A stylish period property with stunning panoramic views over St Ives, situated on a sought-after pedestrianised terrace a short stroll from St Ives harbour and town centre. The property sleeps 10 over 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms and boasts ample outside space to the rear and front of the house. The perfect St Ives hideaway for a gathering with family and friends.

The ground floor boasts plenty of living space to relax and enjoy the spectacular views. The kitchen is a perfect social space which opens out into a stylish lounge area ideal for watching the chef at work whilst sipping on a G&T. Across the hallway, the open plan lounge diner offers a pleasant dining space and an additional lounge area framed by a large bay window offering splendid views of St Ives. A separate utility room and wet room are also located on this floor.

The five bedrooms, one ensuite, a family bathroom and separate WC are located on the first floor.

The house is in a great location, well equipped and clean, the only thing letting it down is the furniture is starting to date.
The lack of parking for at least one car is an issue, if you leave to explore the area the chances of parking back in the carparks you have paid weekly for is difficult during the busy periods.
The 9.00am check out is early, especially when you have to load upto 4 cars and little ones, with no where to park.

Still great accommodation, location etc, a few things looking tired like showers, same old leather sofa, loo seat in main bathroom loose then came off had to self repair, but no biggy,

Our annual stay in St Ives this year with our grown-up family saw our second consecutive year staying at Panorama. We love the house. It is comfortable, well equipped and has the most amazing views over St Ives. And I can think of nowhere that is better situated to access the beaches and town centre in this lovely Cornish time. We will certainly be booking again for next year.

This was our second stay at Panorama.
It is the perfect house for larger or extended families with 5 generous bedrooms and plenty of space to accommodate everyone with 2 separate lounge areas.
The kitchen is really well equipped and contains everything you could possibly need - again with plenty of space for people to move around in,
There are two well tended gardens at the front and another space at the rear of the property which includes a lovely warm shower for washing away sandy legs and feet after a day at the beach.
The house is so close to all the beaches and to the main shopping area on Fore Street - perfect for those younger members of our party.

This really does have the most amazing views and lovely living spaces. Outside shower and room to hang up wetsuits is a big bonus. Our second time in this property and favourite (having stayed in many in St Ives over the years) by far..

Great home for the family including our 2 grandchildren. Great views, lovely garden and well equipped kitchen. Very welcome outside warm shower to rinse off when you come back from the beach.

Against the pandemic odds of a year's postponement, variants and quarantines, we have spent an incredible family Christmas and New Year at Panorama. It really is the most perfect home in the best location. The web site descriptions and photos are accurate but the quality of light and space in Panorama and the sheer magnificence of the views have to be experienced to be appreciated.
The house has many charming period details and the quality of decor and accessories shine through, yet still maintaining a homely feel. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the outside spaces: front terracing, separate garden and large courtyard all make for a very easy place to be with a large family. All just 5-10 minutes walk to harbour, shops, restaurants and beaches.
It was our first booking with Cherished Cottages and I can honestly say they are the best holiday rental company that i have ever dealt with. Totally professional and very quick to respond to all queries, we have really appreciated their personal touch. Someone came within 2 hrs to attend to a problem with the cooker on Boxing Day and we were extremely grateful for the help and flexibility shown when one of our party became ill on our final day.
In terms of practicalities, an additional bonus was the fantastic waste collection service ( may seem a small issue, but as someone who has previously driven around half of Cornwall with a boot load, looking for an open municipal waste disposal facility, it is no small matter!)
Where there any downsides to Panorama? If I'm honest, in peak season you may find it hard to park in Barnoon car park, although we always managed it. (Stennack Laundry car park seemed always to have space if you get stuck and then move it back to Barnoon later.) However, once you're at Panorama, you really won't want to go out anywhere else! All can be bought in St Ives and we had deliveries from both Waitrose and Sainsburys.
St Ives itself is a perfect holiday location and I wouldn't hesitate to book Panorama again.

