Everything very enjoyable cottage very comfortable . Coffee machine not working. Would have liked a hot tub
What a wonderful few days away. Bailey cottage surpassed our high expectations. The cottage is spacious so plenty of room to relax and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is great and well equipped for cooking with the bonus of 2 ovens and a large wine fridge to store the essential wine and fizz for a group of ladies to keep hydrated. We didn’t venture too far but enjoyed delicious coffee and cake at The Stydd which is a very short walk from the cottage. We can’t wait to come back

Whitewell cottage is a well appointed, modern 2 bedroom property in a quiet courtyard setting near Ribchester. It is spacious both indoors and out. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable for a midweek stay, suitable for both indoor and outdoor living. The design of the property and the facilities plus the wet room make it ideal for a guest with limited mobility or in a wheelchair. The Internet was very poor / non existent which could be a problem for guests without mobile data.
Together with some friends, we stayed at Oak Bank Farm and the cottage was amazing! The booking process was so smooth and the cottage itself was not only stunning, but perfectly clean, had all of the essentials in there for us and served the purpose (and more!). If I’m ever in the Ribble Valley again I will definitely book - couldn’t recommend it more!
Another excellent stay. Slight issue on arrival, but sorted quickly and the solution actually enhanced our stay. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking, but local eateries are walking distance if you need a change. Bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms, which is great for us with mixed family members. Hot tub clean and hot, with dressing gowns and towels provided for all guests. Property is open plan with bifold doors to an outdoor undercover space, so all our family could be together, but be in different areas. Love it here, it's so peaceful. Great short stay at Dinkley cottage, staff were friendly & helpful. Our stay was very relaxing with the added bonus of the swimming pool, steam & sauna room all to ourselves (bliss). Lots of lovely places to visit within a 5/6 miles radius & lots of picturesque walks. We were so impressed that and we hope to return again later this year.
Just returned from yet another absolutely excellent stay. Cottage very comfortable clean and well equipped, with added bonus of hot tub. Spa and pool facilities are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone very friendly and approachable. Enjoyed it so much we have already booked to return

What a beautiful house - the perfect place for a family meet up. Three generations of our family met up to celebrate some (ahem) significant birthdays. Somerwood Cottage was the perfect location. From the large kitchen, dining and living rooms; to the games basement; to the immaculate bedrooms; outside furniture and hot tub - it was a fantastic place to stay with something for everyone. Handy for the mainline station at Preston for late joiners, in wonderful countryside for walkers and a short walk to the Ribchester Arms for drinkers. I really hope that we'll be back :)
The location was lovely and the lodge was actually much nicer than we envisaged. Very spacious, warm and modern. This time we didn't use the pool facilities but have been singing its praises to all our family and want to come back for a pampering few days. We go on a lot of self catering breaks and this one was excellent value.
Absolutely spot on stay! There was 11 adults and plenty of space for us all. Everyone loved the space and what it had to offer. Both restaurants within walking distance are incredible which is of course a bonus! The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds are huge and like a cloud, all the activity spaces were spot on. Have only just got home and have already been recommending it to people. My only tiny critique because of course there has to be something is that the outside seating furniture is a little unloved but that really is such a minor issue. Thank you so much from all of us.
