The flat is clean and spacious, modern with amazing views. Ideal for two couples or a family of four at a fraction of the price you would pay for decent hotel accommodation. It’s less than a five minute walk into Woolacombe with really good restaurants , cafes, bars and a supermarket. There are lots of amazing country and coastal walks in the area. Highly recommended
My Family and I used to stay at Parade house many years ago before this new refurbishment. The modernisation of the accommodation is amazing. We chose the View to stay at, with the excellent glass frontage view of the beach and the very handy safe fenced in garden we could let our two dogs safely run around in while we sat in the hot tub. The apartment is very spacious, beautifully designed, very clean and comfortable. It's location is one of the best in Woolacombe for being very close to the town but still with the almost unobstructed view of the beach. Customer service was excellent...more
Another brilliant stay at point view. Seems to get better every year , new carpets a nice addition. Lovely to know the views will never change.
Lovely sea views and very close to beach and shops . We loved to sit on the balcony and look out across the beautiful beach and sea . I would highly recommend this apartment
This is a nice property in a lovely location. There is plenty of room in this property and it has all the basics that you need for a self catering holiday. The location is beautiful.
This property was not like the usual holiday flat with minimum facililities. Everything that might be needed was there.
8 of us stayed at Cliff Cottage in August 2019. The accommodation is excellent insofar as it has plenty of reception space for the family to spread out in. The location cannot be beaten in woolacombe as the property sits right on the esplanade across the road from the beach. This was a great advantage when coming back from a day on the beach with bags, towels, etc. The property has been refurbished recently however in some respects there remains some work to do. Everything has had a lick of paint and the reception rooms and bedrooms are all bright and well finished. The kitchen could...more
This was the second year we have stayed at Bay view cottage, but our twelfth year in woolacombe. Bay view cottage is lovely. Comfortable, light and airy with spectacular views down the beach and out to sea. Miss it already and have booked for next year.
An ideal holiday location for our family. It had everything we wanted, including stunning sea views and top quality facilities. We partly self-catered and can honestly say that for this purpose it was the best equipped property we have ever stayed in. Car access is via a very steep drive and parking spaces are limited. We had difficulty with this during our stay and would not book her again unless the issue is addressed. We would recommend that parking is discussed with the agent before booking, particularly if you have more than 1 vehicle in your party and /or they are larger than a Mini e...more
We had a really wonderful weeks stay at number 2 Little Beach. There were five of us staying, two adults and three teenagers and we were all seriously wowed when we arrived at the property. The property is in an amazing location with fantastic views of the sea, which can really be appreciated from the outdoor space. We found the property to be very clean and definitely a lot more spacious than we expecting. It’s definitely bigger than it looks in pictures! The little touches were appreciated, fresh flowers and biscuits on arrival! I would highly recommend staying at this property and wo...more
My very positive review last year of 6 Little Beach focused largely on the tribulations of our journey to Woolacombe rather than the property itself. So this year, I’ll try and talk a bit more about Number 5 Narracott which is where we actually stayed. However, unlike last year’s positivity, this year’s review does unfortunately include a large number of complaints. My first complaint is that our journey this year was actually rather uneventful. Obviously we left late due to the usual procrastinating of the other half (although this has become such an inevitable thing that I would probably...more
I enjoyed looking at the view of the bay, people walking by look up and think "I wish we where staying there" . The house was very comfortable, it had everything required for a short stay.
Rosalie is a lovely apartment in a great location - probably the best place we have stayed in Woolacombe and we have been coming for about 15 years! We particularly enjoyed the outside areas which were great for a morning coffee. Our dog loved the grassy bit.
We loved our stay at Breakers, layout was perfect for us having a large kitchen with room to sit for dinner and then a comfy lounge to all chill in and watch films of an evening. Great to have 3 bathrooms so kids had one of their own too! Loved the outside space and we were lucky with the weather so spent most of the time outside watching the tide come in and out and the beautiful sunsets. Great service from Holiday Homehunter - very easy to book and would definitely use them again.
Lovely location, nice that we could take the family dog, everything we needed. Very relaxing and comfortable.
