The cottage is on 2 levels, sleeps up to 4 and comprises the following accommodation

Downstairs

  • Open plan kitchen and living room with wood-burning stove and smart television.
  • Kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Kitchen table to seat 4
  • Double bedroom with en-suite shower room
  • Entrance porch with washer/dryer and boot store

Upstairs

  • Double bedroom overlooking the river
  • En-suite bathroom with free standing bath and separate shower

A weeks fishing holiday almost ruined before it started due to ridiculous amount of rain- on arrival after 9 hrs drive cottage inaccessible due to flooding, no worries hosts booked hotel for us . Once flooding receded accessed beautiful cottage perfect location 5 star prepared everything included that we could need for our week . Sadly fishing cancelled only downside. I would recommend the location , the venue ( 3 cottages all very high quality) and the Hosts both helpful and accessible when needed , all round top draw.

The second time I have stayed here and it is perfection. Beautifully done and run. We squeezed 8 around the table the first night and have had lovely times here - and returned home each evening looking forward to getting back to the comfort.

We had a wonderful five days by the river. Excellent location close to lots of worthwhile things to see. Got some fishing lessons from you guys, thank you! (although we were bad at it and couldn't catch a thing). Pure luxury in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Small living area but not too small. We really enjoyed everything!



WOW!!! This was better than our expectations and exceeded everything we had hoped for.

Four nights in such a beautiful location, a very high standard of accommodation in all aspects from the minute you arrive outside to the skilled stone wall to the quality of the fittings, decor and the equipment. Everything had been meticulously thought through and all that was missing was an umbrella inside the front door and a boot peg. We had a great time really enjoyed ourselves even befriending two mallard dusk which we hand fed and sat on the doorstep. Big thank you to all involved.

A stunning cottage in a great location with riverside frontage. Comfortable throughout and coped easily with weather range from frost and sleet to warm spring sunshine, with very responsive heating controls. The upstairs bedroom suite is exceptional. It's great to see the new properties on the Estate, a good compliment to and contrast with the other long-established options. As always service from the team was excellent, and wildlife abundant.

Excellent location which is fantastic for our salmon fishing arrangements. Amazing scenery and lots of places to visit locally. Cottage has everything you need and more.

Lovely wee cottage, perfect for our family holiday. Great location to relax with easy access to A9 for travel. We all loved it including the dogs. Superb views of the river and wildlife . Had a wee technical issue on the first evening that was dealt with promptly and professionally. One suggestion would be to provide a clothes horse.

My husband and I stayed here for our tenth wedding anniversary. We had a great week. The weather was kind to us so we were able to sit outside and watch the river go by. The cottage was small but perfectly formed. Had everything we might need. The location was great for visiting places such as Perth, Dunkeld, Pitlochry and Aberfeldy. We had a lovely lunch at House of Bruar. All in all a great week. We would definitely go back.
