Wonderful week at the Cottage very relaxing loved seeing all the wildlife on the fields especially the hares. Cottage was lovely and clean and very well equipped. No doubt we will be coming again.
We love lowerwood farm, we've just stayed for the third time and we love it. The facilities are great- we used the pool at least once a day, the games room is amazing with a great choice of activities. The cottages are lovely; very well equipped with the little touches that contribute to a stress free stay. We are considering returning next year. Thank you Gill!
The property was excellent especially for small children, the play barn was crammed with toys and there was also table tennis, pool and football for the older children/adults. There was a selection of bicycles to use and swings etc, it really was well thought out. The pool was a real bonus. This property has been well thought out and we would not hesitate to book it again.
We have been visiting Lower Wood Farm for many years and keep coming back as there is something for every age. Getting sole use of the pool each day is a big draw and I love the way that you can book ahead and plan your day around your time slot. Jill works hard to make sure that the bookings are fair to all. The kids love access to table tennis, pool, and table football but there’s a great range of activities in the play barn for all ages. Highly recommend Lower Wood Farm cottages definitely have the wow factor! Absolutely everything you need for a fabulous family holiday. It’s very quiet and a perfect safe location. The facilities are brilliant for young children and early teens ,with bikes, footballs, pedal toys and the play barn is like a toy shop. The swimming pool is lovely and warm and well maintained. Lower Wood Farm was a perfect base for a family with children. The cottage was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The swimming pool and huge play barn were highlights, ensuring the kids were never bored either side of our day trips. Jill on site was always helpful and friendly and I have no doubt we will rebook again in the future.