We are a three generation family and found this house excellent as we had 3 bath/shower rooms (two en-suite), a large comfortable lounge/diner with a small conservatory off, and a good sized and well equipped kitchen/breakfast room. There was room for the youngest member of the party to play with toys on the floor in the main living room, and a lovely view towards the sea, Baggy Point and beyond from the back of the kitchen/breakfast room. There were a number of games at the house for the inevitable wet day. Outside there was parking for two cars and two small patios with seating. The house is...more
This was our second stay at 2 Crescent Yard and once again it was a wonderful week in Mortehoe. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you could wish for and is perfectly located for exploring the area. My only comment would be that a king size bed would add a little extra comfort. The bed is very comfy but feels quite cramped especially on warmer nights.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ivycott. The house was well equipped, showers were powerful and the beds were really comfy! As soon as we walked in we felt “at home” rather than in a holiday cottage.
This is the second time we have booked this accommodation ,as it is lovely ,comfortable and well equipped with everything you may need .it is also in an ideal location for walking to woolacombe and morthoe ,and the coastal paths .once again we have enjoyed our holiday in a place we love to visit
Excellent location for easy access to Woolacombe and Morthoe, if you can handle the hill. With stunning views from both balconies, this a spacious ,well set out apartment, but mind your head in the bedroom !
Lovely situated apartment, good views and close to the beach. Both rooms are spacious and kitchen mostly well equipped. Host was very helpful. Would go again.
Everything was as described, but the view was even better than expected. You are up high enough so you don’t get any traffic noise, just the noise of the sea. My only quibble is that there were no matching wine glasses!
We enjoyed our stay here with our grandchildren. The accommodation was clean ,bright and comfortable. Just right for our beach family holiday. The owners were friendly and helpful.
The property at parade house is absolutely stunning, wonderful , breathtaking views of the Woolacombe beach and fantastic surroundings. The property is decorated very well and is very comfortable. The hot tub an added bonus. We would recommend they look at putting in an outside shower. More serving platters, side plates, cutlery would be welcomed as would materials to clean the bbq, rather than a £20 fine if not done adequately (it would have been helpful if the housekeeper had checked the bbq gas supply as we were unable to cook on it initially, thankfully the owner came by the next day)! Lovely apartment and views , will be booking again .. only problem we had was we found on arrival and when went out in car ...people parked in our car park space to go to beach ...
Only stayed a couple of days last minute, but could stayed for a month. What a lovely apartment we will certainly look to book here again.
House was well set up with enough of everything for visitors. It has a nice garden for kids to run around in, and a lovely sitting room with a view of the sea so that surf can be checked out from a warm dry position before venturing out. Would happily recommend to others.
We arrived late in the day, after a journey into a severe weather warning for the south west, to be greeted by a warm and welcoming and beautifully appointed apartment. The following morning we woke, after a fantastic nights sleep on very comfortable beds, to the most fantastic view of the sea with Lundy Island slap bang in the middle. When we opened the verandah door the sound of the sea was brilliant and became a huge part of our experience during the whole of the week, The apartment became the central fixture of a fantastic holiday in wonderful Woolacombe and the location facilitated freque...more
An excellently situated apartment with fantastic sea views, a great value beach holiday on one of the best beaches in England
6 Narracott Apartments is a lovely apartment situated very close to Woolacombe Village and Woolacombe beach (albeit up a short steep hill). The apartment has an open plan kitchen/living area and two sizeable bedrooms with loads of storage space. All three rooms have balconies with sea views. I would highly recommend this apartment for a family holiday.
Excellent position close to beach.wonderful balcony overlooking beach on which to enjoy a glass of wine. Support staff excellent particularly in the office. Would happily use this company again.
A very spacious apartment with splendid views across the bay towards Baggy Point , only a few minutes walk downhill to the shops and beach , the walk back up is steep though .The kitchen is well appointed but could do with a 4 slice toaster and a tumble dryer would also be very useful .We enjoyed our stay at Pandoraand . being a family of six the spaciousness was appreciated . All the restaurants offer good food apart from Captain Jacks which now has a very limited menu , not to be confused with the Captains Table which is excellent , in my opinion better than the Red Barn
This is a wonderful location for a property balcony and views are unbeatable. I think however the property would benefit from some maintenance seemed set up a number of years ago and not much input for a while. For example all the outdoor furniture is past its best and in some cases unusuable . Also inside videos dvds books could all do with an upgrade. Other wise fantastic spot.
