Great location for a walk into Keswick and really helpful to have a parking space. Lovely views of Cat Bells from the lounge window and a well equipped apartment. Unfortunately our stay was impacted upon by finding on arrival an oven and tray in an unclean state. The somewhat small fridge, especially for a 4 person apartment, was missing the bottle/milk tray which had clearly snapped off and we found underneath the sink. Although Keswick Cottages were responsive, sending round a maintenance man reasonably quickly, he was unable to replace the tray as he had to order parts.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review your stay. We are so sorry that there were a couple of shortcomings this time and for any inconvenience caused to your holiday. We are a small local business genuinely caring about delivering the best possible service and experience to our guests, so as soon as you brought the problems to our attention a member of the team popped round to replace the oven tray and take a look at the milk tray. They were unable to repair the existing tray, so they sourced the new part and ordered it immediately with the soonest delivery possible. Please be assured we have carried out additional training with the cleaner who cares for the apartment, including reporting any breakages. As a valued returning customer we of course hope that this would not deter you from returning to the apartment in the future. Catbells is a newer property and the owners have really gone the extra mile to ensure it is a beautiful place for guests to spend their holiday. We hope to welcome you again very soon! Enjoyed our stay at Catbells & Keswick, great location for the town. Apartment excellent although if you have some mobility issues stairs to the top floor may be a problem. Comfortable stay and we would return.

Impressively decorated apartment in the centre of Keswick with a dedicated parking space.
Very comfortable beds and quality linen and towells, very quiet location which is few minutes from the shops.
Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again, the only down side was the stairs up to the apartment which were a challenge after a long walk and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
Keswick Cottages were helpful in answering our queries before our stay, a real 5 star holiday (and the weather was fantastic for April!) The directions to the apartments are misleading, it is next to the Co-Op and not Stanger Street!

This is our second stay at Catbells and again we had a lovely time. So convenient with everything on your doorstep, yet tucked away in a very quiet spot. Love having breakfast looking at the spectacular view of Catbells!

We have stayed in many places in Keswick and surrounding areas but Catbells definitely tops them all! A fabulous apartment with a beautifully thought out interior and views from every window. We loved it! Super comfy and warm, with everything you need, plus allocated parking. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Keswick Cottages.
