My Family and I used to stay at Parade house many years ago before this new refurbishment. The modernisation of the accommodation is amazing. We chose the View to stay at, with the excellent glass frontage view of the beach and the very handy safe fenced in garden we could let our two dogs safely run around in while we sat in the hot tub. The apartment is very spacious, beautifully designed, very clean and comfortable. It's location is one of the best in Woolacombe for being very close to the town but still with the almost unobstructed view of the beach. Customer service was excellent...more
The flat is clean and spacious, modern with amazing views. Ideal for two couples or a family of four at a fraction of the price you would pay for decent hotel accommodation. It’s less than a five minute walk into Woolacombe with really good restaurants , cafes, bars and a supermarket. There are lots of amazing country and coastal walks in the area. Highly recommended
We had a superb stay in this lovely home. The house is well equipped and very well looked after and was perfect for us. The views were stunning and location excellent with an easy walk into Woolacoombe or up to Morthoe. Would definitely come again and friends have already asked for the details. Thank you to Holiday Home Hunter and the owners for a lovely place to stay.
This property is in a beautiful location. Very comfortable and practical space .. we had a great week!
Our recent stay in an Imperial Apartment was perfect. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated, spacious and spotlessly clean. Preparing meals away from home was made much easier as the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped. The location of the flat was second to none. We took full advantage of the spectacular views on our private balcony and from the communal hot tub - bliss! Having access to a barbecue was an added bonus as we were by the sea eating sand-free food! However, it was Roger and his family that made the Imperial so very special. They were warm and welcoming and would do an...more
An excellent holiday with no complaints about the property or the service. An observation is that in the en suite bedroom there is no large mirror apart from in the bathroom so difficult when drying hair etc.
Lovely stay and great location and sea views, very clean and well equip property. Nice quiet any only 5 min walk into woolacombe. Yes would book and stay again ! One of best holiday property we have stayed at !
Brilliant apartment great views. Could do with somewhere outside to wash the sand off but couldn't fault the apartment
High-end accommodation in a highly convenient location with a great view of Woolacombe's big beach. The property is very comfortable.
We love this cottage. Great location with sunset framed in open patio doors. Patio is perfect place to spend time and watch the sun go down. Comfortable beds. Well equipped. Ideal for family group and very dog friendly. We do think that redecoration of master bedroom is needed, with new hanging space, which is currently very limited. We will return
Rosalie is a lovely, comfortable, well equipped and central apartment. There is a small secure garden (ideal if you have dogs with you) and a lovely little courtyard with a view of the beach to enjoy a coffee in the morning or sit and chill with a wine in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return to Rosalie.
We had sunny weather for our week at 3 Pandora Court. It was just perfect to sit on the veranda and enjoy the splendid sea views. Everything we needed was provided and the house was clean and well furnished. Thanks for a perfect base to enjoy a restful or active holiday depending on the weather.
My very positive review last year of 6 Little Beach focused largely on the tribulations of our journey to Woolacombe rather than the property itself. So this year, I’ll try and talk a bit more about Number 5 Narracott which is where we actually stayed. However, unlike last year’s positivity, this year’s review does unfortunately include a large number of complaints. My first complaint is that our journey this year was actually rather uneventful. Obviously we left late due to the usual procrastinating of the other half (although this has become such an inevitable thing that I would probably...more
We had a wonderful stay at 1 CYC. The cottage was very clean, in a fantastic location and it was great to have the parking. It had everything we needed for our stay and had lovely views from the garden. Communication from Holiday Home Hunter and the owner was excellent. Thank you for a perfect holiday
I enjoyed looking at the view of the bay, people walking by look up and think "I wish we where staying there" . The house was very comfortable, it had everything required for a short stay.
As usual the accomadition was excellent ,we have stayed here may times ,as we like to bodyboard ,and this is a good location for beach and village, we have always been lucky with the weather, and as this flat has three balconys you can be in and outside rain or shine. Anyone two people as we were or a family would find this flat excellent .
This was our second stay at 2 Crescent Yard and once again it was a wonderful week in Mortehoe. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you could wish for and is perfectly located for exploring the area. My only comment would be that a king size bed would add a little extra comfort. The bed is very comfy but feels quite cramped especially on warmer nights.
Wonderful setting for a relaxing break! If you enjoy fantastic sunsets and gazing out to sea this is the place for you! Thoroughly enjoyed and plan to return.
Holiday Home Hunter from start to finish were excellent . Breakers was and is in a fantastic location with everything you could possibly need, and fittings to a high standard. We didn't want to come home . Would highly recommend Holiday Home Hunter
Nostalgic trip to meet up with old friends & kids going with their kids ,found this accommodation excellent & views are excellent, 5 minutes to beach with shops on route , great stay
We had a wonderful stay at the High tides apartment. Great location overlooking the beach. The Apartment was clean and tidy, with lovely decor.
We had no problems ( including wifi and tv reception )at all with either the agents or the apartment. It exceeded our expectations by miles. The view and the sunsets will stay fixed in our memories and give a peaceful comfortable fallback when times might not be so pleasure able.
Great property for a 3 generational holiday . Spacious living areas , comfortable for tv watching & games , also cosy conservatory which my parents loved for their early morning newspaper reading. Flat garden with both sea view & open field view was a bit confused at first as to why garden seemed to be cut in half by fence but this proved to be an excellent windbreak. Really useful being able to park one vehicle within locked gates keeping surf boards etc safe. Well equipped kitchen Will definitely plan to visit again
Myself, my partner and 2 boys aged 9 and 8 stayed here during May half term. We were not quite prepared for the stunning view from our balcony, sometimes photo’s can be slightly misleading but not in this case, the view was everything we had hoped for and more. The apartment was itself was modern and very comfortable with everything that we needed and we loved being literally a stones throw away from the heart of Woolacoombe Bay. I would thoroughly recommend staying here, I know that we will certainly be back. Thank you Holiday Home Hunter.
