Me and the hubby went with my son and daughter in law and grandkids for the weekend and the house was beautiful it was so clean and we was very impressed.It was a little walk to the pub in site which was very reasonable prices.

Really enjoyed our stay at Puffin Pad was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. The layout of the property was perfect, and the little touches the hosts made to make our stay perfect was lovely. Would go back again in a heart beat. Beach is a short walk away. Lovely and peaceful place was just what we were looking for.
We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It was really clean, fully equipped and the location was great. We would definitely stay again.

Wrens cottage provided everything we needed for us and our little pooch Alfie. The cottage was lovely and the location was very quiet which suited us right down to the ground. The beach was great although the steep slope down was daunting at first you quickly got used to it. Food and drinks at the on site pub were expensive so to be honest we never frequented it instead taking a short drive into Hunmanby village for a couple of takeaways and The Royal Oak pub ( just 2min down the road by car ) for a couple of drinks. Lovely, clean, modern 1st floor apartment. Well equipped for self-catering. Comfy lounge and very comfy huge bed, We had a problem with the shower temperature but after a quick call to Anthony, a plumber arrived the same morning to fix it. Short walk down to the most fabulous beach - up to 6 miles long at low tide! Great admin/comms throughout. Highly recommended.
Our third stay with Anchor holidays to The Bay and all have been perfect for us and our two dogs. The Life of Filey cottage is delightful, lovely decor throughout and spotlessly clean. Can highly recommend. Looking forward to staying again soon.
Very well kept holiday park in an excellent location, we particularly enjoyed walking down to the beach and up into the meadows. Kids enjoyed the pool too, although it could be brightened up a bit as it is quite enclosed with no windows. Handy shop and pharmacy on site, as well as a games arcade and lovely pub where you could also sit outside. We cooked at home most days, Ocean Cove property was spotless, comfortable and spacious, with bi-fold doors and a pleasant area to sit outside or to BBQ. We had a fab week away when we stayed at ‘Anchor at the bay’. The cottage was gorgeous and had everything you could ever need. The patio doors opened onto a lovely grassed area for quickly letting the dog onto but 5 minutes round the corner was the wildflower meadow and the lake that we walked round too. Beach access was great. We also did archery which was great fun even though it got a bit competitive . Highly recommend Anthony and Anchor Bay Holidays
We had a great 4 nights at seasalt cottage great Lochcarron.loved our daily walks to the beach where we were able to walk to filey Town in 45mins.Kids enjoyed the swimming and tennis.we had a nice spacious garden area we would return thankyou .
We stayed for a week and had a great time. The property was clean, well appointed and in a nice location. We'd stayed at The Bay before, but this is the first time we've booked with Anchor Bay Holidays and would definitely do so again. The level of communication in the build up to the holiday and during the stay was fantastic.
Puffin Lodge was well presented on arrival, the lodge was spotlessly clean and the welcome boxes were a really nice touch. Quality of all of the provided items was really high and within hours it felt like a home from home. Beds were super comfy and all rooms had a quality feel, tv's in each bedroom are also a really nice extra. A lovely few days spent at Arthur’s Retreat. Beautifully decorated home from home, we were so comfortable here and didn’t want to leave. It is situated in a fantastic position near the pub, shops and leisure centre. There is a beautiful walk to the beach but quite steep on the way back. Thank you. Will be back!
The property was better than expected and the photos do not do it justice . Absolutely fabulous house with so much space and everything you need for break . Spotlessly clean yet family friendly. Regular communication from the owner kept us up to date. Overall excellent in every aspect.
Excellent cottage lovely and clean with everything we needed. The only problem we had was that one of the outside benches was broken and my 2yr old grand daughter's leg slipped through it grazing her foot. I reported it straight away and someone was sent to repair it a couple of days later. I did read in the guest book it had been broken before and repaired in May, Hopefully the out door furniture will be placed as the table was also worse for wear with splinters, All told we would choose to stay in Aubergine cottage again.

