My husband & I love Keswick and we think Elliot Park is one of the best places to stay as it has parking and is right next to Booths and the Bus Station, but also within easy reach of the town. Coledale was the third property we have stayed at in this area and it is by far the best! The smart TV was very welcome and there is also a second TV in the main bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and the flat was smart, spacious, comfortable and warm.

We had a lovely few days at Coledale. The location near Booths was very handy yet very peaceful. Only a short walk to shops/eateries and some wonderful walks. We had everything we needed and all was spotlessly clean. Can highly recommend The Pheasant, Casa Bella and Lakeland Spice for evening meals! We had excellent communication from Keswick Cottages and would highly recommend them and Coledale. We hope to visit again soon!

We stayed in Coledale for two weeks, and found it a real 'home from home'.

The flat is cosy and comfortable, with a very well-equipped kitchen. The appliances are modern and easy to use, and it was great to have a bath. We also loved the central location: being so close to Booths supermarket was particularly helpful!

Keswick Cottages' customer service is great, and the flat was spotless.

We enjoyed our stay in the centre of Keswick, the weather was variable but apart from 1 hr of 'torrential' rain we managed daily outings to a variety of interesting places. We enjoyed some 'thrilling' bus excursions down roads I wouldn't have driven down!
Our flat was comfortable had everything we needed. It was close to the shops, bus station, also not far to the lake and the theatre, along a fairly level path. Much to see and visit within the vicinity.

A most enjoyable stay at Coledale again-have stayed here several times over the years. Enjoyed two weeks of glorious weather. Apartment clean and comfortable and well equipped as usual. Quiet location yet close to all amenities .The one problem was having to use technology to access local information and find out how things worked ie the oven/microwave -not easy for us oldies.But no doubt we shall be back! Thank you Keswick Cottages.

We had a great stay at 'Coledale'. The property is comfortable, clean and a good size for 2 of us (although would fit 4 reasonably). It is well equipped - we ate in most evenings, so made use of kitchen equipment/dishes/pans etc, which were enough for our requirements. We've stayed at Elliott Park properties previously, and they are in a good location - quiet, but convenient for walking to the supermarket (Booths or Co-Op) or into Keswick town centre. 'Coledale' didn't disappoint and we hope to return.

Coledale is a first floor apartment which is very well furnished and comfortable. It is very well equipped with kitchen equipment, a selection of books and games. It is located very conveniently within a few minutes walking distance of the Town Centre. It would have been handy to have a folder of instruction manuals for the appliances as we had to resort to the internet to work out how to operate the oven

We have stayed in "Coledale " several times previously. It is clean, comfortable and well-equipped, as well as being convenient for the amenities of Keswick and the beautiful surroundings.

I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay centrally in Keswick. It was quiet and central to everything. We hardly used the car. It was in very excellent condition and very clean. The sofas and beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

the appartment was very well equipped ,with enough pots pans cups n plates etc to actually use the dish washer>. it was very comfortable and clean and that means a lot to me. also it was in a great area to get to everything and nice and quiet .Pam

A delayed return to a favourite holiday let. A lot has changed during our absence - a bit too techy for those of us of advanced years - I do miss a "Logbook" of previous visitors' discoveries and comments. It was nice to be able to walk the Railway trail again and to see the rebuilt bridges. The accommodation was as warm and comfortable as we remembered, but the Lakes seem a little less welcoming than before the Lockdowns. Double yellow lines seem more prominent and viewpoint pullovers that were previously free now have parking ticket machines and at £5 for four hours we were grateful for our NT membership.
