The Lodge was absolutely stunning. The scenery and location was beautiful. I loved waking up and just seeing the river right outside. You can see they put time and effort with the decor on the Lodge as it was beautiful. It is great for a family getaway as there lodge is in a great location. The staff are so friendly and helpful with my booking too. I highly recommend to stay in this lodge. I will definitely be booking again!
Loved every minute. Slipway for my small fishing boat was 30m away. Moored outside the property and secure in a marina. Lodge was everything we needed straight to hand. The view from veranda first thing in the morning was birds boats and sunrise,Simply gorgeous. Thanks to Tina for making us welcome. And the biscuits and dog treats were a nice thought. We have some lovely memories.
We have just had a very enjoyable short break at River Bay. As a wheelchair user the access was very good and access to fishing very good. Only suggestions would be - if you need it - we took a frame for the toilet and raised toilet seat as not provided. Also bed raisers as bed a little low. A spare toilet roll was not provided although the co-op was nearby. I was unable to work out how to work the hob( that’s probably my fault) so a small instruction sheet could be useful. But overall a superb lodge and perfect for a break on the Broads.
We have had another fantastic, relaxing stay with Norfolk holiday lodges. It was our first stay in Natures nook after 2 stays in river retreat and have already rebooked for next year for Natures nook and the beautiful new Ferry lodge, which i had a sneaky peek at Natures nook is on the main river with wonderful views and lots of wildlife. We come to Brundall to fish and chill. Which we certainly did. We saw families of swans and cygnets (very inquisitive), ducks, the heron was a frequent visitor and a kingfisher. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped lodge, providing everything we needed for a short break. Would stay again.
We had a lovely break staying at River Breeze and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The lodge has everything you need. The beds are so comfortable. The location is perfect, it’s such a relaxing place to stay.
1st time stay at River View and we were well impressed, nice big frontage as you go through the gate, once inside the lodge it becomes clear as to why this holiday home is so popular, everything is laid out so well. living room,bathroom and bedrooms are lovely.nice outside decking area to sit and watch the world go by ( weather permitting ) great team running the site especially Tina ( manager ) and Chris the maintenance man. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved it. Would definitely stay again.