The apartment was perfect for what we wanted. After a little struggle working out which was the door in we found it and was delighted with the cleanness and comfort of the apartment. It had everything we needed, even an air fryer. The location was great and easy to get to the beach and the facilities. We walked into Filey along the beach which only took 40 minutes and found an excellent pub for an amazing pie (Piebald Inn) 5 minutes drive away. Perfect location for a short break to the east coast for a couple. Thank you for letting us use your apartment.
Excellent property good position on the bay everything you needed was there (except a brush and pan) very clean and excellent furnishings one of the best properties we have stayed in would certainly return .
We enjoyed a very relaxing week at this property. It is very well maintained and in a lovely area! We have had a comfortable stay and enjoyed all that Bay Filey has to offer. Booking and correspondence were great. We had no issues during our stay!
We had a lovely stay at Puddleduck Cottage, the attention to detail ‘ducks’ from the owners was wonderful and very cute. Very well stocked kitchen and a hoover that was fab (always a bonus) The area was lovely with the small communal gardens where the kids were safe and made friends with the neighbours. The only thing I would have liked was more coverage on the windows as the blinds let in a lot of light very early during the summer months.
We had a fantastic stay in the Tidal Shack, The Bay. It was lovely, clean , spacious and had everything we needed . Just a short walk to the pub , shop , swimming pool and other amenities. Also a nice walk to the beach and a park for the children . We would definitely return .
This is a lovely comfortable holiday home. Ideally situated on the Bay development for all the amenities and a short walk to the beautiful beach of Filey. The cottage is equipped with all the necessary basics plus a washing machine and dishwasher. Free WIFI available. Plenty of towels and the beds very comfortable. A useful file with information about the Bay and surrounding areas is also available.
The location of this lodge on the Bay is great. The decking area gets the sun all day and we were lucky enough to visit on a weekend when the weather was on our side. It’s really peaceful and relaxing even though other lodges are close by. The layout of the lodge is great for small families and it’s well equipped. The decking area and outdoor furniture wasn’t as well cleaned as the inside but it wasn’t bad enough to justify complaining. As in most holiday places we have visited the bathrooms lack shelving for personal things, in this instance the mirror was unusable unless you were a child. The none slip bath mat for use in the shower had black mould on. For females the mirrors in the bedrooms were inadequate one was in a cupboard with no light or plug available the other in a corner over drawers but no plug available. Everything else was first class. A really well equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting/ dining area. The beds were excellent very comfortable and warm bedding. We recently stayed at Honeybee Cottage and had a brilliant time. The location is brilliant for trips to Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay and Flamingo Land. The house has everything you could ask for and more. We visited the onsite pub and swimming pool and both were enjoyable. The distance to the beach is great to enjoy full days or an evening stroll. The only suggestion I have would be to clear space in the kitchen for non essential items as we had no space in the cupboards to store food. Massive palce def my fav on the bay, very clean and large , some reviews moan about the pub prices but they are not bad at all for a holiday village pub and the food is amazing !
Can't fault anything from start to finish there was excellent communication and guidance from AB holidays with details on how to enjoy the sandcastle, perfect spot with ample nearby spots for parking. Great facilities on site, didn't use the gym or pool on this visit as recently broke my wrist so had an arm cast on. Luckily my sister and her family were in a close by house and supported me and my daughter with transport and daily outings. Lovely weather which always helps. This was our 2nd stay in 2 months. The lodge is immaculately presented with everything you need provided and spotlessly clean. Anthony at Anchor Bay Holidays provides an excellent service all the way through from booking to departing with emails and texts informing of everything you would need. It’s definitely 5 stars.
We were apprehensive as don’t usually book pet friendly accommodation at The Bay but do visit regularly and this was a last minute booking. We needn’t have been. The cottage is absolutely excellent, very clean, comfy beds and lovely big bath for the kids, they loved it! All kitchen equipment you could need and little outdoor seating area. We found the location to be nice and quiet too. Thanks for a brilliant stay, we hope to be back!

