We have stayed in a lot of holiday homes over the years and this one was the best ever. We had a lovely time . Thank you for letting us stay. It was perfect.
Had a great time at this wonderful cottage. Very close to everything but lovely and peaceful surroundings in the evening, especially loved the wood burner. Had everything we needed, and our dog Jess loved it too! Thank you for a great place to stay, would definitely go again.
What a fantastic house to stay in with a family. It had everything we could possibly need and was in the most perfect location, walking distance to St Helens / The Duver for great beach days with our two year old and right in the centre of St Helens by the pub and playpark.
Englefield is the perfect place to stay, within walking distance of the town of Ventnor and with wonderful views of the sea where ships of all sorts can be seen throughout the day. Englefield has everything you want to make sure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. There are usually several places to choose from to go out and eat, but Covid has meant that some have closed completely whilst others have reduced opening due to staff shortages. However Bonchurch Inn, a stones throw away from Englefield is excellent, lovely food and extremely helpful staff. If it's a takeaway you want or you're i...more
The stay was better than expected. A lovely location with the lodge beyond expectation. Located on a farm but still very quiet. I would recommend the lodge to anyone.
We had a wonderful week staying at Southford Farm, with children and grandparents. Lovely property in a great location, renovated to a high standard. The owners were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The Island Holiday Homes staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly with our ferries which got rescheduled. Thank you for a great holiday! Sam & Nicola Glover
I stayed at the Hideaway from March through to the end of July. The owners are lovely people and so helpful. The property is excellent with superb views, and a great location in Newport. I would highly recommend staying here!
A fantastic home away from home - Yachtsman's Tower is a truly wonderful property in an idyllic and peaceful location. Coffee on the balcony with views over the water will be a fine memory to treasure this year.
The meet and greet as soon you arrive was a lovely personal touch - far nicer than the usual keybox , let yourself in and work it all out for yourselves !! Claire (host/owner) was very friendly and approachable and gave us lots of tips/information on where to visit during our holiday, she was always just at the end of the phone if needed but not intrusive. The apartment was immaculate and spotless and far bigger than we thought. Usually the reality is far different from the photo's you see but on this occasion is was the other way round - a superbly furnished and spacious apartment. The ki...more
Very impressed on arrival, the property was very well cleaned and presented. We specifically chose this property as it had ensuites for each bedroom, which enables everyone to have privacy. The facilities were excellent and the property was very spacious. The Garden was lovely although one of the GardenUmbrellas had seen better days. The location is excellent and the back gate access to the cliff top path was of great benefit. Walking to either Shanklin or Sandown was only 20 minutes and the views spectacular. The local Cafe "Blueberrys" literally on the doorstep was very popular with u...more
We paid a rate for 6 days and needed to extend. The payment plan seems to decrease the longer the stay and be quite expensive for 3 days. It was a shame there was no flexibility to negotiate a rate bearing in mind we wanted to stay 9 days on the end. Especially as it was pretty obvious the property was going to be unoccupied Great service from Island for rearranging our ferry
Excellent location. Easy access to West Cowes and always something to watch on on the river. Nowhere on the island further than an hours drive.
The outstanding sea view is the USP of this lovely house. Unassuming from the front this "upside down" stylish home offers high levels of comfort, well equipped cook's kitchen, a beautifully maintained garden with plentiful herbs and many flowering bushes which frame that view - nearly 180 degrees overlooking Ventnor's western slope down towards the sea. Mesmerising. This was our second visit and it didn't disappoint - despite the constraints of Covid we found shops and eating places well prepared and friendly. A wonderful place for a relaxing holiday.
Just spent a lovely week in the Stables. Very well situated and equipped with all you should need for a great holiday. Hope to return soon but see it is booked up for months - that says it all - very popular..
Jan Dee cottage has the most wonderful sea views which you can’t stop looking at! The cottage was beautifully clean and well positioned for a short stroll into Ventnor. Parking in Wheelers Bay car park was fine at this time of year. We enjoyed fantastic coastal walking on the IoW. The one downside of the cottage is the design of the beautifully refitted kitchen - who puts the fridge on the opposite side of a large island from the cooker, hob and sink? We’ve walked miles round the kitchen just making a cup of tea!!
