Where do I start. Fabulous house - very comfortable with everything you should need and more. Sitting in the most beautiful estate. We will certainly be back!!
On arrival we found everything spotlessly clean, the cottage was well furnished, light and comfortable throughout. The location is excellent, sitting in a peaceful spot by the side of the River Tay with lovely views all around.
Highlights included listening to the birdsong, seeing an otter swim by along the river and daily visits from a very friendly duck!
Only minor issue was getting to grips with the pre-set heating control - at times we were a little too warm at times and couldn't find any instructions, although managed to turn it down manually when required.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. The furnishings were tasteful and perfect in every detail. We didn't want for anything. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. An extremely well-kept estate.
This was our 4th stay at Castle Peroch so we obviously like the place. Outstanding location high above the valley and nice walking tracks just outside the door. Very comfortable upstairs bedroom with spacious bath and downstairs sitting area with working fireplace with lots of wood provided. Although there is another small bedroom upstairs, the cottage is really most appropriate for a couple. Spacious kitchen and dining area.
