We had such a lovely stay at Flowery Dell Lodge and honestly couldn’t fault it. The lodge was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The surroundings were peaceful and absolutely gorgeous, making it the perfect place to switch off and enjoy some quality time together.

Everything was clean, well looked after and welcoming, and you could really tell that a lot of care had gone into making the stay special. We had a fantastic time and made some lovely memories that we’ll always look back on.

We would definitely recommend Flowery Dell Lodge to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We’ll certainly be hoping to come back again! ❤️

This was our 10th stay at flowery dell (3rd in yew) The modernisation of the master bedroom was a welcome surprise. The whole setup here is fantastic- perfect to recharge the batteries. The staff are wonderful, from the booking - welcome - departure, everything is easy. The cleanliness really needs highlighting—it’s spotless, the hot tub service is twice a day, the groundskeeping- nothing is out of place, nothing is too much trouble.
In the 10 visits we have made, the standards have never slipped, not one bit!!!
We will be back!!!!

Second time we have stayed at flowery dell.
Lovely lodges and perfect setting.
The lodges are very clean and comfortable. Beds, and bedding are so comfortable.
The hot tub is immaculately clean and maintained daily.
Loved sitting in the hot tub watching the rabbits.
Staying at Flowery Dell is the most perfect peaceful place to stay and recharge when you have a busy life and job!

We travelled to here for our anniversary as a last-minute getaway. The lodge was generally clean. The hot tub was nice and clean abeit a bit open to neighbouring lodges. The bed was clean and comfy. The welcome pack was nice. It was 285 for one night and I just can’t get past the price, unfortunately. We have stayed over in the Lake District in comparable or slightly better lodges with the same amenities for less. If we had shared the lodge with another couple, we would say it would be worth it.

We absolutely loved staying at Flowery Dell last week! The lodges are very clean and maintained so well. The hot tub was the highlight for us and our children.
All staff we met were lovely and friendly and it really is peaceful and quiet, just what was needed. Not too far from Richmond itself but far enough out to feel away from the hustle and bustle.
We will definitely be returning.
Thank you!

I've stayed here numerous times trying a different lodge each visit & found this one the best all-rounder for views where ever you are inside & out, positioned low down & in the centre of the park.
I would highly recommend this lodge for this reason, or even any the other lodges & Flowery Dell if you are looking for a luxurious peaceful relaxing stay.

Yew lodge was perfectly clean and well equipped kitchen wise. The bathroom, shower room and kitchen look as if they've been modernised with new units but the shower itself was inadequate as it is such a small cubicle with a hand held shower head, the ensuite shower room is minute. There is a lack of storage in the bedrooms, clothes that didn't need hanging up in the wardrobe just had to be left folded up on the spare beds so good job there were only two of us. The decor in the living area is rather drab and dated. We had a lovely week and appreciated the welcome gift and while we would return to Flowery Dell it wouldn't be to this lodge.

We have stayed here several times now. Lovely quiet location, great place to relax and enjoy the hot tub.
First time we've stayed in Yew and although it didn't distract from our break, the interior of the lodge was a bit disappointing compared to the other lodges we've stayed in. It felt tired and in need of a refresh. Paintwork was chipped and marked, mismatched wallpaper in the main bedroom and the double bed was very creaky waking me up each time one of us turned over.
Would definitely stay again but not in this lodge.
Great customer service.

Really nice lodge, had everything in it we needed. Check in process very quick. Great private hot tub. Location was good, we walked in the area and drove to Aysgarth. Only thing we would have liked is some bigger size mugs and a smart tv for Netflix. It’s definitely worth a visit, I would recommend for a peaceful weekend.

Having spent 15 holidays including 4 at Christmas time, Flowery Dell is definitely our number 1 destination. We have stayed in Yew lodge 3 times now and it is a lovely lodge. It's smaller on the inside compared to the ones we usually stay in, but it's comfortable. The outside space really makes a difference and is ideal for us and our 2 dogs, who absolutely love their time here running around the huge field trying to outrun the rabbits.
Richmond is a 15 min walk away and from there you can do any of the many walks available. Most of the shops and pubs are dog friendly. There are 2 local pubs within walking distance of Flowery Dell, both are dog friendly. The George and Dragon is 20 min and the Holly Inn is 10 min away.
We highly recommend a stay at Flowery Dell, once you've stayed there you will return.
The Cullen family and their staff are wonderful. The fields and woodland which surround the lodges are kept immaculate and are the most beautiful setting for a relaxing and quiet getaway.
Again we highly recommend and give 10/10 across the board for these beautiful lodges, surrounding location and the staff.
Looking forward to our next stay in July.

Was great to be back at Yew Lodge again . Peace and tranquility, just while away the days watching the wild life amongst the beautiful tree lined scenery. My daughter and I go for a week to de- stress and enjoy time away from the noise and rush of daily life. It’s our little piece of heaven and lovely to go home to Yorkshire where we grew up .

Stayed at Flowery Dell again , this time in the Yew Lodge. Never stayed in the Yew before but have stayed in various other lodges at Flowery Dell. No complaints at all. There are a number of differences and comparisons to other lodges but nothing of a negative nature. The bathroom and en suite shower & toilet are smaller but adequate. Equipment is provided on the same level as other lodges. Balcony & hot tube area are spacious with an added inside seating area , Sun room.
Front balcony / seating area is a little shaded due to overhanging trees, but in the hot summer months i guess this would be a very welcome shaded area to sit. Another thoroughly enjoyable stay at Flowery Dell

Spent a fabulous long weekend at Flowery Dell with my hubby daughter and son in law and our Westie Martha From booking to arriving the information about the lodge facilities directions and lots of other tips was superb Flowery dell is pretty well maintained peaceful site and we loved that we could walk into Richmond We were greeted warmly at reception and upon entering our lodge there was a welcome park for us and one for Martha! The lodge is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need even books and games The weather made it as it was glorious so we spent a lot of our time in the fabulous hot tub we hired a bbq which was all set up on arrival and the hot tub is checked on twice a day from outside so is always pristine My only negative was a lack of storage in the second bedroom we would have benefited from a set of drawers apart from that it was faultless and we will definitely return

We had a lovely stay in the yew lodge. The veranda with the hot tub was fab and the little touches in the lodge meant a lot, a bottle of fizz for the birthday girl and a Yorkshire hamper with tea, coffee and biscuits etc. Michelle on reception was very friendly and we loved our stay! Can’t wait to return.

A wonderful few days away, in beautiful surroundings of woodland and fields. Met regularly on dog walks by the local wildlife. The lodge was so clean and private with the hot tub use daily. The staff were so pleasant as were the locals in the beautiful town of Richmond with it's castle perched on the hillside. Not far from the sales and other locations a short drive away. Plenty of places to eat and drink locally. We'll definitely return and look forward to it. Certainly value for money.
