This is a breathtaking property. From the moment you step in to the three story house your expectations are surpassed. The space is perfect for 8 people to come together and also to have their own privacy . The beds are fantastic, and for everyone to have their own private bathroom was a real treat .The penthouse suite also has views from the bath tub as you take a soak . Every room has great views of the mountains . In the evening you are literally 2 minutes away from the town centre, its so convenient . Enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Sheepfold recently. The property has been fitted out to a very high standard and was very nicely presented with everything you could need. Although nice and spacious it feels very cosy especially with the underfloor heating keeping everywhere warm! The setting is equally as nice with lovely views across open countryside and is positioned perfectly for exploring the north lakes area. We have stayed Crosthwaite Gardens serval times now and it never disappoints! Perfect location with parking and the place is so clean and warm with a fantastic table tennis in the garage which we made good use of due to the wet weather! We just love it and will be back!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Keswick Townhouse , the property itself was spacious and clean and the location was perfect . It is an excellent base for a stay in Keswick being within walking distance of everything you need. We had an issue at the property but the hosts were extremely attentive and resolved it instantly . Would definitely book with Keswick Cottages again, excellent service start to finish.
We had the pleasure of enjoying this new holiday property. Everything has been thought of for a relaxing, comfortable stay and more. We would stay again and highly recommend to others. Although next to the Water Treatment Works you cannot see them from the property so do not let this deter you from booking.
Really brilliant place to stay with excellent facilities both in and out doors in a quiet location. Parking tight but easy once you get the hang of it.

Spotless, comfortable, really well maintained bungalow, in a quiet location. With parking as a bonus & the garden is as well maintained the inside.
My fiancée, dog and I had a fantastic week staying in Grisedale Pike. The location was excellent (central Keswick) and the apartment itself was spacious, extremely clean and had everything we could possibly need (including and washing machine and tumble dryer which was very helpful). We will definitely stay again.

We had a lovely weekend at Park View which was perfect for our needs. We have stayed in Keswick many times but this was the best location we have found and having 2 parking spaces was ideal for us. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed being close to Hope Park and the lake. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed a game of Scrabble in the evening. We would definitely come again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment and won’t be the last. The apartment is home from home, very comfortably sleeps four. The two double bedrooms are very spacious and beds are so comfortable. Only issue is their is a lot of stairs up to the apartment certainly not suitable for the infirm. Customer service from Keswick cottages was outstanding, after I left my bag after checking out nothing was a problem to get it returned.
This was our second stay at Bridge House, again with another family. We like the central location, close to walks/runs/cycle rides and with parking available for two cards its perfect to park up and leave the car for the week. The bikes are safe and dry in the bike store. The children love the garden space, which is unusual for being in the centre of town.
Alison’s View is very conveniently located with central Keswick shops, pubs etc only a short stroll away. The garage makes car unloading an easy and dry experience as well as providing safe overnight parking On arrival, the heating and background lighting were on making us feel very welcome. The property was very clean throughout and contains everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our only suggestion is for a general clean and tidy of the outdoor area that looks a bit tired after a long winter. The location of this property, in central Keswick, with secure designated parking 20 yards from the front door, means ease of access is superb. The ground floor apartment is warm, comfortable, very well equipped and spacious. There is really nothing more to add.
This cottage was in a great location bordering the beautiful and interesting Fitz park and easy to get to Keswick town centre. It was very well appointed and exceptionally clean and warm on our arrival. Appreciated this! It had everything we could possibly want for our stay. We WILL be back!
I had a wonderful stay with friends in a fabulous Lakeland town. The property is well-furnished and clean with lots of period features. Comfortable beds, with all the bedrooms ensuite bar one, but with a large bathroom just outside the door. A well stocked kitchen, but it could've been useful if kitchen roll was supplied. It would've also been useful if there had been more than one toilet roll per bathroom. Other than that it was perfection. Fabulous walking, pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended.
Lovely cottage in one of our favourite locations. Ideal position in the village across the road from the shop. It was on-street parking and as we stayed at Easter, the parking was a nightmare. For this reason we wouldn’t stay here again. Which is such a shame because we loved the cottage. Good quality furnishings - including duvet and bedding - and well resourced in the kitchen.
Skiddaw Skies is a large and comfortable property situated in an ideal position for access to the town while giving spectacular views of the fells around Keswick. Our stay was perfect, communications were good and the accommodation was actually better than the online images. Close to town but quiet and very comfortable. Grandparents, parents, infant and 3 dogs. What an absolute gem. Our fourth cottage stay in the lakes and we will never look at another one. Hotel quality bedrooms and linen. Lovely little welcome pack. We purchased a hamper and breakfast pack and seemed expensive but local, great products and it was all put in the fridge ready for us and it meant we didn’t need to drive out to shop straight away. Location was exactly what we wanted, right on the edge of Keswick. Sadly the noise that came from the road was something we were not used to and the flat was not well protected from it. I bought ear plugs as you could hear people's conversations that were walking along the pavement, double glazing not up to standard to block out the noise. The remote control in the main bedroom was really manky. Also in the same room the mattress was past its best, which led to an uncomfortable sleep. Loved the bungalow. Clean warm everything there that's needed. Parking on a slope I managed as we had 2 cars would be better without the garage as cannot open car door when inside if you have a decent sized car. Other than that no other issue. We will go back
We have enjoyed a wonderful stay in Daisy Cottage. We return regularly and this year enjoyed the benefits of a well thought out renovation downstairs. The new door linking the outhouse with the living area is a boom and helps keeping outdoor gear away from the rest of the property. Especially on rainy days. Before you had to go outside to access it. The cottage is warm and comfortable. Sitting for four is a bit tight and for visitors like us who eat in a lot a bit more cooking equipment would be handy. Everything we needed was provided to make us feel comfortable and Appletree felt like a home and not just a holiday rental.