Excellent accommodation with a lovely welcome pack. Everything that we wanted was provided. Car parking outside is the main problem - having to move the car due to a 2 hour time limit is annoying (It seems the garages use several of the spaces). Even so it was a lovely stay and very enjoyable.
Everything you could want for a family holiday. Very clean and comfortable, excellent facilities, and a in a beautiful location. A minor issue was quickly resolved with a phone call to the friendly and helpful owner. Tried to book again but already booked, so will have be quicker next time!
Such a comfy and clean flat with surpringly good views. All was very organised and it looked as if it had been decorated very recently. Location was good too. Very quiet, near the coastal path, yet near the old village and sea. We will definitely come again.
We spent 2 weeks at Kenmare and enjoyed it greatly. It is tastefully decorated, comfortable, very well furnished and considering the current restrictions we'll equipped. There is plenty of room for a family, the playroom is a great idea stocked with a TV, wii, dvds, board games and a comfy sofa. We would give the house 9.5/10.
The house was clean. It had toys, and entertainment items which was great for the kids. The kitchen was very well equipped. The hosts left us a lovely postcard and bottle of wine to welcome us which was very thoughtful. Ideal location for the beach and exploring. Could not fault it.
Lovely cosy cottage. Sea views from living room and both bedrooms. We always managed to get a parking space in the free public car park immediately adjoining the property. A welcome addition/suggestion (for me personally) would be access to wi-fi, as like most of Ventnor a mobile data signal is a bit hit and miss and I usually take my NOW TV stick when I go away so as to access more TV channels etc.
This is a beautiful flat in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Ryde about mile and a half from the beach. Very well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our visit very much.
Always lovely to visit the IOW xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
This is one of the nicest holiday home we have ever stayed in the whole aspect beautiful furniture fabulous setting everything you could ever ask for definitely would recommend
The apartment is a great place to base yourselves for the island. It’s quiet and set in a lovely location. It’s clean and modern and has everything you need for a stay. Shirley and Ian are fantastic host’s helpful and genuinely just nice people. Welcome basket on arrival was a lovely touch and the bottle on our anniversary with a card just a really nice touch. The only downside was we had very loud people upstairs, however Shirley dealt with them which again demonstrates what great host’s they are. Loved it would definitely stay again.
The cottage is 5 minutes walk from the bus and train station (the trains weren’t running when we were there but there is a shuttle mini bus up the very long pier to the ferry). Great that there was milk in the fridge and tea and coffee available after a long journey. The cottage was our base for exploring the island and it was perfect for us. The living room has comfortable sofas, a table and chairs and freeview + internet tv. The bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, the other has 2 singles. There is a large bathroom also a toilet downstairs. A separate room with a large table and chairs...more
The Hayloft was amazing. Perfect cottage, perfect location. Easy to get to and access. Communication was great for getting there and the welcome pack had loads of brilliant information. Easy walk to the village where we recommend Tansy's Pantry - the plant based food is out of this world. Can't wait to return.
We used the apartment as a base whilst moving. We found it a very clean, quiet and perfect location to relax for a few days between house moves. Perfect for many walks in what was a lockdown period. All in all was ideal. Definitely stay again.
Fantastic apartment in close walking distance of shanklin village. Has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Lovely welcoming extras left for our arrival were much appreciated. Will be recommending to friends and family.
A lovely cottage in beautiful surroundings You need a car as it is a bit scarce on food shopping but never the less a lovely place which I would highly recommend The oweners were particularly helpful
Another lovely stay at Mole Cottage. This is a very special cottage - super location, fantastic views and badgers visiting every evening. Fully recommend - if you can find a time it’s not booked.
5th time here so that says it all. This bungalow fits our needs perfectly, always immaculately clean but this year even more so, hand sanitizer on entry and plenty hand wash and cleaning supplies. Nice quiet location but not far from anywhere. We love the area, nice walks for the dog when he visited and already rebooked for next year
Had an amazing stay at Beechwood Cottage, the house is spotlessly clean and decorated to a beautiful standard. The gardens are amazing we even had breakfast with red squirrels running around. The owners are so friendly and popped around to say hello which was lovely. We will definitely be back next year.
