Beautiful lodge in a lovely setting with views overlooking the hills. The lodges were extremely clean and spacious with all the amenities you need.
Modern lidge with full glass frontage. Taking in a beautiful vista. Dog friendly, our 2 Scotties sat out on the full length balcony, most of our stay. Plenty walks and places to eat, but mostly we relaxed and dozed and felt so much at home. The road needs attention, it's fairly steep and loose road metal. But wouldn't stop us going back.
Our third summer visit to The Stables. Once again Suzanne, the owner, is a superior host going out of her way to make us very welcome. She is extremely thoughtful by providing so many extras in her house, such as flowers, biscuits and many beverages. (The hanging baskets were superb) The house is so well equipped and it’s obvious Suzanne spends many hours attending to the house. The Stables is a 5 minute drive into Dunkeld, but the rural aspect suited our group. We always feel so relaxed whilst staying at The Stables.
The cottage is pristine, it has everything you need for the stay, looked like we were the first ones living in it. We felt like home, welcomed by Jenny who has been such an amazing host. Strongly recommended if you really wanna enjoy the best part of the heart of Scotland.
I honestly don't know where to begin with how lovely this house is! It is beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The views from every angle are amazing and the gardens are immaculate. The kitchen is absolutely amazing, it made cooking for 9 a pleasure. It is so well equipped, there is everything you could ever need. It even has two ovens and two dishwashers! the longhouse is really great, great facilities, almost like home. It's a bit out of the way, so you always need a car for activities. But it's totally quiet :)
Lovely big house, close to town centre. Enclosed garden and plenty of walks from the property. Would come again

We spent a wonderful week in Tatha View; at one point with six adults, two teens and two small dogs. There was plenty of room for everyone. The garden was perfect for the pups- with many walks right on the door step. The location is ideal for exploring Kenmore and the area. We walked to the Hot Box Spa at the marina and spent two hours relaxing in their steam room, hot tub and sauna - a few of us braved the slide into the loch. The girls enjoyed an SUP session too. We have stayed in Kenmore and River view cottage a number of times over the past 10 years, the house and location are great highly recommend!
Really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It is well appointed, clean and comfortable and we would like to stay there again sometime - probably a little later in the season when the autumn colours will be at their best. Here are the suggestions we have to make the quality of your guest's stay even a little better. Have a sign on the property itself to say that it is Ghillies Cottage - it is not obvious.
