With its cool and calming interior and open plan living space, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably, and having the luxury of a secure private parking space and beachside location, Number 16 is the ideal apartment for the ultimate Cornish holiday!

We love this apartment and have booked again for next year.
Please can I ask for consideration in the following please.
Main bedroom
Table with mirror cover is in the wrong place. It should be next to the window in order to use it properly. It’s too dark and needs swapping with the wardrobe if possible.
Also, the pouffe thing that you sit on is way to low for the mirror when you are sitting, and when you stand the mirror is too low!!! The mirror needs to be a bit lower and it needs a proper chair. Otherwise you have to sit on the bed with a hand held mirror which risks getting makeup in the bedding.
The twin room. We know it’s designed with younger kids in mind but my son uses that room with his girlfriend. Shelves or proper storage is needed for handing please.
The hall cupboard. Please get rid of the hoover box! We need the storage with a rail for the twin room and general shoe storage. Otherwise we are kicking shoes around the hallway all of the time!!
En-suite bathroom door - it’s on a runner and gets stuck quite easily. You can end up walking into it!
Otherwise - we love it!!! This is just feedback that might help?

Fabulous apartment!!
We have stayed in St Ives every year for the last 6, and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. Location was excellent! Dog friendly too, which was ideal for early morning walks on one of the 2 beaches literally on the doorstep of the complex.
Service from Cherished Cottages was excellent, no issues with any communication.
Very much looking forward to returning!!

We had a lovely stay, Cherished Cottages do not disappoint! Very clean well organised and equipped, great outside space especially for the dog! Only lost a star as the bed wasn’t as comfortable as previous stays at their other properties.

We stayed as a family of 4, with 2 teenagers, and a dog and had a great holiday.

Great location, being a stones throw from the town centre, harbour and main beaches.

The accommodation is spacious, modern and very well presented, and with an allocated parking space made trips all that easier.

Lovely accommodation with the added bonus of car parking and an outside seating area. Two bathrooms also help with a friends or family get together as does the lovely spacious living area. All in all, highly recommended.

Once again stayed at No16 St Nicholas Court stayed there for the last 5-6 years.
Cannot fault the location and the quiet by the peninsula. Our first stay several years ago I believe the apartment was brand new, the apartment was impeccable, now after much usage the apartment needs some TLC to justify the cost. Items are still broken from last year, crayon and mildew on the walls, sofa looking worn, which is to be expected due to its client turnover. Please don’t think this review is all negative as its not meant to be, but items need repair or replacing to justify the cost of rental.

We have been coming to St Ives for decades and have stayed in many of cherished cottages properties. So we always know we will get a superbly presented property. 16 St Nicholas Court is by far our favourite. We always rebook for next year before we leave and everyone is great with helping us to do that. We love everything about this property, dog friendly, superb space inside a garden, secure parking and a stair lift to enable everyone to access the property. Absolutely thrilled when we entered the property, spacious, luxurious and with everything we needed for our stay.
The property was exceptionally clean and we loved every minute.

We had a fantastic stay at 16 St Nicholas Court. The location was excellent for us with a small child, we could get to and from the beach quickly and just a short stroll to the harbour with lots of little shops and cafes.

The apartment was spotless and very comfy, really was a home from home for the week.

This spacious apartment was absolutely spotless . The layout is great and family friendly. It is in a great location- only a minute walk to the beach.
The apartment is extremely well appointed and has everything for a comfortable stay.
We have stayed in many properties in St Ives, but we keep coming back to this one. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful holiday home right in the heart of St Ives. We love St Ives and have visited many times but to find somewhere that allows dogs and has a garden for them so near to the beach was amazing. Parking was great too although a bit of a squeeze for our biggish car. We loved it so much we’re already booked for next year.

