Very well equipped property . We had difficulty using the oven the first time but once we had read the manual it was more straightforward. The fridge was a good size for the food we had brought along with us. The lounge was very spacious and comfortable seating. Large tv for catching up with the England ladies matches. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen as well as an air fryer and Tassimo coffee machine. Bedrooms good size .Beds really comfortable with quality bedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Puffin Pad. The apartment was clean, well laid out and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay. The bathroom was immaculate. The Bay site itself was very well laid out, well maintained and in very pleasant surroundings.
Fabulous stay in the Ransdale cottage very clean and spacious.had everything you need for a comfortable holiday ideal for.exploring the North Yorkshire coast bus stops just outside would definitely recommend and looking forward to another stay here in the future.
A family of 5. 3 teenagers. Normally I need to cook to save some costs .I had everything we needed in the kitchen. The place was immaculately clean with a gorgeous internal design. Felt home instantly. Great communication when needed to find things. Your enjoyment is promised. We will certainly return!
Had a fab stay on The Bay. Great location for getting out and about. Only minor issue was couldn't find a parking space on a couple of occasions
Just returned from 4 nights away at Anchor Cottage. Our third time at The Bay. The property is gorgeous - spacious, clean, really comfy beds! Everything you need for a family break. Would highly recommend. Really good communication from Martin at Anchor Bay Holidays. Will be returning.

Excellent all round. Well furnished, comfortable beds, spacious interior and good location for beach and amenities. I would suggest improving kitchen utensils like a sieve or colander, spatulas and a bigger frying pan. Would definitely stay there again and recommend the property to friends.
Had a fabulous stay at the Life of Filey. Great location, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Grandchildren were able to play safely on the well maintained open grass area to the rear of the property. Great place for kids and adults alike. Great value for money. Would recommend this place to family and friends.

We had a lovely, comfortable stay in Wren cottage. Comfortable beds and settees. All equipment in the kitchen that you need and two good bathrooms in excellent condition. Willow Cottage was perfect for our 2 days with the boys, the cottage was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. We were also close to amenities and not too far from the beach. A very good time was had by all.
We had a fab week away when we stayed at ‘Anchor at the bay’. The cottage was gorgeous and had everything you could ever need. The patio doors opened onto a lovely grassed area for quickly letting the dog onto but 5 minutes round the corner was the wildflower meadow and the lake that we walked round too. Beach access was great. We also did archery which was great fun even though it got a bit competitive . Highly recommend Anthony and Anchor Bay Holidays
This was our 3rd time at Aubergine over the last 3 years. It is a lovely, comfortable house that suits us as my elderly father can use the downstairs bedroom and toilet which is nearby. There is a family bathroom upstairs and an en-suite to the double room. It is very comfortable and relaxing. It has everything you need and there is a really nice welcome Box with t.bags, coffee, biscuits, coffee etc. Can recommend this house on The Bay as it's a nice quiet area too.
Excellent holiday home in superb location beautiful views of the sea and sunrise! Very well equipped kitchen, 2 ovens to cope with cooking for 9. Beds very comfortable but the sofa bed for children only is in the lounge so not suitable for young children who need a quiet place to get to sleep. Was fine for our 12 year old. ( I mixed up the description with another house and thought the sofa bed was in the large bedroom) we used the swimming pool a few times and this was great, life guard in attendance at all times. Really well presented cottage spotlessly clean and really comfortable the owners have gone to a lot of trouble and the welcome pack was generous and much appreciated- the only thing this cottage lacked was a freeze compartment in the fridge - otherwise pretty perfect
The Lighthouse is a delightful house situated at the heart of The Bay and just over the road from the main facilities and only a short walk to the beach. Decorated to a high standard and fully equipped with everything you need for a hassle free stay. This is the second time we have chosen this location as the whole family enjoys it so much. We had another excellent stay and are sure we’ll return. We would definitely recommend it.
We have stayed on The Bay every year for over 10 years now in various properties but I can honestly say this is the nicest property we have stayed in. Perfect for the whole family. Best location on the site Everything you need and more Will definitely return
Fantastic holiday. Property was clean and well equipped as well as spacious. We were in close proximity to the pool and tennis court. The beach is a short walk away and really clean. We had our dog with us and the Property is dog friendly, the whole complex is dog friendly to be fair. We had a welcome pack on arrival and after a 4 hour journey we were ready for the tea/coffee and biscuits in this pack. We would highly recommend this Property and will be looking to book another weeks stay, next year.

Excellent apartment it had everything you needed very clean and in a very good position for the beach and main road would certainly be using it again.
This was our 4th time staying at The Bay but our first time in Shell cottage. Shell cottage had everything you need for the perfect stay. The family photographs gave the cottage a lovely family feel. A lovely outdoor patio overlooking a small grassed area. The facilities on The Bay are excellent it’s a shame that the coffee shop has closed. We will definitely return
Great value with buy 3 get 1 free perfect location next to the beach perfect for kids and dogs and the cottage had everything we needed and so well equipped love the pub and sitting out side when the sun is shining is the best can't fault anything and can't wait to go back
When we arrived at Gingerbread Cottage we were blown away. It’s a stunning cottage in a perfect location for all amenities. It was very much home from home. We absolutely loved our stay here. I also can’t recommend Anchor bay enough. When we arrived home we realised that we had left something of ours. I contacted Anchor Bay who straight away responded & said they would kindly post it back to us. A great weekend break was had by all & we would definitely go back.
Apartments very pleased with location spot on all neat and tidy apart from very dirty and stained toilet rim you could see it ass you walked in also tile grout needed a good clean site was very well looked after but not happy cafe not open
I would recommend without doubt Great little weekend stay in a great location House was clean and tidy and had all the facilities you want for a comfortable stay The garden furniture is well past its sell by date and isn’t inviting particularly on warm days. Having said that this isn’t unique to this house most on the bay need garden furniture replacing
We have had the best time in this lovely cottage thanks to the recommendation, advice and support from Anthony at Anchor Bay holidays. We stay at The Bay regularly and have been lucky with our choice of accomodation but this is without doubt, the best 2 bedroomed cottage we have stayed in. The location, space and home comforts were perfect and we hope to return soon.