The property was clean and warm. The kitchen area was very nice although the offering of washing up liquid was ridiculous. Perhaps some washing machine pods could have been provided. No hand soap in kitchen either. As there were 8 of us another armchair in the sitting room would have worked better. The bed mattresses were good but the doubles were small and would have been better as king size. Single rooms were small with little room between the beds and awkward foot boards not allowing for stretching out. On the whole the property worked ok for us with our dogs. Stay for 1 week and had no complaints. Very clean, tidy and fitted accommodation. Kitchen has everything you need with plenty of space to relax. Comfortable sleeping with handy black out blinds. We’ve stayed in Greta Bank many times before. We return as it is in a great location for local amenities and for walking. If you feed the birds, there are lots of pheasants, ducks, small garden birds and a tiny bank vole. The flat is warm, clean and comfortable. The allocated parking has improved since last time we were here! There was a small issue with the boiler, which Keswick Cottages resolved within the hour…great service. A lovely flat in a lovely town. We’ll be back.
Perfectly located in the village, just a few steps from the local shop and less than 5 minute walk to 2 excellent pubs serving excellent meals. The cottage benefits from parking to the front, and a secure small garden to the rear with outstanding views of Latrigg, Skiddaw range, Blencathra and Barrow and has a small table and chairs. We had a fantastic stay in Shelley Cottage. Immediately, it felt warm and inviting. The lounge was lovely for cosy evenings and we slept well in the bedrooms. About 20 minutes to walk into the centre of Keswick. We also walked to Walla Crag, which wasn't too far from the cottage. Didn't get to explore the gardens, but they looked beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Bridge Mews. The location is spot on for stays in Keswick with everything within minutes walk. Added bonus of parking space. The cottage is cosy, with all sorts of features, and quite luxurious. Great support from Keswick Cottages, providing all the arrival details and prompt response when I had a query. Great little property which we'd love to return to and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
A delightful and immaculately presented cottage in the centre of Keswick. Equipped with everything you might need for a stay in the heart of the Lake District. Close to all amenities yet tucked away in a quiet corner we thoroughly enjoyed our few days here.
This is our second stay in Greta Howe. We have stayed in Keswick many times and this has become our favourite accommodation. Everything about it is excellent. We love the quirky interior and the history of the place. The layout really works, it’s cosy and comfortable. Everything you need is provided. The location is ideal.
We found Grandy Nook to be perfect for our needs. Central/parking/excellent quality furnishings. Spacious second floor appt with very large main bedroom. Kitchen well equipped. Second bedroom with bunk beds on the small side but adequate for children. The entrance hallway is shared with two other appts. and is nicely carpeted but as a consequence you are asked to remove footwear so it’s worth bringing slippers.
Excellent apartment in a fantastic location within the town. Immaculately clean and very comfortable with private parking. The only negative if being really picky, is to have the poles from the parking spot removed as it can be very tight.
Had a great 4 night stay in Ridgeway with the pup; great location, ideal access into the town centre. Ideal facilities for those with a dog, the back door to the property gives access directly to a spacious boot room, perfect for bringing in wet dogs. Will definitely rebook this property.
This was our first time staying in Acorn Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed it. We visited over the Easter break and the weather was v mixed so it was so nice to come back to somewhere cosy and warm. A little welcome pack provided (tea/coffee/biscuits) and some washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, oven gloves, tea towels also supplied. A good porch for dirty walking boots etc. Plenty of room in the living room for 6 people with 2 large sofas and a chair and separate spacious dining room. We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Tithe Cottage. Yes the property is small, but it's cosy and provided all the comforts we needed. The location is perfect, only a 2-3 minute walk to the main square. With a CoOp over the road opposite, you don't need to use the car at all if you're not intending to venture out of Keswick. Only word of caution (which we had read about) is the parking spaces. The space directly outside the front door is really only big enough for the smallest of cars. There is an overflow car park behind which is bigger, but access under the arch is very tight. Isabel cottage is in an ideal location right in the centre of Keswick. The cottage was very clean on arrival. The whole cottage is of a high standard for a holiday rental with the kitchen containing all you need. The bedroom is very comfortable and the super-king bed great. The shower room again was a very high standard. The cottage was lovely and warm and the log burner was enjoyed on an evening. Tawny cottage is clean, well equipped, and well located for exploring this area of the Lakes. It's walkable into Keswick so you don't need to take the car for shopping or pub trips and there is a great bus service from opposite The Chalet tearoom that takes you out to Buttermere via the starting points of many great walks! The Farmer's Arms is a welcoming pub - book in advance if it's peak times. And yeah, the bed is a bit hard and the parking a bit tight but overall a good, clean place to stay and we enjoyed it.
