A short Monday to Friday break with husband, daughter and her new 3 month old baby. Park and lodge were ideal. Lovely comfortable lodge, lots to do in surrounding area and eating facilities around were excellent. Will come back!
My family and I were delighted by how wonderful the lodge was, and with beautiful views over the lake. Our stay was for my Dad's 70th birthday, and the lodge really did have everything we needed and more! Would highly recommend
We stayed here with a group of 6 adults a teen and one child. The amount of space was perfect and we really liked the snug as an extra room for kids to escape and watch tv or chill. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed - and plenty of room around the table for meals. House was clean and tidy when we arrived and communication with the host was excellent. We enjoyed the amenities at Lower Mill Estate as well. One minor grumble - a lack of laundry detergent to wash clothes during our visit. But otherwise a fantastic stay!
An absolutely wonderful stay with all the family making the half term special - unobstructed lake views which can be enjoyed in the hot tub, receiving ample sun and light. The property has a Modern superb finish and is exceptionally furnished!
Our 3rd time in the Cotswolds and it never disappoints. The Landings is one of the best houses we've stayed in - really spacious and everything you need inside, as well as a fabulous decking area that got the sun all day and well into the evening. The hot tub was great and maintained every day by the owner. Both Orion and Kev, the owner of the property were excellent - Orion gave us excellent proactive customer service, and Kev was so helpful and welcoming - providing tennis equipment and the bonus of having paddle board & kayak at the house...very much enjoyed! We very much enjoyed our stay as a group in Clearwater 74. The hot tub was lovely and even in October it was nice enough to spend the evening in outside. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with lots of different areas to hang out in. Customer service prior to arrival were very helpful.
Three generation stayed in the same house loads of space and everything lovely. Booked again for next year. Orion staff very courteous and helpful would recommend
Lovely 12 day stay at the lodge, it was very quiet and peaceful and the lodge was wonderful and in a great location. There was building work opposite the lodge but didn’t hear a thing. House was equipped with everything you need for a short stay and lots of things to do a short drive away as well. Would definitely recommend to go!
A lovely property right on the edge of the lake. With its own access for ease of kayaking or paddle boarding. The property was very comfortable and easily catering for a family of four + dog. Kitchen requires updating along with all kitchen utensils etc. Would recommend.
The house is stylish, confortable snd excellently equipped. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The dining table comfortably sits 12 and the children loved the snug room to play in. As a group of three families the configuration of the bedrooms was excellent with nobody getting ‘a bad deal’! We had a wonderful time and already booked to return
My Husband, daughter, myself and my dog stayed at Trout view lodge in November. It was a beautiful, clean and lovely place to stay. There was everything we needed for our stay. Great location. I would highly recommend this lodge. The staff were friendly especially Libby, she was very helpful and kind when we arrived and allowed us into the lodge a few hours early. Very helpful and friendly staff, thank you for a lovely stay.
Our second holiday in Windrush 62. Absolutely spotless. A very comfortable home and we are sure we'll be back again.

