We had a fabulous holiday in this homely and well equipped apartment. The location is amazing - perfect for walkers - the walk to the headland Morte Point boasts stunning views - there is the Barricane and Coombesgate beaches nearby, and you are just a short distance from the main surfing beach at Woolacombe. Mortehoe village has lots of places to eat, including two pubs, (one just opposite the apartment), a tea room, and a little village shop. The location of the property is second to none with stunning views over the sea. The property has everything you could possibly want to make the stay extremely comfortable and a real holiday. Will definitely book again.

Beachside is absolutely superb. It is spacious, comfortable, well decorated and very tidy & clean. The main thing is the view - from the settee, you can see for miles, all the way along the beach to Putsborough. It is spectacular. The bedroom is a good size and there is plenty of storage space, and 2 bathrooms ! I really struggle to find any fault or concern with Beachside except the car parking is a bit tight but that is specified in the description so you are aware. As I said in the title, I have never rated a place so highly. We have already booked 2 more visits.
Wonderful holiday home with commanding sea views from practically every room. Been holidaying here since our kids were little and they are now both in their 20’s. It has everything in this location and we didn’t get back in the car the whole time we were there. Surfing, coastal walking, sandy beaches, inland quality walks not to mention the excellent eateries. Would definitely recommend.
Stayed here with my mum for the week. We had such a lovely time at this very comfortable and homely apartment. Plenty of space for us and kitted out with everything you could need. The balcony is fab to sit out on with a glass surround so you can still see the view. Loved the bay window and spent a lot of time sitting on the comfy chairs positioned in it. Would stay here again.

This house was described as 'insane' by our teenagers - which is probably as good as it gets in the world of teenage compliments. The words fabulous and luxurious come to mind and the location is unbeatable. Within minutes from the from door we were in the surf and a only short sprint to the hot tub with a beer or prosecco at the end of the day. The town is equally close and the car stayed parked all week other than for a rib ride trip in Ilfracombe. Just returned from a lovely stay at The Beach House, Woolacombe, this was a second visit to a great house in a stunning location. Once again it didn't fail to impress us very clean and modern with everything provided. We've already booked a return visit.
Another stay in this great apartment. Location is ideal with fantastic views out over the sea. This was our 6th visit.
A great cottage for all ages. We are four generations and a small dog and have had another amazing holiday here at Combe Cottage. The accommodation is excellent and there is parking for three cars. The views are beautiful and there are three super beaches and lovely walks right on the doorstep. It is only a short walk into Woolacombe itself. We have stayed several times before and will be back next year. This is our favourite holiday cottage. Note there are steps down to Combesgate beach and some dog restrictions apply.
The property is a little tired, especially the kitchen but the view along Woolacombe sands makes up for the properties short comings. The master bedroom is very comfortable with a great view and we had a wonderful week.
The views from this apartment are absolutely fabulous and sitting on any of the 3 balconies gives you a view of the beach and the village. The apartment is clean and spacious and has everything you might need for your holiday. There is also a parking space provided. We will return….

