Lovely clean cabin and site, very peaceful. Hot tub lovely. Staff very friendly. Will definitely visit again.
Lovely stay ..clean and comfortable only wish we could have checked out but later 11.30 am 12 maybe as check in after 3pm ..really enjoyed our stay will b back again
We have stayed at Flowery Dell a few times but this is the first time in Chestnut. We really enjoyed the newer lodge but we have a little more work to keep on top of it with carpets and having 3 labradors. Luckily our robot hoover we bring kept up with it. Being on the field the dogs could chase rabbits more efficiently. The patio area is lovely with a nice table and area with the hot tub. This will be our preferred lodge in the future if available. I think a few of the older lodges are due an update not we have stayed in this one.
Lovely stay enjoyed relaxing in the lodge and hot tub will be back again .. everything we need for our stay really enjoyed it really cozy
Me and my family had a lovely time staying at Wild Cherry lodge. The lodge was well equit with everything we needed. It was very clean and we all slept well in the comfortable beds. It was very peaceful and we loved seeing all the rabbits and squirrels running around. The hot tub was brilliant to use after a day of lots of walking. The kids were very happy that we could get kids channels on the sky box and that their was some board games for them to play. We also got a lovely welcome hamper which was much appreciated. Would definitely love to stay again as we had the best time.
On arrival we were welcomed warmly and were immediately trained by Pip the dog to play fetch. The lodge was surrounding area was spotless, and the view beautiful. Loved watching the rabbits, squirrels and even a fox. Everything was provided in the lodge. We had an Asda order delivered to the door an hour after arrival which saved us having to pack food. Well we're in Willow which was very private and not overlooked at all. The big question is would we return?...... absolutely!
Had a lovely stay at Oak Lodge,which had everything you needed .Lodge was very spacious loved the two stories.Beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet so had good nights sleep.The whole place is very well maintained.Lots of extras you can pay for if you would like them .We had the gas barbeque and extras for the dog which was good value .
As returning customers we cannot thank Michelle and her team at Flowery Dell enough for making our stay amazing. We choose Hawthorn lodge because of its location, views, tranquility, comfort and much more. The positives about Flowery Dell are too long to list however the negatives are yet to be found. We love Flowery Dell and will return soon
Had a lovely stay at maple lodge. Everything was clean, tidy and in great condition. Had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The welcome pack and treats for the dog was a nice touch. Some great walks in the area and the town was a short walk away. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Excellent place to stay, close to a few pubs with good beer and nice food. Hot tub is excellent. Would definitely recommend and I'm sure we'll be back.
After our fifth visit we enjoy the peaceful location of Flowery Dell and the facilities of the lodges,all are first class.We have already booked a stay for next. year
We booked the bank holiday weekend stay at Flowery Dell staying in Larch lodge. The area was lovely and quiet, a few lodges around a central area, none of the lodges overlooked the rear balcony area where the hot tub was. The lodge was really clean and had lots of extras in the property, like books, leaflets and magazines about the surrounding area. also a lovely little yorkshire hamper welcome box and a little dog welcome kit. Staff we spoke to were really friendly.
Loved our stay the lodge was the perfect retreat to relax and unwind , location was perfect , we had everything we needed in the lodge and more , the hot tub and sauna are the cherry on top of this deluxe lodge . Staff were warm friendly and helpful . Would recommend flowery dell to anyone looking for peace & quite . Lovely seeing the rabbits around the lodges too.
Lovely break in a lovely quiet area. Could not complain at anything. Excellent service as standard. Third time visiting. Only thing that could be improved is maybe some bikes to hire to enjoy the lovely countryside on your doorstep.
Lovely lodge on lovely site, staff very friendly and helpful, beautiful area . My wife has her 70th birthday next year and when I asked her if she would like to do something special she said go to flowery Dell so will be booking again
Yew lodge was perfectly clean and well equipped kitchen wise. The bathroom, shower room and kitchen look as if they've been modernised with new units but the shower itself was inadequate as it is such a small cubicle with a hand held shower head, the ensuite shower room is minute. There is a lack of storage in the bedrooms, clothes that didn't need hanging up in the wardrobe just had to be left folded up on the spare beds so good job there were only two of us. The decor in the living area is rather drab and dated. We had a lovely week and appreciated the welcome gift and while we would return ...more
Flowery Dell is faultless. From the minute you walk through the reception door to handing the keys back you are greeted with very friendly & helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I had to change my booking & they absolutely went the extra mile to help me out. The lodge was just perfect & spotlessly clean with everything you need & a lot more too. The hot tub was fabulous & the decking was great for just relaxing on & watching the wildlife. Would recommend flowery dell to everyone- nothing negative to say about it.