This location suited us well with such good access to town centre. The apartment is very well equipped. We love staying here. Even though it’s close to the town centre it feels quiet and has lovely view over the rugby field to the hills.
We had a lovely week long stay at Glenderamackin cottage. It was the perfect base for exploring the Central and North lakes, with everything we needed within 20- 30 mins drive. The hard floors made it easy to manage a muddy dog after some big walks, and all the rooms were very comfy. The only small tweak we'd have liked would be to add a full sized indoor broom. Overall an amazing find, and we are keen to come back.

Rose Bank Cottage is cosy and welcoming. We stayed for a week at Easter and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a roast dinner. The back garden was lovely, with stunning views of the fells and the cottage itself is only a short walk to the centre of the village with all its amenities. A lovely place to stay!
Lovely property with a brilliant location. The improvements to the bathroom are good, still the toilet is very high (step needed) for short people. Some paint work has been done, it makes whats not been done look very tired . Hopefully they will continue to update the decor and keep it to the nice standard it has been. The sofa needs a good clean and my one wish would be for the cleaners not to leave the hoover full .
This property is perfect, it is in a great location very close to everything without being noisy. The house is close to Fitz Park, the town centre, the bus route and the car parks. The property is dog friendly but doesn’t have a ‘dog unfriendly’ look or smell. All rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished well, the house is very spacious, well equipped with all you could need for a stay whether it’s a short weekend stay or longer. Fellseeker Cottage (not really a cottage, but the name is nice :) ) was everything we could have wished for: centrally based, nicely furbished, clean, quiet, and easily accessible with a parking lot attached. We found everything we needed in the kitchen - from kettle to pots, pans and cutlery. The small welcome package was a nice touch and certainly appreciated. We even found hiking maps and board games in the flat and such small things show that someone has put some thought into making the guests' stay comfortable. A very cosy, convenient cottage for Keswick centre, very easy walking to all amenities. Parking a bonus with the car behind the property, although unless you get the angle just right when coming out of the space, it can appear to be a bit tight to get onto the lane to get out again!

A lovely cosy cottage not far from the centre of Keswick. Recently refurbished and the colour scheme changed to green. It has been updated without losing the cosy nature of the cottage. Has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Keswick Cottages staff are very helpful, professional and friendly and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in the Lake District. 10 out of 10 as always. This was our second visit to Roslin. It is situated in a quiet cul de sac in the village of Portinscale. A five minute drive or a 20 minute walk into Keswick. Parking for two cars directly outside the property. The house has the most amazing views from the rear to the Skiddaw range of mountains. Lovely stay we had at this cottage. Easy to find with onstreet parking and a 10 min walk to centre. Very comfortable, cozy and warm, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Spacious downstairs and little patio area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Crandy Nook is a lovely place to stay - warm, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. One of the beds hadn't been made up on arrival but after a quick phone call they sorted it within 10 minutes. Pillows could be a little comfier but that's just personal preference. Great location and parking permits were very handy. Highly recommend.
We had a problem with the heating as soon as we arrived. It was very warm 26C and the heating stayed on all night. The agency promptly sent someone round to fix it but this was not successful. We reported it again but it wasn't fixed. A waste of money and energy even though we turned off quite a few radiators and opened windows - it was still too hot especially at night. The house was beautifully furnished but we found it impractical - bare floorboards aren't great on the feet, metal bedsteads squeak and the mattresses were uncomfortable(except the singles which were divans). Our family had a great week, kept warm and relaxed, enjoyed the location and made the most of the local walking opportunities. Trips to Keswick for essentials or just mooching, and the women had a fine spa session at Lodore Falls. Our spaniel had such a great time in the woods, up the hills, and in the waters of Derwentwater Lucy convinced me to join her in lake dipping, which we did several times through the week … cold!! We loved the space in the cottage, and the chance to be apart within the many “quiet spots” inside the cottage
We had a fantastic stay at this comfortable and spacious cottage. It is in a prime location with beautiful walks on your doorstep. Would highly recommend and would stay again.
Sams cottage sits in an excellent location in the centre of Keswick. Not directly off the street, but through a narrow archway. Convenience store across the road any many restaurants and bars only feet away. The lake is approx 15min walk away. Cottage is well equipped and comfortable, however would benefit from a king sized bed. If you bring a dog the only close green space is St John's Church which is 5 mins up the road.
Lovely place, comfortable beds. A little remote for our liking but it was peaceful. Upstairs shower tends to flood so needs looking at. No washing machine which could be a problem if staying longer than a weekend. We didn’t order towels but they were on the beds which was a bonus