No.2 is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Right above Barricane with a view across the seafront from Baggy Point to Morte Point - it’s nothing short of fabulous. The apartment itself is equipped for the family that own it - not just for visitors. Feels very homely. Always clean and with good appliances in the kitchen. Great showers, etc. My only beef is the last couple of years the downstairs access has been blocked because of an issue with the wall by the front door. So, you can’t get in and out from the front of the building at all. That could be inconvenient for some visitor...more
Have returned to this apartment for a second year. New kitchen with breakfast bar was lovely. Plenty of room for six adults, a toddler and two dogs. Wonderful location. Lovely evenings spent on terrace in the sun. Upstairs is a bonus and a great space for gathering when little one has gone to bed. Overall a clean, welcoming apartment right in the heart of Woolacombe. Incredible value for money. We will be back.
Sealoft is part way up a hill on the second floor hence the views over Coombesgate and Woolacombe beaches along with Morte Point are simply stunning! We love the layout of this apartment including the ground floor wet room which was so good to have after a day at the beach with sandy children and wetsuits. We also love the large lazy boy sofa to curl up on and look at those amazing views after a busy day walking or on the beach! Lovely, warm penthouse apartment with terrific views out of all windows. Just perfect for a short break whether to hop across the road and onto the beach for a walk or to pop into the village to the pub (The Jube) or the shops or stride up the hill to Mortehoe. Comfy and functional, with excellent facilities. Would suit a couple or small family, as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The recliner chair with a view out to Lundy or the waves crashing against the rocks….a perfect place to unwind.
This apartment ticks so many boxes. Location, secure garden, dog friendly, outdoor surfers shower room, 2 parking places, quiet. No sea view from apartment, but lovely sea view from main garden, and also from small enclosed patio by kitchen area. Very nicely decorated with well equipped kitchen, and lovely welcome pack. The only issue is that there is damp and a couple of cupboards have a very damp smell, with evidence of damp on walls at entrance door end of apartment. Unfortunately asthma doesn't do well with damp, and for that reason alone we wouldn't return to this apartment.
When you stay at The View, you are basically paying for the location and view. It is within very short walking distance of the beach and from the large patio doors, you can look at the beach 24/7. You have on site parking which when Woolacombe is busy is a great advantage. You are a very short walk from the local shops and more importantly the restaurants which there are a wide variety of. This is now our second year at the apartment and we have already booked for next year (2025). Fantastic place to stay. Very clean and well equipped, the location of the apartment is right opposite the beech at Combesgate, What a wonderful stay. Maddy and Sarah at HHH are brilliant.
We have stayed in about a dozen different holiday rentals in Woolacombe and this was arguably the best of the lot - hard to believe there is a better balcony view in North Devon :-)
This was our 3rd time using 3 Pandora Court and as usual we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday stay there. The weather was a mix of everything but when the sun shone, we enjoyed using the wonderful terrace, and when the rain came, we were able to enjoy the apartment's comfortable interior. The proximity to the beach and town is always so welcomed. We will be back!
This is our third stay at Ivycott and it was so good to return - we felt at home the minute we unlocked the front door. It is a lovely spacious property with comfortable bedrooms and great facilities- everything one needs for a relaxing break. Location is perfect. We can't wait to stay again.
The Old Bakery is clean, light and airy in a fantastic location for access to the wonderful walks and also has great views. We really enjoyed our stay here and will return.
The flat was very comfortable all round and everything we could want including towels and toiletries was provided. Could not have asked for anywhere more suitable.
Had a fabulous week at this lovely apartment helped by great weather. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The jewel was the fantastic views across the bay. Although the balcony was compact using the bi-folding doors created a good space.
Belmont court location within very easy walk to the town and beach. views of the beach can be seen from some of the apartments. parking can be a little difficult as entrance has a very sharp turning and steep from a narrow road. i have stayed there 3 times and find it very convenient . Clean well equipped and spacious.
There is no doubt this properties location is perfect for the beautiful sea view and perfect to cross the road & be on the beach! We had a lovely time the property is lovely, a few minor things like a 6 seater outside table for a 8 person property was annoying and the glass dining area was very hot!! Weather was 21/22 when we went but if it was any hotter it would be unbearable to eat there- maybe some kind of A/C to allow all year use.
We have been visiting Woolacombe for years, but first time staying in this apartment. It’s in a brilliant location, with a short walk to Woolacombe beach or village (5 min) and dog friendly, so was an ideal choice. The apartment was clean, has all the facilities you would expect, with a nice sea / beach view from the small outdoor patio The location is just off the esplanade and across the main road is a grassed area, so you can exercise your dog (ours is a little fussy!) 2 mins away. This property is perfect for those that enjoy being close to the beach, the views from the living room windows are incredible. The property was clean and beautifully decorated ( it was better than the pictures show!) the little welcome pack was super thoughtful! Our family including the dog loved our holiday at 6 Little beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Honeysuckle Cottage. It is in a great location near to Ilfracombe and Woolacombe. It is a home from home with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also so lovely to wake to to hear lambs bleating in the morning. Would highly recommend this spacious getaway.
In a great location, comments from booking do state that the accommodation is on the tired side but would still expect certain standards to be met, the beds and bedding need replacing; we suffered with the mattresses and left the day before our last night. Gorgeous view but we had to clean the windows to see it. Also, owner is expecting builders imminently which we were told about a week before our holiday so no other option but to continue with our stay, lots of tooing and froing with emails, they turned up 8am on our first morning but then thankfully didn't return. We had a wonderful week, staying at lower deck. The apartment was fresh clean and had everything you could need for the week! The views were spectacular from the outside seating area, and even our dog loved sitting and watching the world go by! We would be happy to stay in this apartment again!