We have had a great time the house was perfect we could not asked for anything better everything you needed and more
Lovely place to stay with fantastic views. The terraces are lovely. It is a peaceful location and enjoyed by all the family
We had a wonderful stay at Sea Vista, the property was perfect for us and had amazing views. It was my parents first holiday since COVID and they felt safe and reassured that the property was clean. We would definitely want to visit again!
Very good holiday bungalow. It was clean. It had a nice view. The beds were comfortable. The kids really liked it.
Fantastic apartment: modern, clean and in a brilliant location within walking distance of Shanklin.
This was our 3rd stay at Beach Side which still delivers the wow factor. We took our in-laws with us this time and they thought it was wonderful too. The property is situated in a quiet location and is very well appointed for a holiday home. The bedrooms and facilities are all to a good spec., comfortable and clean. We especially love the views from the lounge, garden and bedroom balconies that overlook the lifeboat house, beach and sea and that you only have to walk to the end of the garden to get to the beach. The beach itself is a mixture of rocks, shale, sand and stones and you can wal...more
We stayed for the second time as love the location and sea views from the property albeit car parking is awkward. Easy walk to the town and front and very reasonably priced accommodation. The interior is a little dated and the kitchen equipment could do with some updating and space to place food brought by occupants. However we will be back!
A lovely house, great for a week away with our extended family. The house is in a really good location to the beaches and places of interest. A short drive from lost pubs but had all we needed. The buses are really frequent and stop outside the house
Have stayed at Sands Cottage several times and due to return in July. Always very clean and tidy with great facilities and a fantastic garden for the dogs. Fabulous shower! Good shop at the end of the road for essentials - warm rolls in the morning for breakfast but need to be quick as they sell out fast!
Priory Apartment was immaculate and very well equipped. The views over the bay from the decking area were stunning, and beautiful garden area. Very impressed with this accommodation, and have booked again for next year.
This cottage is nothing short of paradise, the pictures do not do it justice the space and level of decor and attetion to detail inside and out is faultless. Most relaxing holiday we have ever had, good local shop and pub within 2 minute walk as well.
We’ve just returned from a wonderful stay in the well appointed Woodside cottage. Everything needed and great garden. Super! Thank you!
Excellent location, good facilities especially the en-suite shower! Ideal place to explore the Island.
What a wonderful apartment. One of the best we have ever been fortunate to holiday at. Perfect decor and awesome location.
We have just had a week at Lyndean, I was slightly sceptical however I needn't have worried. I won't waffle on here so first the positives:- The house is larger than it seems, 2 big spacious bedrooms and one smaller. Kitchen is well kitted out with everything we needed, all was to hand and easy to use. Large lounge with 3 large sofas, TV DVD, Broadband etc all good no complaints at all Main bathroom has possible the best shower I have ever had, big cubical and powerful water supply, No parking on the main road by the house but didn't struggle to park any time of day. The house is wa...more
The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbours. It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you needed to be able to prepare your own meals and also had a washer dryer which could be useful if staying for a week or more. The centre of Freshwater was just a short walk away which had all the shops you needed to buy groceries from although we found the Coop on the way to Freshwater Bay to be the best supermarket as it had more choice and free parking. If you enjoy cooking fish then the fishmonger in the centre should be visited. We really enjoyed our stay an...more
Beautiful and well equipped cottage, we would thoroughly recommend. Really liked the new garden area, perfect for evening BBQ's as it faces west. Beds were very good, we all slept really well. The only item we did not like was the position of the sofa next to the wood burner hearth. Due to the reduced space around the entire sofa and that the hearth tiles are raised, this is a trip hazard with two of our party badly stubbing their toes.
A lovely clean and welcoming environment beautifully situated for visiting the Island’s attractions.
Lovely home and well equipped. 4 year old grandson loved the garden and trampoline and play equipment. Had 4 month old granddaughter with us and fine this year but if was crawling or beginning to walk may be too many items downstairs for her to fall into or knock so more suitable for perhaps 3 plus age. Also handy if had handrails in the bath. Top floor bedrooms lacking in wardrobes and storage space Although washing machine and tumble dryer an outside line would be useful. Perhaps a note could be put on any cupboards especially in the kitchen where these are inaccessible ...more
A fantastic property in a beautiful tranquil location . The quality of the accommodation was superb. The owners had thought and provided everything that we needed. Would highly recommend .