My boys and I stayed in The Sandcastle (80 Sunrise Drive) in August 2025. We had a great week and would happily recommend the house to others. The booking process via Anchor Bay was great and by doing it direct saved about 20% over using AirBnB or Booking.com. Lots and lots of communication emails and SMS messages which were timely and helpful. The house is right beside the main ammenities for the site so you're right by everything. Very clean and comfortable accommodation suitable for all of my party including the dog. Every need was catered for. So lucky to have 3 bathrooms and a downstairs bedroom.
The only criticism I have is that under the bed hadn't been cleaned in main bedroom, otherwise the accommodation was excellent. I recommend it to others and will book again.
Cottage was great inside but the outside let it down a bit The furniture outside was very dirty and unusable, which was a shame as we were there on a lovely weekend and it would have been nice to be able to sit outside with a glass of wine. Also the small aree of grass belonging to the cottage needed cutting Inside , it has everything you could possibly need. Is spacious, clean and tidy
Stunning property in perfect location on site for amenities and path to beach. Ideal for 6 adults and a dog, property had everything needed.
We had a lovely stay and very peaceful. The view over the lake and surrounding fields were beautiful. The lodge had everything we needed had trouble with tin opener but we bought a new one . Our two dogs had plenty of places to walk maybe a couple more dog dog bins around the fields would be better.The site was very clean and maintained would definetly return.
We stayed in Filey bay for 3 nights from 5 th of June. We stayed in the New England cottage the cottage was lovely very clean and comfortable. My elderly mum was with us and the downstairs bedroom was ideal for her .All rooms beautifully furnished spacious and with all amenities for a comfortable stay. The outside area and bbq are a bonus. Location was great between Filey and Bridlington and flamborough and the little villages in between, the village was very peaceful & quiet with easy assess to the beach although a little steep for my mum who was in a wheelchair the meadow and lakes was a lo...more
Lovely place to stay, great location and everything you need on site. House was just what we wanted for our stay.
We were initially staying at Admirals Cottage for 4 nights but due to the weather and how good the property was Anthony from ABH was able to quickly accommodate us for an extra night. The property is ideal for a small family although the extra single bed in the 2nd bedroom would probably be better suited being a sofa bed. Awesome media wall, excellent WiFi and everything you needed in the kitchen although we ate out every night in the pub. Super £1 kids deal made all the difference and food was v.good. We will definitely be using ABH again and their communications are excellent.
We had a four bedroom house which was more than adequate for my family. Bedrooms were a good size and beds comfortable. In my five year old grandson’s own words. “This is a very nice house”. The pub was disappointing. Service slow and food less than adequate. Location good in terms of proximity to the beach (a very good beach), easy to find and easy access to Filey, Scarborough and Whitby. The grounds were clean, well kept and looks like a smart housing estate rather than random holiday chalets. The family also enjoyed the pool.
A lovely spacious and well equipped house. Location nice as at the edge of the estate with an open aspect at the front and only a 10 min walk to the beach. Parking is tight with only room for one car outside the property but other parking is a short walk away. The Bay itself is Ok although getting to swim at the pool in the height of the summer season could be tricky as there were queues at half term. I put 4 for cleanliness as some of the glasses in the kitchen cupboards were smeared and en-suite windowsills needed wiping. Other than that bathrooms etc were clean.
Great holiday as always, just wish the beds were more comfortable and the bed in the main bedroom was not the same as shown in the pictures. Overall great holiday and the kids loved it
We had a short stay at Trinity House. The beach house was in a great location; near to the amenities on site and the corner plot gave a little grassed area for kids to play. We loved the open plan arrangement and the en suite was handy and spacious. We love it at The Bay.
Excellent cottage very clean and had everything you needed nice outside space with patio and seating near the main road so was handy for catching buses.

Amazing place , right by the beach, we took our bikes and had a great time . Took our dog as well he loved it all dog friendly.
We had a lovely stay at Meadow View (5 adults and 2 dogs). The cottage was in a great location and was well equipped. The Bay is a great place to visit and the access to the beach with the dogs is great. The only feedback would be the beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable and the double bed upstairs creaked every time you moved ! Thank you for a lovely weekend away.
This was a great house for spending quality family time. A separate downstairs toilet and larger fridge would have been nice but it did not spoil our weekend. A few minor repairs needed but again did not spoil our family time. The house is in a great location and we have had a very lovely time and would definitely book this house again
Cottage was perfect for a short break as a family with the dog. Great location, so close to the beach and a clifftop walk. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a few nights away. Good to be able to use the pool too.
