A short Monday to Friday break with husband, daughter and her new 3 month old baby. Park and lodge were ideal. Lovely comfortable lodge, lots to do in surrounding area and eating facilities around were excellent. Will come back!
The villa we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and very accesible for my niece who is in a wheelchair as it also had a down stairs bedroom we overlooked the water it was peaceful and the whole place was just lovely would definitely stay again %
This place is excellent. We had a great view of the lake, the hot tub was an added bonus and the house was spacious and comfortable.
The flat was beautifully kept and felt very homely with all the additional items you could need for a self catered apartment. The customer service was brilliant and they were quick to reach out and advise us an early check in was possible. The location was also great, very relaxing with activities readily available! Unfortunately the balcony had not been cleaned properly and there were a lot of spiders webs which made it less enjoyable to use! We also had an issue that the door handle didn’t work on one of the bedrooms causing someone to get stuck in there! Kindly someone can stay chat awa...more
enjoyable used it as a base to tour the Cotswolds with family and friends bed in attic room a bit to low
Great stay couldn’t ask for anything more. Would recommend to friends and would come again. Thank you
The house was just what we needed. The owner met us on the first day to introduce the house and surroundings and was very helpful.
Every member of the family loved it . From the youngest who enjoyed the play parks and Bumble van to the rest of the family who spent all day doing various water sports on the lake , bike rides round the lake ,swimming in the pools or fishing , it was a brilliant holiday .
Beautiful house, excellent location. Very clean, hot tub was amazing. So peaceful sitting out in the garden. Pool and spa, gym were spot on as is the restaurant and bar. Hope to return x
We were only staying the weekend but had a lovely time. The house had everything we needed, very clean & comfortable.
A lovely property right on the edge of the lake. With its own access for ease of kayaking or paddle boarding. The property was very comfortable and easily catering for a family of four + dog. Kitchen requires updating along with all kitchen utensils etc. Would recommend.
We enjoyed our stay at 83 Isis. The house is well positioned on the end of a row, right beside a small fly fishing lake, and the wraparound terrace meant we could enjoy the sunshine all day long. The house had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and rooms were a good size. Isis lake is well positioned for exploring the Cotswold water park and has good facilities on site.
Booked for a 50th. Spacious, comfortable and perfect setting. Would definitely book again!! Thank you
Having stayed in a smaller lodge on a previous occasion the lake wasn't a surprise. But having more of the family there really brought this place into ints own. Bedrooms were large and having an en-suite in each was excellent. The ground floor was spacious and well equipped enough for everyone. The position on the lake was wonderful and far enough away from the road and its associated noise to be peaceful. Only the rotten post and rusty gate on the veranda were negative points.
Very clean, and comfortable. Attention to detail was evident, with everything we needed provided for an enjoyable family break.
This house was used as extra space for family who were spending the jubilee weekend together at no 66. This house isn’t quite opposite 66 but just slightly before you reach 66, but 62 means you have your own view of the lake, as apposed to looking onto the front of someone house. Lovely inside, with everything you need. Decking space is small for the outside space compared to those right on the lake, but perfect for a couple to sit out. The site itself is peaceful, very tranquil. Orion holidays are very helpful.
Lodge is very well equipped. Views over the lake and the bird life are a joy to observe. The grounds are immaculately maintained and I have enjoyed lovely walks. Isis Lake is well situated for trips to Bath, Cheltenham, Oxford and of course the whole of the Cotswolds. Close by there is a very good selection of pubs and eateries. The Crown at Cerney Wick is excellent.
Everything was as expected, within walking distance of village with nice pubs, close to all the activities. Would highly recommend the Waterside Kitchen and Bar, excellent food.
Super location on Isis Lake with quick access to tennis courts etc. House was ideal for a holiday and immaculately clean. Lovely friendly holiday complex and the customer service at Orion was exemplary.
