all guests look after it. The location was great, only a few minutes walk to the beach through the alley. I would highly recommend this holiday home, whether your looking for a summer or winter break.

Stayed here late August and had a fantastic time. The house is so stylish, everything is brand new and every detail has been thought of from board games, to outdoor showers post beach to a den where kids can watch their movies whilst adults can relax in the main lounge area. The location is a one minute walk from the beach and (small) town centre and a fantastic sand dune filled walk in the opposite direction to another beach and the infamous Oyster Catcher restaurant. Can't recommend Spring Tide highly enough. Book it quick, it's a new listing and I'm sure it will be very popular.

A very well equipped and positioned property, almost exactly half way between the two beaches of Rhosneigr; absolutely perfect for dogs and it was great that our hound could join us, he had the best time and was completely shattered! Beaches are so close the kids even managed to carry the SUP there without much groaning! The outside shower this house has makes it perfect for all year round beach lovers and we will definitely be back.
