The Moorings is in a beautiful location just a short walk to the beach. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The Moorings was the perfect house for our family holiday.

Our stay involved 3 older teenagers and 6 adults. It would have better if storage space had been an available in one if the downstairs double room .sharing bathroom not a problem .

Excellent well maintained property 5 min walk from the centre and beach. Tenin walk to the oyster catcher. Really clean throughout and super comfy beds. Our 2nd time staying won’t be the last..

An amazing house with everything needed for our holiday. The outside area was amazing with tap and hosepipe for washing down everything after day at beach. Large garden and drying area.

We stayed in The Moorings at the end of July. The lettings company have been brilliant. Was all very easy and no issues during the booking process. Answered questions quickly if we had any.
The house itself is stunning. Brilliant location in Rhosneigr close to everything. Great size house for a group like us. Perfect for children as it has the extra sitting room so they can play together and watch kids TV when they wake up and the evenings. Outside space is fabulous wraps all the way round with 2 different sitting areas. We enjoyed a lovely BBQ on the patio. Bedrooms we a high standard and very clean. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms were modern and very clean. The kitchen is really nice and has everything you need. Outside hose is really handy after being at the beach and covered in sand, means there's very little sand brought into the house. There's lots of games and playing cards etc which the kids enjoyed. We have stayed other places in the area and this was by far the best. So much space and decorated to a very high standard. Our only small criticism is that it rained heavy for 3 days so when we washed clothes there is no where to dry them if its raining as you can't stick the heating on to dry things. There's is however a self services laundrette a few minutes up the road but it's a little pricey. But a very minor issue. The place is superb and would definitely recommend.

We have had several holidays in Rhosneigr over the past years. We had not stayed in The Moorings before and we found it had all we needed for five adults and two dogs. Plenty of crockery and cutlery in the large kitchen. Wine fridge was used quite a bit! Good, safe outside space, the extra gate between the garden and front courtyard was good as it held the dogs in the garden while we were loading the car for trips out. Large seating area in living room with a good TV to watch films on. Also a large dining table in this room, which we used for board and card games. Glad to see that Aydin's pizza was still available as we think these are very good. Thought Scarlett's fish and chip shop was not as good as has been and also quite expensive. Had an evening meal at the Sandy Mount Hotel as it allows dogs in the bar area and this was quite nice. And the wonderful beach - all enjoyed our walks down there! Will be back in Rhosneigr next year!

We had a great stay at The Moorings, the house is like a home from home. We were an extended family if 11 and the house was just what we needed. There’s everything you need in the kitchen with an abundance of crockery, cups and glasses. The outside space is fantastic too. Amazing location just a short stroll from the beach, village and the oyster catcher. We’ll be back!

We arrived at 4pm to find the cleaners still there, they left at 4:15 and in we went, to find a dirty roasting tin sat in the sink and sticky spill marks on the floor. The settee has sunk on one side and has seen better days.

The house is in a great location and having stayed before I know it can be beautifully presented. It is spacious and overall we had a great time making family memories.

Surprisingly spacious accommodation.
Enclosed garden to 3 sides (dog proof).
Kitchen is a great gathering space with plenty of seating.
Location is perfect with plenty of parking available.
Village was quiet as off season however still places to eat and drink and a great Indian restaurant which did a takeaway!

Good location 5 minutes walk to the beach.
Fully enclosed garden great for our two big dogs.
Good size property we were a group of 7 adults and it did not feel crowded.
The only minor complaints were that some rooms had no mirrors and very little storage space.
Overall a good property and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful well equipped home 5 min walk from 2 beaches. Pub with happy hr 4min walk and 3 or 4 nice places to east within ten min. Oystercatcher just down the road 12 min walk and a van selling excellent tacos just a bit further on. We had a fab time all three generations of the family. It was also very secure for the two dogs with a gate with a an autoclose on it and another gate between the front patio and the rear garden (note the grass area is a bit bigger than it looks on the photos).

The property was just as described. Spacious and very well equipped.
Parking was good for 4 cars. A secure garden for our Border Terrier Lillie.
It was only a Five minute walk to an absolutely lovely beach. Dog friendly and the grandchildren loved it.
The village has a shop for essentials but for a big shop you need to go to Holyhead which has several big supermarkets.
There is a fish and chip shop and pizza place, both very good. There are several ice cream parlours.
There are several places to eat out and several shops that sell water fun and sport stuff.
Not a lot else in the village but we expected that

The house was very spacious and very welcoming after being out in the cold and wet all day. Equipped with everything we needed for 11 visitors. Good parking also. Would visit again.

Everything about the property was wonderful, fantastic position in the village . Fitted 5 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs perfectly and is well kitted out . We played with the games and jigsaws that they provided on a wet and windy day and it was very cosy. The little boys particularly enjoyed the small lounge to watch their t.v programmes in . The house was spotless on arrival and the painting in the kitchen is brilliant. 5 minutes walk to the local shop, beach and a lake that you can walk around. The Oyster Catcher restaurant was walkable and we had a very enjoyable meal there.

The moorings is very comfortable plenty of space and in easy reach of all amenities
A teapot would be handy otherwise everything was there

We were very impressed with The Moorings. The villa is well equipped and the quality of the bed linen and towels are of high quality. It is spacious and comfortable. Lots of interesting artefacts throughout. Plenty of books and games. Only a short walk to the beach and the village. Can’t fault it and would love to stay again.

Great property, loved the garden and appreciated the wetsuits available. Tv room great with family of mixed ages, couldn't fault it really.
Being picky but could do with new pans and oven trays and some eggcup!
Had a great time, weather fab and we all loved the house