Excellent location for touring the Cotswolds area. Beautiful location right on the water’s edge. Property fairly comfortable, clean and tidy. Jack and Jill bathroom rather compact but good showers. More than enough crockery, glasses etc and a fabulous selection of games and activity equipment for rain days. Lounge furniture and general decor could maybe benefit from an update. Overall we had a fantastic stay.
Enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds and living accommodation. Right next to tennis courts and pool. Beautiful scenery. Well equipped kitchen. Could do with separate recycling bin facilities indoors. Also 2 extra chairs at dining table as there were 6 and we were a group of 8. Would have been nice to all eat together. Overall fantastic, would def stay again. Thank you
The property was fantastic. Very clean and well equipped. Amazing view over the lake from the nice big veranda. We could hardly fault the place and would recommend it. Big beds and two huge settees made it a comfortable stay. Lots for families to do both in the Isis lake encampment and also around the lakes area. Very safe for the kids to just go out of the front door and explore. Loved the whole holiday.
Modern, extremely well equipped waterfront property overlooking one of the smaller lakes. A peaceful location with plenty to do in the surrounding area. The property is well maintained and ideal for a large group or family holiday. Grandchildren enjoyed feeding Swans, Ducks, Geese and Coots from the balcony. Would highly recommend this property. South facing so sun all day onto the balcony. Perfect for evening cocktails.
A lovely 4 bedroom property with an ideal lakeside location. Enjoyed the stay and amenities. Easy to access and fully furnished.
Property was clean and well equipped. Ideal location for a quiet break. Had fun rowing on the lake with the grandchildren. Proximity to activities, towns and places of interest as well as restaurants was farther out than we expected and we had to drive everywhere which was not what we anticipated based on the literature we read before arriving. It didn't stop us going out and we had fun planning days out.
We had a great family stay for a long weekend, with 3 families spread across 2 properties. The setting is fantastic, with lovely grounds to walk around, pretty lakes and the ability to kayak/paddleboard in one lake. The kids had a brilliant time and spent hours in the play area, which was less than 100m from the house. Would definitely stay again
Had a fabulous weekend away and the property was exactly as advertised on the website. There were a few minor issues - only one key provided for 8 guests, the crockery needs replenishing as there were not enough prosecco glasses/wine glasses etc for 8 people. The outside space could have been cleaned in advance as the furniture was covered in cobwebs. On the plus side - there was plenty of room, towels provided and bright communal space. The spa passes were a great help. Would definitely come again.
We stayed in number 87 for a week. It was wonderful; very relaxing , just what we needed. The house was very comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. The scrabble even had a pen and paper! Loved the Bluetooth speaker table. Lovely to have a chair by the main bedroom window. My husband enjoyed fishing every day snd I was happy to read, crochet, listen to music, enjoy the view and walk the dog - plenty of places to walk locally. Thoroughly recommend and hope to return soon.
The property was excellent to be fair and just like the images online … the outside areas could have done with cleaning but inside was good. Great location and we all enjoyed our stay
Had a great stay here for a short weekend. The hot tub was a very nice hot temperature, the house was spotless when we arrived. The staff were very friendly, I even left my ring behind and they posted it back to my house. More expensive than we would normally pay for a weekend away but a really lovely place and the pan Asian restaurant around the corner was amazing!
The Sunset Lodge was the perfect place to catch up with friends for the weekend, we were lucky with the weather so could make the most of the deck area overlooking the lake. The break was really relaxing, a lovely mix of walks, lunches and bubbles both from the hot tub and glasses of fizz! I would highly recommend Orion Holidays.
A great place to stay with the children and grandparents. Unfortunately there was no information prior to arrival, or when we arrived, advising us that we needed to book to use the pool. And it was fully booked for our stay, other than one session available at the last minute (which we could not all get ready for in time). Considering the cost of the holiday included pool use, this was disappointing.
Orion were very helpful with my booking and the information they provided was great. The lodge was stunning, and it was perfect that we could take pets. It has a good location and the lodge itself has everything you would need. Would love to stay again.