Panorama is perfectly situated for
walking access to the town of St Ives.
The views from the house are superb with sea views from all the rooms.
The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and is very comfortable.
The only slight drawback is access to the house to unload cars .This however was overcome when we discovered the back door where you could temporarily park one vehicle.
Longer term parking was eased by an arrangement with a local resident advised by Cherished Cottages. This proved very satisfactory over the week although did require a walk of 10 mins .
Our family group absolutely loved their stay at Panorama and the car issue was soon overcome.
We would all absolutely recommend staying here for a great holiday!

We had a wonderful week staying at beautiful Panorama. Perfectly situated a stones throw from the centre of town, all three beaches and lovely coastal walks, yet in its own peaceful oasis. The house itself is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could need - even an outdoor shower! It’s the perfect base for a large family get together or for several families, with enough bedroom and bathroom space for everyone. It was wonderful to deal with Cherished Cottages - they were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you, we can’t wait to come back!

Lovely house, perfect for my husband’s 50th birthday weekend with friends. Every room was comfortable, decor was beautiful. Loved the two gardens.
Everyone had a fabulous weekend, would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay in Panorama. The house is in such a great location. Christine and her team from Cherished cottages were above and beyond with their help.
Such a shame not to have a dedicated car parking space. Unloading and loading the cars was a bit fraught. However Andrew who provides parking spaces was great and his system worked extremely well, thank you.
We've already booked for next year and can't wait.

This was our third stay at Panarama, and we are booking our fourth stay! The house is wonderful and so is the location - on an elevated position above the high street and harbour, it has beautiful views across the harbour. Just a minute down some steps and you’re on the high street, and a few more minutes and you’re on the harbour front. My family and I love this house and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! The best part of the whole house is sitting on the window seat in the huge bay window in the living room, and looking out to sea. Bliss.

The views from Panorama are just breathtaking, we sat for hours sipping 'gin and tonics' and watching the Harbour, the Town and life in general just pass by. It is truly wonderful. The house is stupendous and just right for a big family get together. Location in the centre of town is perfect. Only downside? Getting 3 cars parked was abit of a pain but with patience it was ok. Would highly recommend a 'festival trolley' though! We absolutely loved Panorama, some wonderful memories which will be with us for years and years to come. Worth every penny

Can't rate this holiday home enough. Stunning Sea views from every bedroom. Beautifully decorated and they have thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Location is amazing; short 5 minute walk to shops, bars and beaches. Train station is a 10 minute walk. Parking was a bit of a nightmare and the narrow streets were hard work in the minibus that we hired but it didn't detract from how fantastic the place was and we would definitely stay again.

The property had almost a 360 degree view over St Ives. The space inside was sufficient for 8 people.
For those with any physical disability access to the property is tricky and the stairs to the bedrooms will be a problem. There is no parking that comes with the property either.
There is everything that is required for. a classy holiday,idt in wonderful St Ives.
None of the locks worked properly in the bathrooms that caused privacy problems at times.

Recently stayed at Panorama , comfortable roomy house, incredible views, moments from the sea. Would recommend to anyone that loves houses of character, that are well appointed, beautifully clean with space for all. Plenty of outside space, really is a house you can spread out in, there were only two of us, but with 4 loos and big kitchen and generous bedrooms families would be very happy here. Particularly like that the house is flooded with light from every room, decent space to hang everything , comfortable bed, lots of space downstairs for all the holiday paraphernalia . Five minute walk to the Co-op, two minutes downhill and you are on Fore street. One of the few houses I would like to return to.

We are from Germany and happy to have picked this gorgeous traditional British and yet contemporary styled house! The photos on the website show very well how it looks like. The wonderful panoramic views you have through the big windows to the harbour scenery and the beaches and also from the front terraces and gardens can only be seen live! The position of this house is just great. On the one hand only a few steps to Fore Street, or a short stroll along the house to Tate Gallery and Porthmoer Beach, on the other hand peacefully secluded in a picturesque setting. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the front terrace and soak in the panoramic views and the sun coming from St Ives Bay in the morning till about 11 a.m. You can go on if you want in the cute second part of the garden across the house with sun until evening. The two benches here are a lovely place for a snack or afternoon tea and having a chat with the few people passing by while they are admiring this scenery.
Sometimes we had to give ourselves a push to go again and see all the other great places in and around St. Ives :) We’ve enjoyed everything.
