We really enjoyed our time at 80 Breeze Hill. Very comfortable, everything you need to hand and brilliant location to reach the beach and other destinations. Highly recommended
From the moment we stepped in the door we felt at home. What can I say! Friendly owners, beautiful views, spotlessly clean, well equipped character apartment in a great location.
Great place to stay… Host is amazing and taking care of the lodges. I would highly recommend this place.
All very good. Clean, tidy and well equiped. Lacked for nothing really. Cosy and comfortable. ......
The lodge was first class. Very comfortable and very clean. Positioned in a perfect place not far away from anywhere you would like to visit on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey. We would definitely like to stay there again. The host was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Very well appointed farmhouse with everything you need for your stay. Set in a beautiful landscape with lovely views. A very quiet location close to Criccieth and Porthmadog for supermarkets etc. Excellent communications in advance with location and entry details. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this for families or group stays.
Would definately stay here again. ******************************************************************
Lovely accommodation, really spacious. Nice walks with your dogs. Well located to explore the island. A nice leisurely holiday.
The cottage was beautifully presented, with thoughtful touches. Exceptional support when needed too!
Lovely cottage in ideal location and equiped to a very high standard with all necessary items for a perfect holiday home.
Lovely house , in a great location, if you want a get away from it all break. The beds and bed linen were very nice and the kitchen was very well equipped. The log burner made it cozy at night. Lovely stroll down the road to the white eagle for lunch a couple of times and not far from Treaddur bay.
We were a group of four couples and a dog. The property was plenty big enough for us all. Great location with lovely views from the front. Enough private parking for at least four cars. Would recommend.
Stayed for my grandads 80th, the house is absolutely gorgeous enough room for 12 of us and beautifully decorated. The location is amazing and lots of nice walks nearby.
This is a very well equipped apartment in a great central location. It’s very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The front patio is a real sun trap with spectacular views towards Snowdonia. There are plenty of local restaurants and places of interest to visit in Beaumaris. I hope to return.
We love staying here its home from home. E keep coming back! We'll equipped plenty of room for 7 people. We love to walk to the beach whatever the weather its beautiful. Wish there was an offer to book again for regular customers!! We have been twice this year!
Our 3rd time here, everything was perfect, The cottage, as previously, was excellent, roomy, comfortable and with everything you could need. And, to top the week off, we had virtually a week of sunshine. The cottage is very convenient for seeing Anglesey, with the wonderful Church Bay 2 minutes walk from the cottage. Already booked for 2026. Thank you.
Been staying at the cottages for many years now , always really pleased with them both .always clean with great parking
Fantastic weekend this our second visit to this house with our friends, everything has been thought of and very clean. Would highly recommend.
The cottage was lovely, clean and well located The only downside is there is not really anywhere to hang clothes. A wardrobe would be a good idea.
We had a lovely stay at this beautiful cottage. It’s very cosy, spacious and comfortable. The setting is stunning and peaceful, very isolated (a bonus or not depending on your preference!)
We loved the property which was steeped in history. The beds were comfortable and r the kitchen very well equipped. We made use of the log burner which was so effective and kept us all warm as toast. I would recommend this cottage wholeheartedly and we plan to return in the future David Corrin
Lovely cottage near to lligwy beach Handy for Moelfre and Benllech too Had everything we needed and had a great time
Our family had an absolutely amazing much needed stay at Park Delfryn in Anglesey. In fact I will go as far to say our stay was off the scale and one of the best holidays our family have ever had! The accommodation was immaculate, in a superb location near to the beach and the host had clearly gone above and beyond to ensure our family had a lovely time. I’m sure they booked in the weather for us too because the weather was unbelievable ….. the sun shone every day of our holiday enabling us to plod down (like little pack horses) to our favourite Benllech beach every single day - ….. trolly, ...more
Comfortable Well equipped Good service. Problems attended to. Provision needed for recycling. A garlic press would be good. Lovely location Dog friendly Probably good all year round. !
Booked this break for my adult Grandaughter and myself at short notice she hadn't been well and it was a treat for her. It really couldn't have been more perfect the wood fired hot tub was fabulous sitting in there watching the bats flying around at dusk then later looking at the stars was magical. We were helped by Oyster Cottages concierge service to book a massage with Kate and have a meal cooked for us by Alex Goldsmith we were truly spoiled. Perfectly situated to explore the area too. Thank you all at Oyster Cottages. x
Lovely cottage , very remote and comfortable. Owners communication was very good. Great base for mountains and peace .
