Great short break, with the kids and dog. House is located a short walk away from the beach. Good facilities on site. The property was very clean and is very well maintained, would stay again.

Stayed at puffin pad for four days.All that we needed and more was available and the apartment was spotless with all the utensils you may need.The location is good for visiting local resorts and is a nice walk along the beach to Filey but just check the tides or it a long walk back by road
The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It was in a great location for accessing all the amenities on site and the path to the beach. Customer services were very helpful too. We really enjoyed our stay.
A very spacious , clean and well equipped holiday home. We had a 3night break sharing with our daughter, husband , children and the family pet. The accommodation and facilities were ample for our needs. The access to the beach was within walking distance, the children enjoyed using the pool on the complex. Great communication and easy to follow guide/ instructions for the property was given in advance as well as updates during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay @Ace Grace Place.

Just returned from 4 nights away at Anchor Cottage. Our third time at The Bay. The property is gorgeous - spacious, clean, really comfy beds! Everything you need for a family break. Would highly recommend. Really good communication from Martin at Anchor Bay Holidays. Will be returning.
We have been staying at The Bay for 21 years and have stayed in lots of different accommodation over that time. The Sandpiper is by far one of the best. The facilities in the accommodation are spot on, they have everything you could possibly need and more. The house was spotless and decorated to a very high standard making it very comfortable and pleasurable. We would definitely stay here again as a first choice and recommend to anyone. The location is perfect for us as it's very close to the beach path and seems to be in a quiet area.
From start to finish yet again Anchor Bay Holidays provided a well managed holiday property. It is comfortable, well equipped, close to the pub and beach access. We (2 adults, 2 children) had a great stay at High Tide. Ideal location for exploring the North Yorkshire coast, from seals at Flamborough to arcades at Scarborough. Easy to walk to beach and the pub on The Bay. We will be back!

We had a great stay at Life of Filey. Anthony was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and provided lots of information prior to our arrival. The cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with lovely comfortable beds. It was very well equipped with everything you could need. It was always a pleasure to arrive home to our warm and cosy cottage. It’s in a great location with parking very close by. We will definitely return.
Could not fault Arthur’s Retreat at The Bay at all except maybe a full length mirror the owners have obviously taken great care when organising their holiday property and it shows
Great stay at Willow cottage my sister and I The house had everything you need for a great break spotless clean lovely short walk to the beach . Was such a wonderful touch with the welcome pack (tea coffee sugar hot chocolate biscuits) also cleaning dishwasher tablets cleaning cloth washing up liquid I have stayed in a lot of places for short breaks must say was pleasantly surprised with all the little touches makes such a difference when self catering Would highly recommend Willow cottage
We had a fab week away when we stayed at ‘Anchor at the bay’. The cottage was gorgeous and had everything you could ever need. The patio doors opened onto a lovely grassed area for quickly letting the dog onto but 5 minutes round the corner was the wildflower meadow and the lake that we walked round too. Beach access was great. We also did archery which was great fun even though it got a bit competitive . Highly recommend Anthony and Anchor Bay Holidays

We stayed for 3 nights during half term with 2 children (16 and 11). The property is beautifully furnished and well equipped. It is quite small-would be tight for 5 people and only 4 chairs at dining table. The lounge is full when the sofa bed is down and would be a squeeze to comfortably sit 5 on the sofa / chair. Arrived to my first property to find that it was un suitable to stay in , I emailed the company and straight away I received a call from Anthony who offered me a new property immediately Blue Anchor House, it was lovely , very spacious all on one level and what impressed me the most was three very good sized ensuites , which was perfect as my family were coming to stay with me. Small apartment but well equipped with everything you may need for few days away. Do need to take essentials (washing up liquid etc). Bed huge & so comfy. Unfortunately when we went to use some of the kitchen equipment (ie, mugs, cutlery etc) this had been put away dirty-so we ended up cleaning items before we used them. The oven trays & possibly oven wasn’t very clean-but we didn’t use these so didn’t clean them. The Management team are extremely helpful & you can contact them for the slightest thing & they will help. We would definitely book again.
This is one of the nicest places we have stayed, the cottage had everything you needed and was warm and cosy. It’s placed in a nice spot away from the main road into the site. Easy to walk to the beach and the meadow walk, Great for dogs and walkers. We would definitely go back to the Bay such a good area to explore. Decided to have a short weekend break and looked at the BAY site checked out a few offers and Decided on the STARFISH SHACK, directions given were a bit sparse but after going to reception we found the place,we were very pleased with the place,all we required was there,although fully fitted we didn't use the kitchen because we ate out and we will definitely go back if the opportunity arises.All good with no problems. Lovely place.
Lovely clean dog friendly apartment. Just what we expected. Need dust pan and brush. Also why would you have plates that are not dish washer safe??
We enjoyed a relaxing last minute 4 night break at Ocean Retreat. The property was as described and worked very well for a multi generational family. Plenty of space to socialise and eat together with nice outdoor space too. Excellent service from Anchor Bay from booking to promptly sorting the odd little problems that arose.
Been to the bay numerous times but were unable to use our usual contact so went with these guys Excellent service from booking through to our return and would definitely book through this website again Price was very reasonable Chose this property as we knew exactly where it was and there’s less footfall past the property if you have a fur baby who likes to announce every passerby ! Lovely stay at puffin lodge . Great location, very quiet , felt very relax . The weather was lovely . Down to the beach every morning for a walk on the sands . Great location walking in to Filey and then a drive in to flambrough , Bridlington . Second stay in the beach huts on the same road but different huts . All been a great standard , pub nice to go to in the bay village . Also some good pubs in Humanby and surrounding areas . Hopefully we will return for a third visit x

