Best accommodation we have ever had in St Ives and we have been coming here for over 25 years. Lovely location next to two beaches. Well equipped kitchen (it even had a stick blender!), bathrooms and bedrooms all top class.

This is the second time we have stayed here as it’s such a great location to all the beaches and shops/ restaurants. It’s very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend

Everything great ! All facilities clean and comfortable especially main bathroom and beds are excellent.Closeness of Porthmeor beach and Porhgwidden beach a huge bonus especially in this current unpredictable summer. have a great time every year here.

Great place to stop. Booked for 2023. The only thing I can say that needs doing is the sofas need a clean.it is in a great location but like to see the sea !!!! Not stopping be going Back though.

This apartment is in a fantastic location right next to Porthmeor beach but also a stone throw away from porthwiggen beach. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and furnished, super clean with everything you could want and need in regards to kitchen appliances and utensils. The family bathroom is fantastic. We have booked for next year already! Also, we really appreciated the wonderful bag of welcome goodies on arrival from Cherished Cottages

Really enjoyed the standard of cleanliness, choice of furniture and furnishings. We felt that 15 was a higher standard than 16 . We appreciated the full size dish washer and really enjoyed the courtyard area . Perfect location with beaches literally around the corner and restaurants nearby. Fabulous views and scenery . So impressed with the service that cherished cottages provides .

Wow, was blown away by this apartment! Everything was top class and the beds were the best/most comfortable i have ever slept in. Outside space was fabulous for kids and lovely to have somewhere to sit.

Beautifully appointed apartment in a fantastic location. Immaculately presented with high quality equipment. A very comfortable holiday apartment with excellent beds. Beautiful contemporary apartment, wide range of kitchen equipment, glassware and table ware. The location for us with parking is why we choose it and it's neighbour No 16. Parking is rare in this part of St Ives, so although it's a tight spot we arrive park the car and don't move it until we leave. Walking in and around the town is easy and my family can use the beach walking there in swimming gear and or wetsuits. It's so well located and the outside of the complex belies the interior. I would say the apartment could add a simple DVD player and I realise lots of people stream TV, but we had taken DVDs to watch, I also feel that the main bedroom could use a vanity mirror on the dressing table, and a shaving mirror for gents in the bathrooms. There are mirrors but for shaving the mirrors are above and beyond the washbasin, and for vanity and morning routine for me I just felt the mirror would be handy. Not a deal breaker by any means though.A beautiful apartment, highly recommend booking it to anyone.

location is so important .Beach just round the corner a relief when carrying windbreaks ,bags etc .Every amenity in easy reach..Cant imagine a better place to spend a great time in St Ives.

We’ve stayed in St Ives a few times now and I can safely say that this was by far the best apartment we have stayed in. It was in a great location right by the beaches and town, was super modern, extremely clean, spacious and well equipped. We had such a brilliant week and I would highly recommend this apartment (we hope to stay again!)

We have visited St Ives regularly for over 15 years and this is by far our favourite property. The location is excellent and the property clean, comfortable and high quality. We’ve already booked a return visit!