A very comfortable stay Well equipped and clean Nice park and good facilities and beach nearby. Would definately use again
A very comfortable cottage, extremely well equipped, everything you need. Would highly recommend, thank you.
We have been coming to this place for a few years. Every year the apartment is very clean and everything u need for a lovely holiday. This year a lift now fitted which helps getting your luggage to the apartment.
Daisy cottage is in a great location with easy access to shops, restaurants and the sea front. it had everything we needed and much more. The two terrace areas are great for enjoying the views and the sun. Due to a neighbouring property they were shaded from the sun from about 4 o'clock onwards (we were there late Sept so would expect more sun Jun-Aug) but were still lovely to sit out on when the weather was warm. Parking can be an issue and you may need to park on a nearby street or in the nearby free car park that you can see from the terrace. There is plenty of space inside an...more
A well-positioned, spacious property, well furnished with a good view of the coastline. The property was well equipped and furnished, although some items were showing signs of use: for example, the control markings on the ovens had mostly rubbed off to the extent that we had no idea which knob did what, one of the hob burners did not function and numerous light bulbs throughout the property needed replacement. The fire blanket was present but would have taken a long time to find in the event of a fire. We never discovered the whereabouts of the hairdryer. A non-functioning kettle was dealt wi...more
an excellent cottage in a quiet picturesque location. the lack on close shopping and good level takeaways is the reason for my score of 4. The reason for my 4 score on condition was that the cottage key code system box did not work when we got there and had to be replaced. The 4 on Comfort is down to the fact that there were no instruction of how to work the basic night stores heating system switches or dials or the cooker hob or microwave. There were numerous instruction book, however many applied to devices that were not installed.
We had a great stay at Bonuto. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The views are amazing and it was lovely to sit outside and watch the sun. It has huge back garden which was nice for our little one. I would recommend this stay to couples of for a family. It was comfortable and well located.
The bungalow is gorgeous. Well equipped and above all so clean. Garden is beautiful but needs a sun lounger or two.wonderful stay.
Overall lovely, always is But beds are a bit worse than last time all need a mattress topper And i cleaned yard due to dog smell again It has everything you need
We arrived on a saturday at 5PM for a weeks stay in Main Sail. We were able to gain entrance to the apartment very easily, using the information provided by Island holiday homes. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.Well equipped kitchen and tv/Wifi. The sofa was extremely comfortable with a recliner either end. There was plenty of room and coat hangers in the bedroom and a comfortable large double bed. The views from the lounge window/balcony were magnificent, always something to take your interest. I personally just love to see the yachts. It's a short walk int...more
Huge house, perfect for families or in this case a 50th birthday celebration. Great location, garden beautiful. Loads to do in the area.
Lovely place to stay by the sea! Excellent location l, so nice to return after the Covid break. Will be staying again
Loved this property, however the back of the property suffers from damp this is very evident in the kitchen where things have been stuck randomly on the wall to hide damp and one of the bedrooms suffers terribly the smell is overwhelming. However as we only needed 2 bedrooms we simply didn’t use this one. Everything else was spot on we think it’s the best spot in ventnor, also parking was a bonus . Island holiday homes were fantastic to use and we will book with them again without hesitation.
This is a wonderful home with everything you could need. There are amazing views from every window and a lovely garden to sit in to enjoy the views as well. Sandown beach is a only a five minute drive away. Having the Culver Inn & a cafe nearby was very convenient too. One of the best holidays we have had on the Isle of Wight.
Large kitchen, wonderful summer room, lovely bedrooms and shower room. Private garden at rear for eating out.
The house that we stayed in was in good condition. When we first arrived the house and rooms were all cleaned and wiped down. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms to store all of your clothes with the drawers and wardrobes, and plenty of hangers to go with them. There was plenty of pots and pans to use in the kitchen to feed 7 people, along with a big fridge freezer to store enough food as well. Dishwasher and washing machine as well, only tiny downside was that if you did any washing, there was only 1 clothes horse to dry your clothes, there was no washing line. The dining room / l...more
This was our fourth visit to Rofford Lodge and everything was as expected except for a water leak from behind the dishwasher which required regular mopping up and the boiler failure on the last day. It was a shame that these things took the edge of what was otherwise a lovely week on the Island.