There was 4 adults and 2 children. We had a lovely weekend at Dragonfly Cottage. It is situated on the first road as you enter the site. It has great size bedrooms with 2 double and twin bedrooms also bunk beds with a single. All Very clean. The kitchen is a good size with two fridges. Which is very handy. The lounge is probably the only thing I would say is slightly small for the furniture but the three settee's are needed for the amount of people it sleeps. We very much enjoyed our stay at Ocean Cove. It was very clean and comfortable and close to the cliff path and beach. We enjoyed walks along the beach in both directions and the RSPB Bempton Cliffs reserve is close by and worth a visit when there are so many birds to see.
My stay from 3-7 March was so lovely. The apartment was beautiful clean and modern. Really recommend!

My family and I had a lovely stay at Montys maison. The house has everything you need and is very spacious, the beds were very comfortable. It is only a short walk to the amenities and beach. Will definitely return as we throughly enjoyed it.
Our first time to Filey and the cottage and it won’t be the last. From booking to arrival all the information was provided promptly and allowed a seamless arrival and stay. Cottage itself was clean, tidy and equipped with everything you’d need for a relaxing stay with WiFi connection easy. Location was superb with a short 5/10 stroll to the beach and then 15 into Filey via the beach with great walks and fish n chips. We stayed for Easter school holidays and were pleased with the cost and the quality of the accommodation. It blew us away when we walked in. Beautiful and just like home. Kitchen utensils just like you would have at home, I can’t think of anything missing I would need to cook a meal. The washing machine is not a dryer also so beware as you cannot peg out so drying clothes could be an issue. The facilities were brilliant, best swimming pool we have been in on a holiday. Overall highly recommended.

Can't fault anything from start to finish there was excellent communication and guidance from AB holidays with details on how to enjoy the sandcastle, perfect spot with ample nearby spots for parking. Great facilities on site, didn't use the gym or pool on this visit as recently broke my wrist so had an arm cast on. Luckily my sister and her family were in a close by house and supported me and my daughter with transport and daily outings. Lovely weather which always helps. Having stayed at the Bay, Filey on a number of previous occasions I already knew that the location was perfect for visiting the East Coast resorts. New England Cottage was easily located and tge adjacent car parking was perfect! The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed. It is very spacious and was clean and well looked after. We were a family of 7 plus a small puppy staying for a week and we all had a great time. The weather worked well for us and we found we were outside for most of the day! The onsite facilities were good though we didn't use the pub, I'm afraid that the online reviews of the food and the prices of the drinks put us off, though that didn't stop us from having a good time. Our puppy enjoyed her first time on the beach - it was glorious to have so much space for her to run and have fun too! Excellent communication and customer service from Anchor Bay Holidays from booking to departure. This was our fourth visit to The Bay but first time booking through ABH and we would definitely do so again. Low Lake Lodge is well equipped and was warm and comfortable. The layout with two en-suite bedrooms is ideal for two couples holidaying together. The lodge overlooks a lake with outdoor seating area from which you can enjoy stunning sunsets. Plenty of parking available and decent Wi-Fi.
We wanted a break away from home. The Bay is a lovely destination and Sea Shells cottage surpassed our expectations. Look forward to another visit.
Great place to stay, immaculately clean, has all that you need for an enjoyable stay. Just one thing leave the outside light on in winter for check in difficult to see key box numbers in the dark!
The cottage was lovely and spacious, comfy beds and a well equip kitchen. There were a couple of things that could have been checked and improved such as the cleanliness of the downstairs toilet, empty salt and pepper pots and no hand wash in any bathroom which is not something i expect to pack for a weekend away. also we couldn't find the TV remote for the twin bedroom. not the owners fault but on site the EV chargers weren't working and half the arcade machines didn't work either.
Great location with great views. Easy accessibility to the beach only a 5 minute walk. Everyone friendly in the village. Kitchen was very well equipped for everything we needed and more. Lovely comfortable beds. Little dusty in the bathrooms. And a few of the insides kitchen cupboards were sticky. Would definitely stay again and although we stayed for Xmas I bet it's an amazing house to stay in at summer with the bbq.

We have just returned from a wonderful weekend away staying at Walkers Way.From the moment we stepped through the door, the property was warm, and exceptionally clean. It met all of our needs, and the kitchen equipment was second to none, “it’s the best one yet” (we have been using The Bay for many years)
We normally spend our staycations down South so it was great to explore the Yorkshire coast. The house was lovely for the 5 of us and our dog. The kitchen was better equipped than most holiday lets. We had a little trouble with charging the electric car but managed to sort it out. Great location to explore the area and the easy access to the beach was fantastic.
Lovely cottage, clean and comfortable. Very well equipped. We stayed with 7 adults, a 4 year old and a baby and there was plenty of space for everyone. The cottage was decorated for Christmas. There is no designated parking, however, there is a carpark very near by. Would not hesitate to stay again.
The accommodation was as described and well equipped for an enjoyable stay near Filey. The best part was the perfect access to a wonderful stretch of beach. We didn’t use the leisure centre or eat in the pub but could see both were popular. We hope to return in the near future.

Whilst this was not the property we booked,we were very happy with the house,lovely position,clean and comfortable. Everything we could need was available. Our only disappointment really is the late check in.especially in the winter months these late check in times meant we are left waiting all day to get into the property it is practically night ,the cleaners were late,they said it was because the previous people had left the property quite dirty,but they didn’t actually start to clean the property while after two.
