We enjoyed our stay at this well equipped and comfortable cottage, our first stay in Shropshire. Our main reason for visiting the area was a trip to Ironbridge, which did not disappoint. The cottage is situated off the beaten track and is very quiet and peaceful, set amidst rolling hills close to Wenlock Edge.
First time in this area. Super cottage and location. Great amenities. Really nice welcome from the Owners Even the weather was good. Will definitely use these cottages if we are returning to this area.
Perfect mid week break in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Nice walks of varying difficulty and close to the charming Church Stretton
Everyone enjoyed their stay at the Manor House. Great character and very comfortable. Lighting in the sitting room was poor (cold atmosphere) but otherwise everything was lovely. Our little dog was made very welcome. Thank you.
We enjoyed our stay at Eaton Manor, where we were running our annual tai chi retreat for a group of students, using 3 properties on site. It was wonderful to be able to bring our old dog and have a comfortable, quiet cottage of our own to go to after teaching. The gardens were all good as teaching spaces as was the banqueting hall on occasions when it was a little chilly or damp. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. We would certainly come again.
We hired Toad Hall as part of our Tai Chi retreat and really enjoyed all the facilities. The outdoor spaces were perfect for practice and the shared space inside was great for get togethers. Some of us struggled with the low water pressure in the showers but that was a minor inconvenience compared to the great service and location.
The most lovely holiday cottage which felt home from home. Friendly atmosphere and John and Nicola attended to our needs. Everything was just perfect for us and our dogs. Plenty of places to visit. Nice peaceful walks. Didn’t use the sports hall or pool but will do on our next stay. The best place in our view to have a fabulous human and doggy holiday.
Really enjoyed our stay in Pendennis. The house was perfect and big enough for my husband and myself, our son and daughter and their families plus ofcourse Dylan the dog, whose every need was catered for. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bedrooms comfortable and the garden and views from the conservatory beautiful. The grandchildren and their cousins enjoyed being able to use the swimming pool particularly in the hot weather we enjoyed. They also liked the freedom of being able to walk down the quiet road on their own to visit the sports hall. The adults in our group enjoyed the sp...more
Modern and spacious house in a beautiful location. Hosts are extremely welcoming and accommodating- giving us extra freezer space, dropping our parcels in to us, bringing us fans when needed and even jump starting our car when the battery died. The view is fabulous and there's loads of space in the garden for the kids to play. If you want a real countryside holiday we couldn't recommend a better place. The swimming pool is not luxurious but was great to jump in to on the really hot days.
