this is the 2nd time we have been to rosie,s beach house and we would definately return nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle
We had a lovely stay at Seashell Cove, would definitely recommend and we will book again hopefully in the near future :)
Blue Bay is a comfortable beach house near all facilities and close to the beach path. It is spacious and clean with everything you need for a great holiday. The outside space and seating is amazing with retractable doors leading to a large decking with comfortable chairs and loungers. The patio at the back has bench seating and a bbq. We come back year after year.
Second time staying at Caramel Cottage and again not disappointed. Lovely lay out plenty of room downstairs as well as up. Everything we needed so well equipped.
This was perfect for our four night stay by the beach. The house is well appointed to a good standard. My husband and I had a very comfortable stay with our cockapoo. It’s right opposite the site’s pub, restaurant, chemist and shop. The gym is also close by and very convenient. We didn’t use the pool, so can’t comment on that. I would recommend accommodation.
Very attractive development of mostly holiday homes in many varied architectural styles. House was comfortable clean & well equipped. Easy parking. Beach a good 10 minute walk away & quite a climb back up ! Overall most enjoyable & acceptable.
Lovely holiday as usual. The wonderful weather made the house’s access to the beach important. We were able to use the veranda more this year due to the weather. My teenager did miss the usual welcome pack but only for a moment.
Ive stayed at the bay for many years now. It’s my go to for holiday vacations and it never disappoints. So many options on your door step. Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington and so many more places to visit. Ideal tranquil place to stay after days out. Sandy Shores is a stunning luxury holiday home. With everything you need and more. Dog friendly. Fantastic location opposite the path to the beach or cliff top walks.
This is a lovely site, it’s like being in your own little village. Friendly,clean, and so comfortable
We had a wonderful stay at no11 Woodspring way, the property was lovely, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The location was great with pub,shop,arcade and leisure centre just a short walk through the village. Communication with the host was fantastic from booking to departure, thanks for a lovely stay x
The house was lovely and clean, it really is a home from home. Really enjoyed our stay and was a shame when the holiday came to an end.
our stay was as good as the previous 2 times we have stayed. One thing we noticed was the outside windows was in much need of a clean!! One other thing would be to have a table out side on the patio, for eating out .
We stayed in a 2ned chalet over looking the lake what a beautiful position on the site the accommodation was spotless and couldn’t be faulted everyone seemed friendly no noise from neighbours couldn’t fault it
Great communication via WhatsApp and email, including a holiday guide with all info included (including nearby attractions) Very clean house and well equipped We loved the location, right next to the path to the beach and still close to the park and pub. Stayed here before and the house and location are great for family get togethers, however will not return again due to inconsiderate dog owners close by that think it’s ok to leave mess behind where children play. Very disappointed in the standards of the bay as the problem was brought to their attention.
Great family accommodation in a superb location. The Lodge was well equipped and everything worked. All the family enjoyed our stay at Seahorse Lodge. Communications and customer service were excellent. Would come again!
The lodge was absolutely stunning and very clean and well presented. The kitchen has everything you need from pots and pans to utensils and serving trays with plenty of storage throughout the rest of the lodge in the form of lovely side boards, wardrobes and dressing tables. Both the bathrooms also had ample storage and lovely waterfall showers in each, with the main bathroom having the luxury of a bath! Superb location, 5min from beach & all facilities on site. Close to other seaside places & can walk along beach to Filey town. Love everything about the accommodation - feels cosy, comfortable and great holiday vibes. I’m a repeat customer. Recommend.

We had such a great week at this lovely cottage. The cottage was very clean with all the essentials you need on self catering. We also used the windbreak and chairs on the beach that were provided. The beds were very comfortable. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach which was a beautiful walk which ever direction you went. Its a lovely walk to Filey on the beach or on the coastal / ciiff walk. CJs was the best Fish and Chip shop to try in Filey. The pub in site was very poor. We had a lovely stay at Norman’s Nook The property is well maintained with good size bedrooms and the kitchen was well equipped apart from the fridge which was rather small we thought a bigger fridge would benefit a property of this size But otherwise a brilliant property
Our third time at the Oreo shack, we’ve been twice this summer. The accommodation is stylish, immaculate and well equipped, the WiFi is excellent. We’ve always received a text on the day to let us know it’s ready early, which is a bonus. It’s ideally situated for accessing the pool and beach, which is the starting point for so many wonderful coastal walks. The grounds at The Bay are so well maintained and we like the open aspect of the Oreo Shack. It’s great to sit on the decking in the comfy camping chairs from the store room and the log burner is great indoors during colder months.
We enjoyed our stay, very well equipped and comfortable. One minor gripe no cupboard for food storage without relocating equipment. Dining chairs need some TLC and the vacuum cleaner didn't work but otherwise all okay.
This was our 4th stay in Sea Urchin beach house which really says everything. It was also the 5th stay on Filey Bay. It has every thing you could possibly want.
This was a lovely little property close to both Filey beach, and close to Bridlington and Scarborough. Small swimming pool close by but kids loved it. Nice friendly pub close by too serving ok food. Friendly staff Paula from Filey bay direct very approachable for any questions.
We having a wonderful stay at the beautiful Pebble Place in Filey Bay. From the moment we opened the door, we were greeted by a lovely, fresh smell throughout the house. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well looked after. It is also dog-friendly, but you would never know it! There was absolutely no smell of dogs, and both the sofas and carpets were spotlessly clean. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy our stay. Our stay at Anchors Away was perfect. We were 4 adults and three children. This was our fifth stay at The Bay. We love the convenience of the beach, the walk onto Filey and the wonderful beach cafe at Hunmanby……perfect to access on foot. The house was extremely well kitted out and spotlessly clean. We have already booked for the same week (spring bank) next year!

A gorgeous, well maintained lodge with every facility we could possibly need. Even things like condiments in the cupboard and outdoor cushions were included. We came home feeling very refreshed!
I stayed here in August with my two children. It's a really lovely lodge with everything that you could need. We loved all the sea and anchor touches around the lodge. It was very comfortable and the location is really great. It is on a quiet road, but it is also very close to the tennis court, pub, restaurant and access to the beach. The Bay Filey in general is beautiful and kept really clean. The beach is absolutely gorgeous, and also kept very clean. Welcoming and lovely house with ample facilities for 9 people.Great location. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a grab handle fitted in the downstairs en suite shower.
This was a last minute booking as my mum couldn’t do the steps in the caravan we booked on another site. Communicating with Paula was amazing, she was lovely. The accommodation was great. We will definitely be returning to the site.

Stayed at Anchor Downs for 2 nights, communication was good and the check in process was easy. The house was clean and tidy. Nice touch having games for the children to play with. There was parking outside the house which was handy and a little area at the back that the children could play in.
We booked a lodge by the lake, expecting to be able to fish… to find out the lake is no longer fish able. Honestly, i looked to book else where but I'm so please we didn’t because The Bay was a find!! The children loved it. The lodge we stayed in had a country feel, it was quiet, peaceful with a lovely view. The location was great to explore the area, including Bridlington, Filey and the fishing lake we found in Humanby. The lodge its self was spacious, we visited on a weekend that was incredibly hot so it was uncomfortable to sleep, a fan in the room would have been ideal. We had to close...more