Anchor cottage was immaculately clean and very well stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed watching the floating bridge on one balcony and the Red Funnel ferry on the other. The advert does state that the chain link floating bridge does start running at 5am so early start to the day.
Excellent cottage in a lovely location. Lots of country walks on doorstep. Good for dog, too. Garden is great for relaxing.
20 Bellevue Road is light and airy, with wooden floors throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge & freezer and just about every utensil you could want! An upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower & toilet means two people can get ready at the same time, and there are sea views from the landing and single bedroom. The seperate dining room off the kitchen is a luxury not usually seen in a rental cottage, and we loved the fresh flowers left for us as a welcome! The decor and individual touches give it real character and it felt very comfortable. A short walk f...more
Had issues that were resolved with no fuss. , affected stay but a one off. Would go back again ,as I know issues wont be thete
What a find! The house was perfect for our group, ranging in age from two to seventy-two. Having all on-suite rooms was a real bonus. What we really appreciated most of all, however was the wonderful location. Positioned in the middle of a wildflower meadow which was full of wild orchids, plus being positioned on the coastal path, what more could you ask for? The views were just stunning and could be enjoyed indoors as every window had its own view. We hope very much to be able to visit again.
Great flat. Great location. Would def stay there again. Few points... Bigger fridge and freezer would be nice as was bit of squeeze to fit everything. Bought lots of food as due to Covid ate in most days. Also TV was bit difficult to sort but that could be down to us. Maybe some basic instructions... Flat actually better in reality than photos suggest.
We booked this cottage for the second time after missing out last year due to it's popularity. The cottage is in an ideal location for the local shops and a number of public houses. Clean and comfortable with a good sized garden for our dog. Garden not at it's best like previously but due to the pandemic it is understandable. Good off street paring for our large estate car was great but you should always reverse in rather than drive in as you do get cars coming down the main street into Yarmouth. All facilities in good working order and we found no problems with anything in the house. We had a...more
An enjoyable week in this one bedroom bungalow in a beautiful rural location, with lots of walks around the area and easy access to Newport. The owners were very welcoming and quick to resolve any issues. The bungalow was well appointed and comfortable with more than adequate heating . A pretty garden with nesting birds and a red squirrel visiting each day. Some work on a new patio is in progress but did not distract from the overall enjoyment of this rural location.
We’ve just returned from our 2nd stay at the Gate house. Bembridge is our favourite place to stay as is closest to (in our opinion) the nicest beaches for dog walking on the island, The property is only a 2 minute walk to the sea giving it a great location. The property is very spacious with all rooms a nice size, with the added benefit of a large conservatory with a enclosed garden. Very well equipped and comfortable. Beds are super comfortable as are the sofas and chairs. The cleanliness of the property on arrival was excellent. Absolutely every surface spotless and dust free which was ex...more
Couldn't have asked for more from a fully-modernised Victorian terraced house. Big kitchen-diner, comfortable lounge with Freeview TV, large master bedroom overlooking the sea, bathroom upstairs and shower wet room downstairs. Parking is away from the house, but there is a 24-hour car park a few steps away. Not so good for anyone with a physical disability, as the gradients to the seafront are very steep. A great experience and highly recommended.
We had a lovely couple of weeks staying at Sea Grove. The accommodation had everything we needed. The kitchen was well supplied for cooking a variety of dishes. The bungalow caters well for less mobile guests. The children loved the garden terrace especially the two resident lizards living by the outside steps. We loved the sea view and the ability to walk to Steephill cove and Ventnor from the accommodation. Will definitely come back.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Beach chalet. All was spotlessly clean and lovely. Would definately recommend this to anyone.
Beautiful, panoramic view ..top of the hill so...great if you fit + active! A little outdated decor...but fab for a weeks staycation Gardens beautiful, wildlife on your doorstep!
Great central location for exploring the island. Could do with a few more larger glasses and cereal bowls in the kitchen.
Binfield House is in the most beautiful surroundings, perfect for family get-togethers, well equipped. We returned here for my brother's 80th birthday, having visited previously for his 70th, and were not disappointed!
