We had a pleasant 4 night break in this quiet location. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the smart tv was appreciated. Storage space in the bedroom was minimalist but we managed well enough. We took advantage of the spa and treatments and both were excellent and to be recommended. This is clearly a well managed operation.
Stayed in Bailey Cottage with friends. Large and well equipped with most things we needed. Lovely view from the garden and nice warm hot tub. Appreciated on site EV charging just outside. Lots to do in the area. Communication before our stay was good.
A tidy 1bedroom lodge. The t v was a good size.The cooking facilities very good.The fridge was a good size,though freezer compartment was quite small.Decor was adequate but uninspiring.A minutes walk to the swimming pool and spa which was good.
Cottage was fabulous had a lovely holiday. The hot tub was great for relaxing will definitely be returning .
Lovely house, all open plan downstairs so everyone can join in conversations. Nice bedrooms, good all being en suite. Very well equipped. Great hot tub. This was my fourth time and we have booked again for next year.
We all thoroughly enjoyed our 9 night stay in Crumbleholme Cottage. The Cottage was well heated throughout and very comfortable. The hot tub was a real bonus and we made good use of it. In perfect location in the heart of Ribchester. If we visited Lancashire again we wouldn't hesitate to stay in the cottage again. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
My second visit to Whitewell cottage and the high standard of comfort, cleanliness and hospitality remain unchanged. A visit to the Spa and pool was partly spoiled by the fact, due to disability, I was unable to use the pool as there isn’t a handrail making entry and exit difficult. My massage by Farra was professional and a wonderfully relaxing experience for which I thank her. The staff are helpful, friendly and make great effort to make a stay very enjoyable

We hired oak bank as part of our wedding along with a few other cottages, and we loved them! Oak Bank was the biggest one, and ended up being the central hub where everyone mingled. The kitchen & living area downstairs is huge, and all the bedrooms were great, and plenty of bathrooms too. I would 100% recommend staying here
We came for a well-needed girls weekend and Duddle Cottage did not disappoint! An excellent customer service when booking and leaving up to our stay. Incredible stay with everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!
We have stayed at Dinkley Cottage many times, when visiting family in Lancs. It is a lovely comfortable cottage in a beautiful location in the Ribble valley. The staff are always helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend staying here.
What a wonderful home! We stayed at Somerwood for my 60th birthday celebration and were blown away by how beautiful and spacious the property was. It’s fully stocked with everything you need, making self-catering and hosting completely stress-free. The standouts were definitely the facilities—the hot tub was a huge hit for relaxing, while the games room and tennis court kept the friendly competition going all weekend. This was a brilliant house for our 3 generations of close family. The cinema room and dance studio were great for the younger children, the tennis court, snooker room and table tennis great for the older ‘children’ and the hot tub very welcome for the ‘oldies’. The house is large with very comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and space for all of us to eat together.