Had a lovely 4 night stay at the waves @ the bay, modern cottage well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable cottage enjoyed our stay, been many times before with other companies, love it here because of the dog friendly pub with excellent food
The flat was lovely. Clean and very comfortable. Much better and more spacious than in the pics. We really enjoyed our stay. The whole village was impeccably clean and well organised. Great access to the beach. Plenty of parking. Don't rely on the shop for supplies, as it was very basic. Proximity to Filey town was a great bonus.
Decided to book a stay in Filey for the family, saw the property and decided to book which was an easy process. The pictures don't do Gingerbread Cottage justice - every room felt homely and my daughter loved the fact there was a bunkbed in one of the rooms. We enjoyed our stay and use of the facilities at The Bay and if we come back again I'd have no hesitation in booking here again.
Our family had a lovely stay at “A Wave from it all”. We found the holiday home to be well equipped, clean and comfortable with a good shower and a large outdoor space shared with the other holiday makers in surrounding properties. We were grateful for a few thoughtful extras - use of the washing machine and clothes horse, a football and pop up net for our son, a little step to facilitate our toddler using the toilet. Lovely cottage well equipped and comfortable. The bay is ideal for families with plenty of facilities. Great to have unlimited Wi Fi for the children. Lovely beach and easy access from the bay down onto the beach.
Great house, location excellent, definitely recommend. Please be carful on the BBQ patio area some raised / rocky flags. Unfortunately no welcome pack which would be a nice gesture as most other places we've stayed you get one.
We've stayed in this cottage a few times, but this was the first time staying through Anchor Bay, and the cottage had improved massively and well refurbished throughout. The customer service we received through Anchor Bay was excellent, we were well informed or arrangements ahead of our stay and even during the stay. It was excellent value for money, and one of our favourite holidays we've had in Filey. Highly recommended and would use again, hopefully next year!
We are regular visitors to shell cottage and over the years many happy memories have been made. This time was no exception. Shell cottage is comfortable and homely and has everything you need for a family holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our walk to Filey (3 miles along the beach) and we had a glorious few days on the beach building sandcastles and paddling in the sea. We also went swimming, went to the amusements, and got ice cream sundaes from the pub on site. A fun packed weekend! We can’t wait to visit again soon.
The house was brilliant, super clean and everything you could wish for was provided. Outdoor area was lovely with a field at the back. Would definitely return.
The cottage was lovely and spacious, comfy beds and a well equip kitchen. There were a couple of things that could have been checked and improved such as the cleanliness of the downstairs toilet, empty salt and pepper pots and no hand wash in any bathroom which is not something i expect to pack for a weekend away. also we couldn't find the TV remote for the twin bedroom. not the owners fault but on site the EV chargers weren't working and half the arcade machines didn't work either.
Arrived as per request walked in to swarm of flies had to go out and buy fly spray continued to use for the two nights there . Shower filter not cleaned for months (have photos ) and the cubicle still had hair in not been cleaned well to say leave at 9.30 and not allowed to arrive till 3pm leaves good time for a clean bath loose from the wall . Downstairs bedroom blind broken we fixed it so noone see in should have been picked up by cleaners Plinth in kitchen kept falling down Kettle needs descaling it's not pleasant Location is very good the beds are comfy. We enjoyed a really nice stay with exceptional weather. Comfortable accommodation in the Bay. This was our second visit. We brought my grandaughter who is 14 and it was nice that she could go to the shop alone with no fear. Very safe place with all nice people around. Look forward to a further holiday at the Bay.
We have just returned from a wonderful weekend away staying at Walkers Way.From the moment we stepped through the door, the property was warm, and exceptionally clean. It met all of our needs, and the kitchen equipment was second to none, “it’s the best one yet” (we have been using The Bay for many years)
Spacious, well appointed accommodation. Great position on the site with ample open spaces and great views. Clean and well presented, upon arrival. The loose covers on the chairs, rather let the accommodation down, ill fitting, and unattractive. Kitchen well appointed, everything worked, and easy to use.
Short distance from the beach good standard of accommodation nice pub great food. The property I stayed in was pet friendly this allowed me to take my best mate.
A lovely cottage with all you could need. Beds were fairly comfortable. Parking accessible at the back of the cottage. The swimming pool was busy so be prepared to wait sometimes but it was only 10 minutes. We couldn't get on the tennis court but we didn't try to book early. Fab location in terms of being able to walk onto the beach. I'm sure we will be back.

Anchor Holidays have been brilliant supporting our holiday in a great property with fantastic location. It’s been a family holiday enjoyed by all - we will definitely be back to Echo House.
Everything in Admirals Cottage was as expected, the only problem was finding the house as there are no signs that we could find that show the road (need sign erecting for Perrin Court )
