Situated in the beautiful village of St Helens, Sunny Downs is the perfect location for your stay on the Island. The ground floor features a spacious, comfortable living room, perfect for unwinding or enjoying the warmth of the fire on a cosy winters evening. The living room leads through to the kitchen/diner with a well-equipped kitchen, downstairs WC and patio doors opening onto an enclosed garden and stunning scenic views. Sunny Downs sleeps up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms: two double bedrooms on the first floor, one offering a breathtaking countryside view, and a third bedroom with bunk beds consisting of a small double and single bed, ideal for three guests. The first floor also includes a shower room and off-road parking is available in the surrounding area.

This Holiday Let, Well i can honestly say I'Ve never been in such dirty uncomfortable accomodation.Visit for yourselves and see
The most unwelcoming outside front of property was disgustingly dirt from growing creeper which had dried out and was full ofdead flies. i would not opened the windows inside for this reason.The armchairs in the lounge one so heavy almost impossiblr to move. the other wooden armrests sticky and smelly. Achilds dirty T-Shirt half hanging out of then settee. A childs safety gate at the bottom of the stairs should not have been there too awkward for two elderly people like us to access either up or down. Every corner of the downstairs toilet and kitchenette had cobwebs, as was the same in the upstairs bathroom around the light fitment.Bulky boxes of clothes lef in the double bedroom wardrobe, which i had to remove to hang our garments. The hanging cord in the upstairs bathroom needed a handle. All the flooring needed replacing, as the shower tray , I am glad i did not have children with me as the garden should not have been left with such dangerous steps to rest of the garden. you as a company must vet your properties a lot better!!!!! House is lovely and clean with everything you need.
Grass was very long this time but I assume due to weather this has been hard to sort.
House really needs an info book like other properties have. This needs to include the hidden cutlery drawer, heating, emergency contacts (I’m aware this is on emails but useful to have in a folder) and could also include bin timetable and instructions for them to be put out as these were very full upon our arrival.
Very minor things mentioned above it is a lovely house to stay in
