Fabulous booking service . Anthony was very helpful , simple easy booking , great communication . Property was fabulous , very clean and very well equipped .

Small tiny feedback is some of the beds were missing mattress protectors , the wooden patio furniture was a little tired and heavy some more modern lighter weight furniture would be fantastic .

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely property and would happily book again . Thank you for a very enjoyably stay .

This holiday home is extra special.huge space very comfortable for families and friends to stay together. Great for a family meal around the big dining table then after sit on the comfy settees with the log burning fire {if a bit chilly} having a drink and watching a family film. Brilliant!! The outside space is amazing although we didn’t have youngsters it would have been perfect very safe for them to play. Days went to quick and not one of us wanted to leave. We are trying to book again if we can get in. A truly wonderful house made a great holiday thankyou

I booked this property and Dragon Fly across the street, to accommodate a large family group.
Nice to have parking on the doorstep.
Properties have everything you could need.
Large living area, perfect for family get togethers.(Meadow shores)
We found both properties very comfortable, it is a great location, a nice walk to Filey across the beach. In early April, the weather was chilly, but it didn’t stop us getting out and about.
We tried the Pub on site, which was good for a large group, and no need to drive off site.

Highly recommend Ingham’s fish and chip shop in Filey.

Having just returned from a lovely weekend away I can highly recommend the property along with the company booked through.
I had communication from start to finish, nothing seemed too much trouble.
Well stocked crockery and cutlery along with pots and pans.
My only gripe was I couldn’t find a dustpan and brush to keep the house looking spotless (Henry the hoover did the job)
Cracking break in a cracking house, we will be returning again shortly.

A lovely large house in the Filey Bay Resort, conveniently located between Scarborough and Bridlington for beach and cliff walks. Our grandsons particularly enjoyed the facilities of the Resort, especially the pool.
