We loved staying at this beautiful house. It is so well designed with open plan living space which makes the most of its fantastic location with views of the loch from the sunny terrace and garden. The quality of the furnishings is first class and the service from the owners and Highland Perthshire Holiday Home’s was superb. Our 2 Irish Setters has a wonderful time too - fully appreciating the great local walks. Thank you for letting us stay in this fabulous property. Matthew and Lynn Morris
The house was amazing and the views of the lake heavenly. Would definitely recommend to others and will come back!
The more we stay the more we want to comeback to this home from home. Everything continues to be of the highest standard of luxury and comfort .
We had a wonderful stay at Ben Macdui. Good location to get out and about an explore Pershire. A modern and very well presented property with lots of homely touches. Beds were very comfortable and all linen was high quality and the towels were hotel standard. Having stayed in a few holiday homes around the UK we can honestly say that was the absolute best and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a beautiful house with amazing views.
We truly had an amazing few days at Tursachan. We were “WOW’d” from the minute we went through the gates. Everything about the house is spot on. So warm and comfortable with a truly luxurious feel to every room. The Hot Tub was of course a big hit with us all of us esp our 2 teenage boys . The garden is great for dogs and the walks up on to the Rob Roy way go straight from the doorstep. That for us is a huge bonus with 2 active dogs to be walked. It feels so remote (which we loved) with stunning views from the hot tub yet only 3 miles from Aberfeldy and Kenmore. Aberfeldy and t...more
We had a short break. The location is more than lovely - it is tremendous. The view is of the loch and hills and not only do you see across the loch but also down the length as well. The house is sun drenched for most of the day and yet it can stay cool with the door to the balcony at the front. The wildlife is accessible as the lochside is across the quiet road and short shoreside. There is a jetty which takes you further into the loch and there are views of the Lawers ridge. The road is not a concern. It is a rural setting and the main communication link for all the community. We d...more
Stayed for a week at Tarmachan with my wife and two daughters, and it was simply one of the best holidays we've ever experienced. The property was clean, extremely well equipped, with dedicated parking and in an utterly delightful location overlooking Loch Tay and fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and countryside. Plenty to do around Loch Tay, with a boat trip courtesy of Loch Tay Safaris, plenty of hill and forest walks, and the delightful Acharn waterfall. Also within easy reach of Killin, Kenmore and Aberfeldy, and ideally located for further afield trips to many great places...more
We really enjoyed our stay in your warm comfortable house. Plenty of space for our family. Beautiful area and the views from the house are wonderful. Would recommend to all.
This is the forth time we have stayed at this beautiful remote rural house with family or friends and once again it is one of the most chilled and relaxed places on earth. Stunning views, beautiful surroundings and very impressed with all the upgrades that have taken place since the last time we stayed. Will definitely be back ...... the best way I know to recharge your batteries.
Having previously stayed at the cottage over Easter, we returned for a four night stay and had a lovely time. The weather was fabulous and we definitely saw the area at it's glorious best. The cottage is very comfortable and in an excellent location for walks, sightseeing, restaurants, etc. As always the booking experience was very easy and quick. Many thanks to Angela for that. We will definitely return in the future.
A lovely flat right in the centre of Aberfeldy with great views to the countryside. Very comfortable and spacious
We were the first guests to rent the cottage. There were a couple of teething problems which were sorted out immediately by the owners who were friendly and very helpful. Puccini is a cosy cottage in a small village with many pleasant walks all around. The cottage is decorated and equipped to a very high standard and has a very homely atmosphere with the log fire on on a cold evening. We had a lovely Sunday lunch in the hotel in Weem, which we would recommend. Overall we had a very relaxing stay at Puccini cottage.