We absolutely loved our stay here, the cottage is old and many would say requires modernisation but we felt it all added to its character and charm. The beds were comfy as were the sofas and the kitchen was fully supplied with everything you could need. The grounds were fantastic and we had many games of football, rounders and hide and seek with a group of 4 children under 10. We spent every evening outdoors and made the most of the hot tub and the bbq. The views from the garden are also lovely. It’s in a great location and very close to so many lovely beaches and towns. We could n...more
Location location location! The house is in great condition, everything in almost new condition. Kitchen is huge and great for socialising but the living room is small and cramped and needs a furniture rethink as 6-8 would struggle to sit comfortably. Be aware that the ceiling on the mezzanine is extremely low and only suitable for children. There are no mirrors and that needs to be addressed, the 2nd bathroom would benefit from a shelf and a handle on the inside (one of our party was trapped in there) Some of the curtains are not well hung and this needs to be addressed.
Really impressive barn conversion. Lots of space and activities to do . large en suite bedrooms are excellent- secure rear garden great for activities and dogs. Helpful communications from oyster holidays replying to several queries promptly. A great holiday was had by all.
The property is luxurious, stylish and peaceful; a great place for a romantic break in Cheshire. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possible need. Note to staff: the provided usb chargers have usb-a outlets; they require usb-c outlets for compatibility with the Beats charging cables. Unfortunately when we arrived the heating hadn't been programmed and the place was like an icebox, hence 4/5 for comfort. Also, the only form of heating in the living room is an open fire; not a problem had matches and cleaning equipment been provided, as once lit it was very effective ...more
Cottage was lovely. Issue with heating very promptly dealt with by Oyster Cottages who were excellent. My only issue is that the owners have limited the heating hours which I feel should be under guest’s control Otherwise a lovely stay. Bedroom is particularly comfortable with excellent bed.
Great location with sea views. Plenty of places to walk from the doorstep, with the beach being about 5 minutes away. The cottage was comfortable with a light airy lounge with views to the sea and beach. The large kitchen/dinner was nice but needed a bit of tlc in places. We had a bit of a bumpy start with the boiler breaking, the owner called a plumber out the same day, provided a heater and called round or phoned to keep us updated on what was happening. Overall we had a lovely holiday
Moelfre beach is a little hidden paradise and what better way to enjoy it than in the comfort of Glan-y-Don. This is an excellent holiday home which is very well furnished, and has fantastic sea views. The contact and support from Oyster Holiday Cottages made all the difference, they were on hand to help with all queries and were very accommodating. A very happy customer
Not wanting to be negative since we were on the whole comfortable. Internet connection very poor. House is cosmetically very 'tired' (holes in window frames) . Downstairs bedroom very damp but we were there in dreadful weather. Price reflects these faults I suppose. Location is lovely, peaceful and pretty. Plenty of room for large group.
We enjoyed our week in sea view. The accommodation is comfy and well furnished. the position is near to the beach, the pub, a lovely tearoom where you can book an evening meal at the weekend, which we did, and a fish and chips restaurant. Thank you. Carol and Leanne
We had a fabulous stay a Bella Vista, exactly what we needed, great place great location and loved it this much in winter, im sure summer would be incredible!
We had an excellent week in Garden Cottage, the location was perfect. The grounds and surrounding woodland provided our dog with the perfect playground.Really comfortable cottage, isolated but with excellent WiFi,Smart TV etc.The only slight criticism is the cooking utensils could do with a bit of an upgrade. However this didn’t spoil what was a brilliant holiday. Thank you.
Very comfortable cottage beautiful and quiet. The TV maybe a bit challenging but that’s about all .Very comfortable and well equipped .Very happy holiday thank you!
Lovely cottage, great location! We had everything we needed for a lovely holiday, it was truly home from home, thank you! Due to our growing family we had this cottage and the cottage next door and the children could all play together in the adjoining gardens which was perfect!
overall a nice stay…. Good location but found parking, unloading, loading tricky. Bed in main bedroom we found uncomfortable…..fridge needed cleaning, toilet brush holder was dirty ( had to clean it!) yuk!! We felt the property had just had a very quick/ rushed cleanup before we arrived. Garden is lovely , very close to bakery, promenade and main shops. If staying in November as we did , check when the fireworks display is on as you will not be able to park anywhere in the town after 5.00pm.We had to park 1.5miles away as we had been out for the day!
