A wonderful little property next door to the National Trust’s Plas Newydd House, Blacksmith’s Cottage is an ideal hideaway for a couple. It features the large fireplace where the estate’s blacksmith used to ply his trade, but it’s now a cosy nook in which to relax after a day of exploring.

Overall very pleased with accomadation and location. Our only issue for longer stays was that we only had a two ring hob this needs to be replaced with a standard 4 ring to facilitate meal preparation. Otherwise excellent.

Lovely accommodation, really spacious. Nice walks with your dogs. Well located to explore the island. A nice leisurely holiday.