We stayed at Top Deck the last week of June and believe the price we paid was about right. The location is good with excellent views but don't be fooled by the deck it's 3 floors below the apartment so if you would like to dine on the deck you need to pack hamper! Waking in the morning and looking out across the beach was a great way to start the day. You have everything you need in the apartment as well as two en suite bedrooms. It is a short walk to all the amenities in Woolacombe with enough places to eat and drink and you can hire what you need if you want to try your hand at surfing. ...more
Visited in May with our 2 dogs. Glorious weather in a beautiful place we know and love so well. Great location near good walks. Half a mile along sea front to Woolacombe centre, so nice and quiet- we didn't wake up until after 9am every day! Fairly steep steps to and from apartment, so may not be suitable for some (our elderly dog struggled a little). Well equipped and well maintained apartment. It's a shame the chairs in the bay window are not comfortable, a comfy recliner would be perfect. We found the beds too firm and had to buy a memory foam mattress topper as I have back problems. Good...more
We love Woolacombe and this was our 4th time here, our first time at 8 Narracott and won’t be our last! Beautiful beach and the local shops and eateries are excellent This apartment is perfect, comfortable, clean, cosy, light, airy, well equipped and accommodating for a 2 year old. The sofa and beds were very comfy, we slept well every night. The best part is the stunning view and the large balcony. We spent many nights once the little one was in bed enjoying the sunsets and watching the world go by. We were very lucky with the weather, dry warm and sunny and got to enjoy the beautiful b...more
comfortable cottage in an excellent location in Morthoe, close to pubs shop and local walks yet still peacefull and quiet, cottage has everything you need and a patio balcony with a view to die for, only one parking space but the village car park is only a couple of hundread yards away and is reasonably priced if you buy a permit, Top Marks !!
This is a wonderful location for a property balcony and views are unbeatable. I think however the property would benefit from some maintenance seemed set up a number of years ago and not much input for a while. For example all the outdoor furniture is past its best and in some cases unusuable . Also inside videos dvds books could all do with an upgrade. Other wise fantastic spot.
A very tricky heating system which we needed some of the time because although it was June it was a very cold week. 3 adults stayed here but the accommodation is more geared to 2 adults and 1 or 2 children. Approach and parking not easy.
We have stayed here on numerous occasions and it is perfect for us as coastal path walkers (and would be spectacular if we did the cold wet stuff like surfing!). It has all the basics for cooking and eating etc but we keep returning for the view. It is an ever changing picture a pleasure to watch even on a wet day! The flat is getting a bit ‘tired’ (rust under radiator seen when on loo- could eventually cause leakage) and beds are ok if you like them firm. There are half a dozen steep steps to access front door from the adequate parking space and it is all quite safe. We aim to return (please...more
The location and accommodation are perfect for a family holiday. The property is well equipped , clean and well looked after. We appreciated being able to park two cars off road during the time of our stay. We will certainly consider booking the property again.
A very clean, well equipped and spacious apartment. There were a few minor "problems" e.g. traffic from lane a little noisy, no view from the living room, wet room shower does not work as it should, but these things did not spoil our enjoyment and we would definitely book again next year. HHH team are great, nice people to deal with.
ivycott is a lovely house in a very pleasant rural location - it is very comfortable indeed and very well equipped we would recommend staying here. there is a path to the beach - but need to drive if taking equipment etc to the beach.
Thank you Maddie, Sarah and everyone at Holiday Home Hunter for a wonderful stay at the Lookout in Parade House. The house was excellent. It was comfortable, clean and the views are to die for. The location is superb, 30 seconds away from the sand! We will definitely stay again. My only criticism is that the house can get quite hot but we were provided a fan. The glass dining area however has no ventilation meaning it gets very hot indeed. Thankfully, the bedrooms are nice and cool. However, it was hot because we got very lucky with a scorcher of a week. I would definitely recommend t...more
Everything you would want and more from a holiday let. The location is close to the beach and the allocated parking spot is so convenient for those day trips to the surrounding areas. Maybe it could do with a little updating in the bathroom but I wasn't disappointed with the apartment in general.
The property was spacious and comfortable, with wonderful views and a useful downstairs wet room. It is let down by the kitchen which is tired and consequently a bit grubby. Unfortunately the kitchen would put me off recommending the apartment to others.
What an enjoyable week at 5 Little Beach. This was our first visit to this superb apartment and it did not disappoint. Perfect location. The view over the beach and beyond was stunning. Service from HHH was excellent. Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon.
Superb location and a spacious apartment. Needs some TLC to bring it up to the quality this apartment deserves. For example bottom sheet in main bedroom badly torn on side.Wardrobe shelves needed cleaning and hanging space in the wardrobe had been designated to two very large vacuum cleaners. This was the only wardrobe available in the bedroom. Would we stay here again? For sure the views from the lounge are magnificent and overall the facilities are excellent.
We had a lovely stay at 6 Little Beach in spite of mixed weather. The apartment was clean & comfortable with amazing views of the beach . The only negative points being no where to put our clothes in the main bedroom! We feel a wardrobe or chest of drawers is required, It’s not always convenient to keep going into the twin room to get clothes ,especially if guests are staying! Also a row of coat hooks in the hallway would be useful to hang wet coats/macs. Otherwise a lovely apartment Thank you Patricia- Oxfordshire