We stay on the lake a couple of times a year and this was our first stay in No. 19. We had a lovely holiday and it’s probably the best location on Spring lake that we’ve stayed in - as close to the lake as you can get, without losing the grassy area that the children love to play on. Just a few yards from the lakeside Brasserie and water sports. Having glass instead of wooden fencing around the decking was a really lovely addition and view of the lake. It was really well equipped - especially the kitchen. There were just a few things that would enhance comfort and make it competitive w...more
Excellent communication from 1st contact until departure. Accommodation very well equipped with high quality bedding, dishes ,cutlery etc. Loved the log burner .
Beautifull, peaceful location with easy parking overlooking the lake. Hedge round the decking almost location more private. Only negative was the television which was too far away from the settee to hear adequately, and possibly provide more wardrobe space.
Great stay had by the 5 of us in this wonderfully presented apartment. The location is great, right in the heart of the Cotswolds Water Park. We would all highly recommend a stay here
Our second time to the Lower Mill Estate. Lovely property on Howell’s Mere with good facilities. Hot tub, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely return.
The location of this property was perfect for us. We have 9 year old twin grandsons who loved paddle boarding on the lake. We also enjoyed the tennis courts, play area and table football! We felt the equipment in No 42 was a little tired. The cutlery was sparse and poor quality. The shower head in the en suite was too heavy and did not stay in place. The oven overheated. The hot tub was excellent and very well used during our stay. Overall we really enjoyed our week at No 42 and would like to book again for a property adjoining Windrush Lake (we have a provisional reservation for No 66).
Again what an amazing lodge. We have been to Isis Lakes around 10 times now and it never fails. Great location, amazing lodges, lots of chilling. We will definately be returning again in teh near future. 5 stars all round.
Really comfortable and very well equipped house. The views across the lake including the spectacular sunsets were a bonus and most memorable.
House was amazing, catered for everything with no need to worry . We had the best 5 days, Kevin was lovely & very helpful . We would highly recommend & will return again soon.
An amazing three stays spent in the Cotswold Water Park at 66 Mill Village. The children loved it, the weather was kind, we were very comfortable and well looked after. Thank you.
We have stayed here twice now, on both occasions we enjoyed this location and there is so much to do in the area
We couldn't have picked a worse weekend weather wise but 68 Mill Village was lovely. The fire was very welcoming after our wet and windy walks. We cannot wait to come back in the summer/ when weather is kinder.
We had a fantastic time at Eider Lodge, it’s the perfect family destination. We’ve already booked again for next year!
It was quite an investment for three families coming together to celebrate a birthday for the weekend Despite many emails before our arrival much of the information was vague about the actual area where our villa was located. The property was difficult to find, maps were poor and there wasn’t enough parking for such large villas. Information about the ‘Hub’, tennis, swimming etc was difficult to find, we didn’t find the app of very much use. Sorry. The pack within the property was out of date and we had to contact the office for the pedestrian entry code. The first of our party to a...more
Ticked all the boxes for a family birthday celebration consisting of 6 adults / 2 children aged 3 and 6. Excellent location, peaceful.
Good …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..How ridiculous…………………………………………………………………..
Great cottage for a short family getaway. Good location and close to the local amenities. Heated pool nearby was brilliant.
Lovely holiday, the cottage was clean and great location. The cottage had plenty of room for family of 4 and many little extras which you don’t usually get in self catering holidays like iron and board, cleaning products, board games etc. Nice little touch that there was a welcome pack for the dog too.
Lovely property, could not want for any home comfort or necessity for comfortable stay .Very large deck overlooking a lake which was a big feature and made a huge difference to our enjoyment. A hot tub on the deck would be perfect but is probably impossible to to provide. we were not impressed by the onsite cafe/bar/ store which was downmarket and refuses cash. To find anywhere half decent to eat you have to walk at least a mile, which is no problem, but anywhere other than the Bakers Arms, a car is needed and booking is a must. I did feel like prisoner No.6 from the tv series of the 70's ...more
