Perched above the Menai Strait with far-reaching views to Bangor Pier and the distant mountains, Nyth Y Fran is a beautifully positioned coastal retreat for up to four. Stylish, light-filled and wonderfully peaceful, it’s a place for slow mornings, big skies and watching the world drift past from above the water.

Beautiful Stay

Nyth Y Frân is a stunning place to stay; the views, lovely Velux Cabrio window, the comfy beds, the spaciousness and the location were all just perfect.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and Oyster Cottages left a few thoughtful touches, which were a really nice suprise too.

The hot tub was a lovely addition with a stunning view and the garden area is beautiful and well placed to look over the Strait.

The only thing we would say could be improved was the shower cleanliness; just a little mould on the grout, and the shower heads could have been cleaner. However, the rest of the property was spotless.

Overall, it was an amazing stay and we were so sad to leave!

We really enjoyed our short stay in this very well equipped and stylish apartment. It was comfortable, stylish and a delight to stay there. The apartment was also well prepared. Whoever is doing the cleaning did a great job. It is well located between Menai bridge and Beaumaris. The garden and hot tub were also a nice bonus. The most spectacular thing though is the view of the straits. Constantly changing with the tide and the weather they are just beguiling. Hopefully we will return soon. Thank you so much for our goody bag too.