Staying here was the perfect accommodation for myself and my family which includes two elderly relatives . It was in excellent condition, really clean and was so near to two beaches without any steps or difficulty in accessibility . The only disappointment was that when we arrived the stair lift wasn’t working properly which made it very difficult to transport my parent s to the accommodation . You resolved this quickly the next day , however thought this could of been checked before our arrival. Also there was only a small dishwasher when for the number of guests there should be a full sized one. This is our third year using cherished cottages and I would highly recommend the standard of their accommodation and their personal care and help.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and well equipped. It is a great size with plenty of living space. As we stayed in February we did not have much opportunity to enjoy the fabulous outside space . We did manage one lunch outside! It is ideally placed for access to the beaches and town. The parking space is an added bonus but it is tight to get in and out of !

This is our second stay in this apartment. It is in a quiet and safe, well maintained gated complex with parking. The location is perfect: right next to Porthmeor and Porthgwidden and on the Island for dog walks you can’t get any better! The apartment comfortably sleeps six, it is a well equipped spacious apartment with some rare treats for St Ives cottages - a secure garden with seating, a huge comfy sofa plenty of room for everyone, wardrobe space, Sky TV. Everything to make your stay with extended family a comfortable one.
There are some minor jobs need doing but these are being addressed by Cherished and don’t detract from the holiday.
Cherished were great with us during the lockdowns and I don’t hesitate to recommend them.

Lovely layout, nice and modern. It’s an ideal base for the beach. It would have been nice to have a bit more bedroom storage and a barbecue to make a bit more use of the outside space. The welcome hamper is very nice.

We have stayed in st ives many times but at Nicholas court is an excellent location. We took elderly parents who can no longer walk up some of the slopes and steps found throughout the area. Parking space is a must although very tight. The apartment has all amenities required. Sadly on this visit there was quite a lot of building work being done on several apartments in the court so drilling and banging started some mornings at 8am and rubble bags and tools left on the stairs (not ideal on a holiday but I suppose it has to be done at some time)

This was the first time we have stayed in an apartment and it was perfect in every way. The property was very tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The owners have great taste and much thought has obviously gone into equipping it. The outside space is a real bonus and the gate opening onto the car park enabled us to unload the car! Perfect location and perfect apartment with the real bonus of car parking!

The accommodation was absolutely superb and also ideally located off the beach/adjacent to the island car park. We stopped here as a family of 5 with a dog and it was one of our best holidays ever. Top marks all round.

This property is well designed ,the furnishings are very modern, the kitchen has all your needs ,it is a advantage to have two bathrooms.
The out side space is excellent.
Cherish cottage staff are so friendly and helpful.

I have absolutely fallen in love with 16 St. Nicholas court. It’s got everything you need to act as a home from home for however long you are staying and it’s so modern and comfortable. As someone who has been on holiday to st ives every year from birth to the age of 16, also stayed in st nicholas court every time I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. I now visit once or twice a year as an adult and number 16 is my favourite flat to stay in for sure! I recommend it to everybody and the team at Cherished cottages are always a pleasure to deal with and make everything so easy. I’d live there if I could!

I misread details and thought it was on ground floor - its on the first. I couldn't manage the narrow spiral stairs with 2 dogs And the main atrium stairs were very wet as weather wasnt too good. Its a lovely apartment and so close to the beach and an area I love. I should have read details moreclosely

The spiral staircase is quite steep, most of our guests use the main stairs, but sadly, the weather was against you during your stay. An excellent place ! My only gripe is that we had 6 people staying and were a little short of cups, plates etc. However we asked for more plates and had them delivered which was great

We absolutely loved this property. It is perfectly located, very clean and very comfortable. We particularly liked the outdoor space for our pup! We have visited St Ives many times and would definitely stay in this lovely property again.

This was our second visit to number 16 and it was just as good as before. The parking is a bonus - no more stress of trying to find a space in St Ives . The accommodation is light and airy. Comfy sofas, great size dining table, excellent beds. Loved the huge bath sheets. The proximity to the beach is fantastic. Really helpful staff at Cherished. We will definitely book again.

Lovely apartment in a lovely location with the added bonus of one parking space. My only criticism would be the size of the dishwasher as we had to put it on twice a day and perhaps more table crockery (it is in a big enough drawer to take more!). Thank you :))))