We booked last minute as our Christmas plans had fallen through and Orion could not have been more helpful. It was a really special place to spend Christmas with the open plan living space and views over the lake. Orion gave us a Christmas tree which was a really nice touch. We did lots of walks around the lakes themselves and in and around cirencester which was really lovely. Lodge is very well equipped. Views over the lake and the bird life are a joy to observe. The grounds are immaculately maintained and I have enjoyed lovely walks. Isis Lake is well situated for trips to Bath, Cheltenham, Oxford and of course the whole of the Cotswolds. Close by there is a very good selection of pubs and eateries. The Crown at Cerney Wick is excellent.
We found the property to be as described. The kitchen was well equipped and the team had left nice welcoming touches for our 100th birthday celebrations. We contacted the team about early check in and later check out and they were very accommodating, since we had family ranging from 3years to 100 years to accommodate. The location of the property was lovely and it was quiet, but this may be due to time of year too! Excellent location for touring the Cotswolds area. Beautiful location right on the water’s edge. Property fairly comfortable, clean and tidy. Jack and Jill bathroom rather compact but good showers. More than enough crockery, glasses etc and a fabulous selection of games and activity equipment for rain days. Lounge furniture and general decor could maybe benefit from an update. Overall we had a fantastic stay.
Everything was as expected, within walking distance of village with nice pubs, close to all the activities. Would highly recommend the Waterside Kitchen and Bar, excellent food.
Super location on Isis Lake with quick access to tennis courts etc. House was ideal for a holiday and immaculately clean. Lovely friendly holiday complex and the customer service at Orion was exemplary.
The property was fantastic. Very clean and well equipped. Amazing view over the lake from the nice big veranda. We could hardly fault the place and would recommend it. Big beds and two huge settees made it a comfortable stay. Lots for families to do both in the Isis lake encampment and also around the lakes area. Very safe for the kids to just go out of the front door and explore. Loved the whole holiday.
Lovely holiday! The lakes are clean and lots of fish and birds. Ideal for a relaxing fishing holiday.
We had a great family stay for a long weekend, with 3 families spread across 2 properties. The setting is fantastic, with lovely grounds to walk around, pretty lakes and the ability to kayak/paddleboard in one lake. The kids had a brilliant time and spent hours in the play area, which was less than 100m from the house. Would definitely stay again
We all had a lovely stay for a family birthday celebration. The house was ideally located, clean and a good size. The check in process was straightforward and the bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch. We were nicely surprised by how much was provided in the house too.
Really nice house in a quieter part of the complex. We visited during a very hot spell but luckily there was a small outside space with trees so that and the house had shade for most of the time. House very well equipped. There was Wi-Fi provided but was very poor between 1 and 3 mbps not sure what speed was paid for but would have thought it would be more than that, we managed luckily. The property we stayed in was perfect. We were three generations, ranging from 7-70+ years. There was lots to do for all of us. At the property, there was a good internet connection and plenty of TV streaming services to keep the kids happy. The property was very well equipped with a good kitchen area. The couple of utensils that were not available were quickly supplied after a quick call to the reception number. Beds were wonderful with high quality mattresses. We were very impressed with the lodge. We were able to have all of our family members to stay for my wife’s 80th Birthday which is exactly what she wanted. Also able to have close friends visit her throughout the weekend. We are thinking about making it an annual even, which was suggested by my Daughter and sons. We were lucky with the weather which made it perfect for our grandchildren especially with the jacuzzi. Thank you for a perfect weekend
I cannot fault the accommodation apart from a few key issues which were reported. The bedrooms were amazing and the view was very impressive. We didn’t use the balcony because of the weather but I bet it would be great in the summer. The kitchen had everything we needed apart from a decent bottle opener. (It may have been hidden away somewhere) The location was great although there was no real access to the lakes. You could go for walks around the site admiring every bodies bedrooms but you couldn’t actually walk round a lake. It was like walking through a village rather than the country s...more
We had a most enjoyable weekend break with my family to celebrate my 70th birthday! Everything was as expected and the hot tub was the icing on the cake! It would have been nice to be located a little nearer to a restaurant/pub but otherwise the area was attractively landscaped overlooking Windrush Lake.
We spent 6 nights at Water's Edge and it didn't disappoint in any way. Everything was spotlessly clean. We decided to "eat in" a lot of the time as it was so beautiful out on the verandah. The kitchen was so well equipped and every gadget was top quality. In fact, everything exceeded out expectations. I definitely would not hesitate on booking again and can't wait to go back again.
A lovely seven days spent here. First time at the Lower Mill Estate and will 100% be back. The house was a great location due to the view and being so close to the pools and restaurant. The lake view is stunning to wake up to and equally to watch the sun set over. We had loads of towels (really nice quality ones too) and the kitchen had everything you’d need to cook with (rare in a rental even when advertised that way.) Orion customer service is fab. Lovely house in a great location. Really well equipped for eight adults and one child. We visited in school holidays so all activities (other than the Spa) needed pre-booking.
We stay on the lake a couple of times a year and this was our first stay in No. 19. We had a lovely holiday and it’s probably the best location on Spring lake that we’ve stayed in - as close to the lake as you can get, without losing the grassy area that the children love to play on. Just a few yards from the lakeside Brasserie and water sports. Having glass instead of wooden fencing around the decking was a really lovely addition and view of the lake. We had a fab time , they have literally thought of everything from spices to tennis racketsand balls. Was lovely and clean and the view was beautiful. Would definitely return.
New year 2023 excellent location for family to meet. Spacious and light property, with ensuite facilities per room . The only thing I can say which caused some hilarity at times -we had great difficulty opening the dishwasher! Door firmly stuck when closed, and lack of handles prevents getting a good grip. However, a minor problem overall. Great to have use of pool and Spa. Advise calling ahead in busy times.
Recently stayed at Windrush with my daughter and baby granddaughter. Windrush 42 is a little tired, the beds definitely need improving, and the bedrooms (except the master) are very small. Kitchen etc a tad dated, and wifi needs improving. All that having been said, Windrush was comfortable, and had all we needed for our stay. Heating worked very well, and hot tub was great (although a privacy screen is needed). Orion looked after us really well, and the property was very clean on arrival.
This was my 3rd visit tot he waterpark. It is great value for money with lots to do on site. The only issue with our apartment was one of the rooms was really small and we could not regulate the radiator in one of the rooms and so it was really hot. Again what an amazing lodge. We have been to Isis Lakes around 10 times now and it never fails. Great location, amazing lodges, lots of chilling. We will definately be returning again in teh near future. 5 stars all round.
Really comfortable and very well equipped house. The views across the lake including the spectacular sunsets were a bonus and most memorable.

We were very pleased with the accommodation, and particularly the location and views. The house was clean and comfortable and support from the Orion staff was great.
First impressions was very good, nice position right next to the lake although lake was obstructed by the height of the bushes. The patio was very large but tired and could do with an update, and also a clean. In interior was very clean only exceptions were, cobwebs on ceilings, cleaners need to look up when cleaning the house. The state of the windows and ledges weren’t good cobwebs everywhere and window ledges looked liked they hadn’t been cleaned in years.

We loved our stay at Spring Lake! Fabulous, spotlessly clean villa with everything we needed for our family of 4, plus dog. Enjoyed a bbq on the deck overlooking the water and had so many great walks with the dog. The staff at Orion Holidays were so helpful and the food at the onnsite restaurant was excellent too. Highly recommend.
We couldn't have picked a worse weekend weather wise but 68 Mill Village was lovely. The fire was very welcoming after our wet and windy walks. We cannot wait to come back in the summer/ when weather is kinder.

Can’t recommend this place enough Lovely clean cottage overlooking the lake with outside decking with garden & own jetty to take your paddle boat or canoe out on. Perfect for us & our two Granddaughters & our dog . So pleased we chose this particular one as it met all our needs. Very quiet & we could park close by & lovely dog walks around the estate .Would love to come back again .
Between selling my house and being able to move into my new house I had some eight weeks where I was homeless. I was recommended to talk to Orion about renting a property for this period and they were very helpful. The house I rented was in a very quiet and peaceful part of the lakeside village and more than fulfilled my needs. The service from Orion was faultless and very supportive.
