Lovely well thought out studio, every inch of space has been used thoughtfully to give the studio a spacious feel yet also providing everything you could possibly need for your holiday. In a great position close to Porthgwidden beach but also easily accessible to Porthmeor and the town. During our stay we could hear noise from young children running and jumping around in the cottage above but this didn’t ruin our stay.
We holiday in St Ives multiple times per year and this is the first (and won’t be the last) time we’ve stayed with Cherished and in West Coast House. The house is phenomenal and truly the best house we have ever stayed in. Outstanding views from the main bedrooms and lounge, we often slept with the windows open just listening to those Porthmeor waves. We stayed for 2 weeks in 15 St Nicholas court, it was an incredible memory making holiday for our family. The apartment had everything and more that you can need on a holiday. The complimentary gifts were lovely. Beds were super comfy, ample room for a family of 6 and it was impeccably clean. Parking underground was very tight but we managed and we have a big 7 seater, but thankful for parking! Being right on the beach and near town was a massive plus point too. Christine made the booking process easy and was always contactable. Top marks Cherised
Bellair house is in a great location overlooking the Harbour and bay of St Ives. The house is beautiful inside and out. This is our third time at the house. And we will be back for more.
The bay house is at the top of the hill so has amazing views of the bay from 2 bedrooms & the outdoor space. We managed to get to our favourite beach super easily (highly recommend a beach trolley, helped lots with loading & unloading the car). The property has everything you need, so well thought out and comfortable.

I had a lovely stay at the beach snug in St Ives, the location is fantastic (albeit a bit stressful to drive through the town to get there), the parking is nice and close and has beautiful views too!! The only downside on this property for me was the comfort of the bed, just a bit firm and needs a topper to make it more comfortable, but other than that, it's a beautiful property and we had an amazing time
A well presented comfortable cottage with easy access to Porthmeor beach (our favourite), Porthgwidden beach, the harbour and Fore Street.

I’ve stayed in this house many times now. It never looks tired or older. It always feels like we are the first people to stay. This house location and views are absolutely awesome. Fixtures and fittings of the highest quality and so warm and cosy. Just love it here.
This was our second stay in Rock House. Great location and garage and parking space a real plus. Appreciated the welcome bag (wine, tea, coffee, biscuits, jam, and doggy chews). Flowers were a lovely touch too. Cutlery, plates, glasses etc were plentiful. Wash room at back of house was very useful for cleaning dog after going on beach. The table in the front room had an excellent selection of games as well (which we didn’t find until almost the end of our stay as the chest just looks like a table). This is our second stay at Harbour Lights. We returned because it is a wonderful location looking down to the bay and the harbour. The sunrises and sunsets are beyond description.We marked down the cleanliness purely because the skylights had internal cobwebs and the external balcony roof area had not been cleaned, beyond that it was perfect. One point as a suggestion is the peak rent compared to the two neighbours.
We stayed in Hardy’s cottage during the last week of the summer holidays and the week was not a disappointment! The house was small but big enough for us , would have liked a bigger outdoor space to dry clothes etc but we managed . Location to the beach and town was superb . The house was clean and tidy and we had everything we needed to make ourselves at home .
Had another lovely stay in this beautiful cottage in St Ives. All amenities provided and Cherished were amazing at supporting our trip.

The cottage is on a quiet street, behind the quayside, 70 yards, short walk to our favourite beaches with a shop nearby, Norway stores. Lovely restaurants and cafes close by, an absolute delight. We loved our week there.
This was our second time in Panorama and we have booked again for next year. The views are absolutely amazing, the location perfect for the beaches and town and the house is a good size for a large family group. There was the addition of a parking space in the nearby car park this year, which was a great bonus! The outside area at the front is great for eating outside in the evening. We did not have any problem with seagulls the first year, this year there was a solitary juvenile which was making a nuisance of itself, but generally no problem! Porthmeor beach is St Ives best beach, that’s saying something as all of them are so outstanding! The location of this duplex blows the mind, this is a particularly large Piazza property, truly thrilling. The sense of location, light & the constant sound of the waves is a mediative experience. Well equipped & has a lovely homely feel, we would love to return! ( Downside, a small one, thick heavy duvets, with no choice of a flat sheet, is perhaps an oversight during the summer? We had a wonderful stay at Westholme. From the minute we arrived it was perfect. Great easy parking, great location, beautiful views and the most wonderful property. It was so spacious. As we settled in and unpacked we started to realise just how brilliant Westholme was. They have thought of everything! It was very well equipped with everything you could need. We arrived to a beautiful welcome pack, with all the essentials which really makes a difference when you arrive in a self catering property. Only fault was the downstairs floors on arrival were dirty and I had to wash them 3 times. Fridge also faulty but reported and told it was due to weather
I reported to the very nice cherished office that the marks and Spencer pans do not reach a rolling boil on the electric hob ie they are not compatible. I could not cook potatoes pasta or rice etc so I borrowed a pan from my daughter in other accommodation which worked! Other wise we have BOOKED AGaIN for next again for next year so we were happy!
This was out third stay in the Lobster’s Residence and we loved it so much we booked for next year on the day we travelled home! The property is clean, modern, beautiful, very well equipped and in the most perfect location in St Ives.

4 island road has everything to offer the location is perfect and the house was so clean and had all resources needed. Me my husband and 4 girls had a wonderful 14 night stay. The beds are super comfortable and it was such a superb find. There is a fue point that I think could help the property out there is a little lack of storage in the kitchen area to store food especially for a family of 6, one other point was it would really help having a outside shower or tap as when coming back from the beach with 4 children u need to walk the right through the house and up the stairs before reaching ...more