Our family of six had a wonderful time in Caernarfon. The cottage was spacious and very private and close to the sea and walking distance to local amenities. Well worth the visit!
We first discovered Sea Breezes 10 years ago and it had the WOW factor then. After many visits to different parts of the island we decided to return to Moelfre and we weren't disappointed. The compact apartment was pristine , had everything you need and sea views to die for. Local pub the Kinmel Arms , Ann's Pantry and the chippy all serving good food. The cliff top walk to the lifeboat house and neighbouring Lligwy Beach delightful. The Bara Brith cake was delicious, thank you Julia . A lovely stay and would certainly return.
The apartment was very clean, tidy and comfortable and we didn't experience any noise from the apartment above or below us. They had added all the finishing touches like fresh flowers, cake, Welsh cake, milk in the fridge, tea and coffee for our arrival. The essentials like washing up liquid, cleaning liquids, toilet roll, soap, tin foil, cling film, salt, pepper and oil spray for cooking were also on hand. Spare pillows and throws were in the wardrobe if we needed them. You can walk out of the property and along to a beautiful marina. We were within easy distance of castles, scenic walks and...more
We booked for a week in July to celebrate our wedding anniversary and based on the listing for this house, we were really looking forward to it. However once we arrived we were very underwhelmed and disappointed. Firstly I’ll list the positives. The location and walking distance to the beach and Abersoch are excellent. The beds even though smaller than advertised were comfortable. Oyster holiday cottages were prompt to reply to our problems and tried to help as best they could. Now to explain the disappointment. When we booked, the main bedroom was listed as having a king size bed, this was ...more
Enjoyed our stay at ty bach even though the double bed was a little to hard of a mattress for me and my partner it was tidy and clean location was excellent kitchen had everything we needed handy having a dish washer the property was very spacious as there was a party of five it was very good, sofa's were a little uncomfortable when relaxing as I suffer with my back didn't find them comfortable all in all enjoyed our week there.
We enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage. There were some initial issues which were resolved by the owner very promptly. The information from Oyster Cottages describes a Superking size bed in the main room, It is a very comfy bed in a lovely room but it is only a Kingsized. The two singles in the 2nd bedroom downstairs can be converted to a Superking size though. My score of 3 on cleanliness is due to this being an old property and there were inevitable cobwebs in nooks and crannies but we found some of the kitchen items not to have been cleaned properly by the previous occupants. This was rectif...more
Good value but the whole house could do with a thorough deep clean and a review of condition of fixing and fixtures plus updating. It would also be good to ensure there are suitable kitchen pans and tools as would be expected for a house that houses 10 occupants. As well as a deep clean, it would be nice that someone ensured all cutlery and plates were in a clean state prior to being occupied as we had to wash everything before use. Despite this we had an excellent short stay.
Much to my relief the issue of cleanliness from previous reviews had been addressed which meant that we could be wowed by the stunning views surrounding us. We loved waking up and seeing the rabbits in the garden each morning and having complete tranquility throughout the stay. You are within moments of beautiful coastal walks there and a drive (or a vigorous cycle) to the nearest local shop which stocked everything we'd forgotten and more.
Cottage was large and spacious but it needs a lot of maintenance, the floor in the lounge is coming up in parts which our toddler fall over a few times, carpet on the landing is stain, curtains are stained in dining room, and tie backs are coming off the wall in most rooms, bathroom blind was full mould and main bathroom toilet wasn’t very clean, there are marks all over the walls/light switches around the cottage that could have been easily cleaned off. Lights were full of dust and cobwebs all over the place which you expect in an old property but it had clearly been there awhile. Location of...more
The pictures I think were taken a while ago ...yes this is an old property but it desperately needs a makeover soon. It could be described as "cosy" due to the constantly running Rayburn in the kitchen, but that is accompanied by the slight smell of heating oil as well. There is plaster flaking off the walls and cobwebs and dust everywhere and the sofas in the sitting room have very definitely had their day. The cushions are collapsed and the "rustic" kilim covered large cushions are itchy, falling apart and covered in what looks like ginger dog hairs. If the owner is paying someone to clean t...more
