Really enjoyed our stay at Puffin Pad was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. The layout of the property was perfect, and the little touches the hosts made to make our stay perfect was lovely. Would go back again in a heart beat. Beach is a short walk away. Lovely and peaceful place was just what we were looking for.
Super cottage very well equipped. Great for our needs and excellent value for money. Near enough to Filey for us to meet up with family.
Great property and location with amazing views. Could have done with hand cleanser soap in the toilets or make visitors know to bring as everywhere we’ve been before it has been provided also best to bring washing up liquid as again only a tiny bit left in bottle provided but apart from that all good

We've been to Filey cove bay 4 or 5 times over the years and really enjoyed ourselves but found this to be our best so far. When cottage was fantastic. It had everything you could ask,the location was spot on and private. Room great size, kitchen great We will be back at some point. Andy
Everything you need for a Yorkshire coastal break - super cottage, swimming pool & pub on site. Walking distance to 5 mile wide sandy beach & cliff top walks. Walking distance to Filey. Easy reach to Scarborough, Flamborough Head, Bridlington, Whitby etc. Highly recommended.
We had a fab week away when we stayed at ‘Anchor at the bay’. The cottage was gorgeous and had everything you could ever need. The patio doors opened onto a lovely grassed area for quickly letting the dog onto but 5 minutes round the corner was the wildflower meadow and the lake that we walked round too. Beach access was great. We also did archery which was great fun even though it got a bit competitive . Highly recommend Anthony and Anchor Bay Holidays
Amazing property home from home Very spacious house all the amenities you need beds very comfortable would highly recommend The Tidal shack and look forward to coming back not only this house but Filey with its local shops and locals so friendly 10/10
Great apartment,ideal for 2 of us and our pooch.Spacious and a good location.Only negative was it’s a first floor apartment so no allocated outdoor space.We will return but in a ground floor apartment.
Newts Place was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. Well equipped and just across the street from the Pub, cafe, shop and amenities. Bit of a walk to the buses to Bridlington, Filey or Scarborough, I have mobility issues, but you could leave the car up near the entrance which we did. Not far to walk to the beach either. We enjoyed our stay there and will look to go back at some point.I Our only gripe was there was a lot of flies and could have done with a fly swat, had to get fly spray but was useless, dont know if it was us, as we did sit outside with patio doors open. We have been visiting The Bay since it first opened and return every year. Arthur’s Retreat was one of the best . Everything was spotless, comfortable beds and sofa. The kitchen had everything you need. Communication with Anchor holidays was excellent. Will certainly be back soon. Thankyou
The property was better than expected and the photos do not do it justice . Absolutely fabulous house with so much space and everything you need for break . Spotlessly clean yet family friendly. Regular communication from the owner kept us up to date. Overall excellent in every aspect.

This is a lovely comfortable holiday home. Ideally situated on the Bay development for all the amenities and a short walk to the beautiful beach of Filey. The cottage is equipped with all the necessary basics plus a washing machine and dishwasher. Free WIFI available. Plenty of towels and the beds very comfortable. A useful file with information about the Bay and surrounding areas is also available.
Bliss On The Bay is a lovely presented, cared for apartment, it's nice to have a place where everything is clean, well maintained and works. Anchor bay seem to be all over the organisation of the whole thing, well done. The only negative is the bed which is literally rock hard and caused both of us various back and leg pains every night, although they were soon walked off to Filey !! We see it's an orthapedic mattress with a thin topper on, but it either needs changing or a substantial thick topper putting on. A dishcloth and more crockery would be helpful to save having to put the dishwas...more
We would visit again short break close to home, nicely furnished and coordinated, everything there we could possibly need in the lodge
We booked the flat to meet up with my daughters for a birthday weekend. The area is great for roaming around, including incredible beaches and the park was well kept and clean.
We stayed in Anchor Bay with our little boy and had a great time. The cottage was well-equipped and equally well located and we liked how close the pub was for food and drinks. The pool on site was also great, as was the park. The beds at the cottage were extremely comfy and we slept well. A great stay and we're looking at going back with our large, extended family (30+ of us) next summer.
Had a great stay at Nantucket cottage. It was warm and cosy as it was quite cold for September. The cottage is in a quiet location and is very comfortable with 2 sofas in the lounge area. The mattress on the bed is very comfy as my husband usually struggles with this and the bed is king size. The refurbished bathroom is delightful! The new shower powerful and lovely and warm and we had lovely big bath sheets which were hotel standard! A lovely holiday home, spacious and very comfortable. Close to all local amenities and plenty of parking. All necessities are catered for within the house. Only complaint is midway up the stairs is very creaky.
Can't fault anything from start to finish there was excellent communication and guidance from AB holidays with details on how to enjoy the sandcastle, perfect spot with ample nearby spots for parking. Great facilities on site, didn't use the gym or pool on this visit as recently broke my wrist so had an arm cast on. Luckily my sister and her family were in a close by house and supported me and my daughter with transport and daily outings. Lovely weather which always helps. This was our 2nd stay in 2 months. The lodge is immaculately presented with everything you need provided and spotlessly clean. Anthony at Anchor Bay Holidays provides an excellent service all the way through from booking to departing with emails and texts informing of everything you would need. It’s definitely 5 stars.
A very pleasant break, the property is very impressive and everything provided for you to make it a home from home. If the weather is not great we had lots of games provided in the property to keep you occupied. Even a leisure pass was provided for you to use the site facilities.
Had a lovely 4 night stay at the waves @ the bay, modern cottage well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable cottage enjoyed our stay, been many times before with other companies, love it here because of the dog friendly pub with excellent food