The apartment was situated in a fantastic area on Woolacombe Beach. Located right across the road from the beach and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops and cafes. Rooms were really spacey and fantastic high ceilings with comfortable furniture and fittings. Beds were really comfy and all with an en-suite except the small 3rd bedroom. Fab family bathroom. The apartment was of a clean standard but could do with a lick of paint. Great for kids.
First time staying here , and was not disappointed. We are a family of 4 and although its a 2 bed apartment it had enough space for us not to feel on top of each other. It is in a wonderful location , close to the main beaches and a 5 minute walk to the town centre. Specified parking space a godsend as this area gets very busy in high season
The location and accommodation are perfect for a family holiday. The property is well equipped , clean and well looked after. We appreciated being able to park two cars off road during the time of our stay. We will certainly consider booking the property again.
A very clean, well equipped and spacious apartment. There were a few minor "problems" e.g. traffic from lane a little noisy, no view from the living room, wet room shower does not work as it should, but these things did not spoil our enjoyment and we would definitely book again next year. HHH team are great, nice people to deal with.
We have stayed here on numerous occasions and it is perfect for us as coastal path walkers (and would be spectacular if we did the cold wet stuff like surfing!). It has all the basics for cooking and eating etc but we keep returning for the view. It is an ever changing picture a pleasure to watch even on a wet day! The flat is getting a bit ‘tired’ (rust under radiator seen when on loo- could eventually cause leakage) and beds are ok if you like them firm. There are half a dozen steep steps to access front door from the adequate parking space and it is all quite safe. We aim to return (please...more
Superb place to stay lovely location nice and clean fantastic view across woolacombe bay from the small balcony. On the down side four flights of stairs hard work when moving luggage so if you have a disability would not be suitable, it was our second time as we stayed same time last year and hopefully can get it for same time next year
We have just had the most wonderful week here and would definitely stay again. My "gripes" for want of a better word are that the kitchen really needs a refit - its old and dark and tired and I was less than impressed on the first night to find that all the pots and pans had been put away dirty. It took us half an hour to get the pans into a useable condition where a previous visitor had almost burnt the bottom out of them! For a family of 6, there really aren't enough pans! But that is the extent of my gripe, the location is lovely, I wish I had known about a visitors parking permit befor...more
The property is excellent and in a wonderful location. The only drawback was the driving in and out. The only option was to travel up the road turn round and approach from Mortehoe side. Then reverse out onto the road. But never mind we had a wonderful holiday and the area is wonderful for us.
In short , a great apartment with fantastic unobscured views of the beach. Well equipped and organised
Been staying in Woolacombe for many years and always wanted to stay in a Little Beach apartment. The entrance is at the back, on the level on Rockfield Road, entering down a step to a small hall with a very small double (only suitable for one adult or two small children who don’t mind sharing a bed), and a lovely king size en-suite room, plus a small bathroom. Approx 5 stairs up to a small modern kitchen then another 5 or so stairs up to the main living space - lots of comfortable seating, large dining table and fab bi-fold doors onto narrow balcony overlooking the sea/beach. Living space ha...more
Great location if you like Combesgate but be aware that there’s no sun on the patio til mid afternoon. We liked the apartment but it could be so much better if the owners spent a little more on the niceties, like a wardrobe or cupboard in the 2nd bedroom, an upgrade of Wi-Fi which to be frank didn’t really work for anything other than texting, a hairdryer, some pictures ( there was only 1 in the whole apartment) and more cutlery and glasses of which there was only the bare minimum. For a higher end apartment in terms of cost , it needed a bit more care and attention to detail.
Great location and comfortable accommodation. The lounge and dining areas are comfortable and perfectly situated to enjoy potentially spectacular views. The outside space including seating and barbecue area great for a family holiday. The hot outside shower great for rinsing off after a swim. The property is well equipped and generally well maintained, although a little"tired" in some areas. The mattresses, quilts and pillows could definitely do with changing and upgrading to reflect the cost of the property. The only spoiler with the location is the inconsiderate parking of large vehicles ov...more
We had a lovely stay at 6 Little Beach in spite of mixed weather. The apartment was clean & comfortable with amazing views of the beach . The only negative points being no where to put our clothes in the main bedroom! We feel a wardrobe or chest of drawers is required, It’s not always convenient to keep going into the twin room to get clothes ,especially if guests are staying! Also a row of coat hooks in the hallway would be useful to hang wet coats/macs. Otherwise a lovely apartment Thank you Patricia- Oxfordshire