We found the cottage very comfortable and well equipped. However although it is equipped for 5 people there was only the 2 of us and I think it would feel a bit cramped with 5 adults. Maybe a family of 4 would be fine. It was in a lovely location and the on site shops especially the farm shop were a bonus. There are 2 pubs locally but due to staff shortage one only did lunch and the other stopped serving meals at 4pm.We found it very convenient for touring the island and you can drive to most places in 20 minutes. Also lots of footpaths and beautiful walks. On arrival we found milk in the fr...more
Accommodation was pretty good, though the area was quite rough with very loud parties happening next door and very anti social behaviour in the street outside, including some idiot trying to damage my vehicle at 3 am. Road works outside being undertaken when we were there meant it was very noisy during the day and up to 8pm in the evening some days but this wouldn't be the norm. The area of Sandown (or Rundown) as we were calling it, was very 'rundown' and many buildings on the front in terrible state of repair or completely gutted and boarded up (fire damage). A lot of shops had their window...more
Good location for walks and restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful. Easy access to other locations. The cottage was well equipped. Shower very good.
Fantastic location in 10 acres of wildflower meadows. Sea views from the terrace adjoining the property and fantastic views out to sea over Niton Lighthouse just 50 yards from the edge of the property. We saw a pair of Peregrine falcons hunting who are nesting there and a buzzard regularly hovered over the property itself. The history to the build having been a telecoms hub for passing ships is fascinating also and the conversion has been done sympathetically blending what used to be a utilitarian building into the landscape. The decor and furniture is traditional, functional and hom...more
Had a great time. Hope to visit again. Really enjoyed the pool and tennis court and the peaceful surroundings.
We have stayed at Baltija, many, many times, so we feel that speaks for itself. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx cc ccccc ccccc ccccc. xxxxxxxxxxxxxx cxccc ccccc ccccc cccccc xxxxxxxxxxxx. Cccccc.
Charnwood Cottage is set in a peaceful location .There are walks directly from the cottage, and lovely beaches only a short drive away. It is well equipped, but perhaps to the point of needing a bit of de-cluttering!. Outside is well presented ,neat and tidy. The stairs could be a problem for the elderly or very young as they are very steep with narrow tread. The welcome pack was excellent from wine and chocolates,to household essentials. We enjoyed our week at Charnwood Cottage.
A good location for Ventnor with easy access to the town and the beachfront down hill. The photo on the website of the seaview is correct but there is a large 3 storey house immediately in front of the terrace leaving little privacy available. The terrace needed weeding as a matter of urgency! There is not a seaview from the ground floor of the cottage. There was dirty crockery in one of the cupboards and there is not any wardrobe or chest of drawers in the second bedroom - just a single bed and bunk beds. The bathroom is nice but accessed through the very narrow but well equipped kitchen. ...more
This is a fantastic location for a peaceful holiday close to the sea. The cottage has character and is comfortable to spend time in, although some of the furnishings a little dated and areas of damp in the shower. The property was clean and accommodating, watch out for the steep stairs though! Garden was lovely and great for dogs, a nice big kitchen and conservatory was great in the sun or rain! Will be back again!
We loved the location. Conservatory furniture is uncomfortable sadly. Beds very comfortable though. Property a bit run down but served us well!
Taps in the kitchen are very loose. Kitchen cupboards could do with a clean. We would go back again.
The property matches the images seen on the rental sites - it is modern, spacious and provides good space for a family to be together but not on top of each other. Terry & Alison from Island Holiday Homes were professional and responsive from booking and during our stay when they were needed the most. On arrival one of the ensuite bathrooms needed urgent attention from a plumber due to an overpowering sewage smell. Whilst that was being addressed, the ensuite to the master bedroom started flooding as the shower was blocked. The plumber managed to sort both situations out without furt...more
1st floor flat with stunning direct sea views Central location in lovely Ventnor Decor & furniture are random old & dirty The towels & sheets were clean but old The flat needed cleaning. Dust on all surfaces. Bathrooms & kitchen filthy Hair in all storage drawers Windows not opening or stuck open Situated on an intersection opposite a pub with loud music outside at weekends. 4 nights out of 7 I was woken by drunks fighting, singing, vomiting etc One Yale lock on front door didn’t feel safe