Decided to book a stay in Filey for the family, saw the property and decided to book which was an easy process. The pictures don't do Gingerbread Cottage justice - every room felt homely and my daughter loved the fact there was a bunkbed in one of the rooms. We enjoyed our stay and use of the facilities at The Bay and if we come back again I'd have no hesitation in booking here again.

Great house, location excellent, definitely recommend. Please be carful on the BBQ patio area some raised / rocky flags. Unfortunately no welcome pack which would be a nice gesture as most other places we've stayed you get one.
The house was brilliant, super clean and everything you could wish for was provided. Outdoor area was lovely with a field at the back. Would definitely return.
The cottage was lovely and spacious, comfy beds and a well equip kitchen. There were a couple of things that could have been checked and improved such as the cleanliness of the downstairs toilet, empty salt and pepper pots and no hand wash in any bathroom which is not something i expect to pack for a weekend away. also we couldn't find the TV remote for the twin bedroom. not the owners fault but on site the EV chargers weren't working and half the arcade machines didn't work either.
The house was ideally located and spotlessly clean, everything you needed was there. Although everything was there that was needed it wasn't what I would call a cozy cottage, just a little bit clinical for us. Note to owner: just need a larger rug in the living room with some non-slip 'grippers', lost my footing a few times on the small rug!

We have just returned from a wonderful weekend away staying at Walkers Way.From the moment we stepped through the door, the property was warm, and exceptionally clean. It met all of our needs, and the kitchen equipment was second to none, “it’s the best one yet” (we have been using The Bay for many years)

Spacious, well appointed accommodation. Great position on the site with ample open spaces and great views. Clean and well presented, upon arrival. The loose covers on the chairs, rather let the accommodation down, ill fitting, and unattractive. Kitchen well appointed, everything worked, and easy to use.
Excellent location comfy beds sofas a bit dated. Disappointed with food in bar and no other options for eating.
Short distance from the beach good standard of accommodation nice pub great food. The property I stayed in was pet friendly this allowed me to take my best mate.
I would highly recommend Bay Breeze, the cabin was very clean and comfortable in a good location. There were some minor issues that require closer attention, the kettle had a lot of scale in ( I purchased some descaler and sorted that out), the extractor grille in the large bedroom had a lot of fluff in ( cleared it best I could) and the cushions on the settee are starting to look a little grubby. These minor issues did not impact on our overall enjoyment of the cabin and we would certainly go again.
The apartment is warm, comfortable and very homely. The coffee machine is a lovely touch. The facilities on site are quite good. We were blessed with amazing weather and had a lovely relaxing break.
Lovely few nights at Admirals cottage, excellent location. Quite small, just about big enough for 3 adults & 1 dog. Wish the weather had been better!
A lovely large holiday home. It was everything in the brochure. Our only issue was the TV remote controls that didn’t seem to work in 2 bedrooms. We requested new batteries , which were dispatched quickly but this didn’t seem to be the issue. It was not a huge problem as we just operated the TVs in question manually. The TV reception in some of the bedrooms was patchy. Otherwise it worked really well for us & we would definitely recommend.
A lovely comfortable home. An ideal base to explore the east coast and Yorkshire wolds. Our two dogs loved the expanse of Filey beach and the walk around the meadow area. It was useful having the EV charger at the house which did the job, although a little temperamental. On the whole we had a great stay and would definitely recommend.
