Strawberryfields park, is our happy place. We have stayed in various lodges in the park approximately 13/14 stays. All lodges are great with thier own little touches. The park has grown over the years since our very first stay in Amber Lodge. We love to chill in the hot tub, starry skies, lots of nice food places in and around cheddar. A visit to the cider barn is a must. Can't wait for our next stay
Our stay was exactly what we wanted, relaxation in a lovely setting, and in a good location to explore the local area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Spinney, it was clean, well maintained, comfortable, and the perfect base for our mini moon.
This was our second visit to Strawberryfield park and again it didn't disappoint. The lodge was superb, well equipped and comfortable, we didn't want to leave!
We have twice stayed in The Spinney and enjoyed it very much. This time we decided to stay in Cheddar Pink. We enjoyed it that much we booked again for a 4th visit.
Having just returned from our 5th stay at Strawberryfield park, again feeling totally relaxed and revitalised. The Honeyhurst lodge has what feels like become our second home, arriving somewhere where you know you can start your break immediately, no having to clean or get settled, everything is to hand as so well equipped. Hot tub ready to go all that’s left to do is light the log fire and pour that glass of wine. Thank you team for the warm welcome. Will continue to return
We've been 7or8 times since 2022. We have stayed in various lodges both dog friendly and no dogs allowed. Each lodge is different. Spotlessly clean fantastic inside and out with a hot tub. The willows was no exception. We've already booked 2 lodges for Easter for us and extended family. This is our happy place.
This is our second stay at Orchard lodge. Last year for our mini moon and this year for our 1 year anniversary. Strawberryfield Park is truly a home away from home. Clean and tidy, all amenities needed, hot tub is fabulous. The site is quiet and the perfect retreat. Highly recommend!
Our party of 4 celebrating a 60th birthday had a great time, lodge was very nicely furnished with ever you could need self catering. A bottle of wine greeted up on arrival which was a nice touch. Folders in bookcase gave all the information you might need and we ordered a Chinese takeaway delivered to our lodge during our stay which was very nice. We had a couple of small issues but called Mike on the site and he fixed them very quickly thank you Mike. Thoroughly recommend for a very peaceful getaway from it all, we didn’t get round to doing the lovely walks nearby but took a trip to Wells for...more
We stayed in Combe Hay for a long weekend and it was fantastic. The hot tub was fantastic and we had great weather. The lodge was immaculate and had no problems at all to mention. The site is peaceful and quiet and the grounds are immaculate. There is a little shack type bar called the Cider Barn, which was great. You have to pass the Barn to get onto our part of the site which was the right fork but we found that on 2 occasions (saturday and sunday) the cars visiting the Cider Barn made it very difficult to drive passed altho the shack has an overflow car park and the patrons just didnt u...more
We had a wonderful weekend at Batcombe Hollow celebrating a birthday. The lodge was immaculate, comfortable and all the amenities were high spec. It was so peaceful and we could stargaze from the hot tub. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it and hope to visit again!
We as 4 friends had a wonderful stay in Pamela Meadow lodge. The lodge was modern, clean and perfect for beautiful walks. Lovely helpful staff. We will be returning.
Had wonderful Xmas break here. Lodge was lovely, really stylish and super clean. Most of the other lodges were booked but it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop! Everything you need is provided in the kitchen with top quality appliances. The hot tub was just brilliant to use at night with all the lights on, it was the reason I chose the lodge. Customer service was very good, sending me several emails beforehand with useful information and someone came speeding round when I had trouble - my fault - putting the heating on. The Cider Barn is fun, quirky place to go and their pizzas very go...more
Beautiful lodge lovely and relaxed. Very private hot tub was relaxing to. Enjoyed my many stays with strawberry fields. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Will be back next year.
Perry Lodge itself is spacious, well appointed and genuinely very comfortable. The kitchen/diner lounge area provides a large comfortable living space that's ideal for four folks to gather in and share time together. The kitchen was adequately equipped and the appliances were all of a good quality. The dining area provides room enough to enjoy a proper meal in comfort. The two sofas are comfortable and allow enough space to stretch out and enjoy a movie together (again, the TV was good and easy to use). The bedrooms provide genuinely comfortable beds and both bathrooms are well provided for. T...more
This was our 2nd stay at The levels in as many months. Such a lovely lodge with the comfiest bed ever. The hot tub is divine. The weather wasn't great but that didn't ruin our break. I've already booked to come back in the new year.
Our 2nd stay in Deer Leep and was fab, didnt want to leave. Will be back for our 3rd stay some time in 2026.
We loved our stay, had the most relaxing time and we loved every second! We will definitely be back, thank you!
Excellent accommodation. Home from home! We loved the area-hope to stay again soon for a longer time & visit the many local attractions.
Stayed here for our honeymoon, couldn't fault it. The whole stay was absolutely perfect. Clean, modern lodges with all the equipment you need. Comfy beds and sofa. Modern technology speakers and tv. Great spacious lodges. Ideal location for exploring Cheddar / Glastonbury / Wells / Longleat / Bath. Cider lodge on site - so welcoming and friendly. Will absolutely be back.
Very relaxing had everything we needed been to strawberry fields quite a few timesl like the fact it has a log fire
This was our 4th Christmas stay at Strawberryfields and every time is just perfect. We have never had an issue. We have stayed in Cheddar Pink twice - we love that one for the view out and big open plan space especially, Pamela's Meadow once which was also very lovely and this time Whileaway as we needed dog friendly accomodation this year. Everything was so perfect - a beautiful, real, Christmas tree, welcome package with wine, bottled water, biscuits, milk and some treats / poo bags and a towel for our dog. So thoughtful. When I say you have EVERYTHING you need in these lodges, I mean it. I ...more
We had a lovely stay in Mulberry lodge, very cosy with everything you need, A nice big bed and also a large shower and the bath were nice touches. We walked to near by Cheddar for a roast dinner at The Bath Arms which we would also recommend, and of course checked out the Gorge, we struggle to get a taxi so walked back so be aware and inquire before hand! We will deffo be back maybe in the Summer for the beaches.
The Sleights is furnished to a very high standard and loved the hot tub. The mattresses are super comfortable and the en suites very spacious. The added touches such as robes for the hot tub really made our stay. I would highly recommend Spice Cottage in nearby Cheddar, does a great Indian takeaway. Bath is a 40 minute drive away, well worth a visit, went to the famous Roman Baths. I would highly recommend Strawberryfield Park and I will definitely return in the future.
Very clean and comfortable lodge. Very peaceful stay. The log fire was very nice and cozy. Be aware hot tub isn’t maintained daily.
