Mon/Abi, Nina/David and staff/4 legged friends, thank you for a fantastic stay this week enjoyed by all with faultless service. You were there for us if we needed anything but got the balance spot on by giving us space for a truly wonderful family getaway!
The facilities are outstanding, and too much to take advantage of in the few days we were there - we’ll try and amend that next time.
The cake was delicious, and the fresh herbs and spices were a lovely addition to the BBQ food.
The site is stunning, and we are already looking for further booking dates - your charms worked :)
Our ninth stay in Cobnut, as welcoming and comfortable now as a favourite sweater. The amenities at this property cannot be beat: the views, the appointments in the kitchen and living area, the exercise room, the laundry - and the free firewood! A sudden hailstorm in May only increased our sense of cosiness in our snug cottage. The Barbour family consistently go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome and cared for. The location is superb for visiting Hidcote, Blenheim, Broadway, the Rollrights, the Tews, and many National Trust properties. We took in jousting at Blenheim, a wonderf...more
My husband and I loved staying in Beechnut at Heath Farm. I had stayed at the Farm about 10 years ago with my parents and thought of it often over the years. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, overflowing with flowers and those classic green rolling hills you envision when thinking of the English countryside. The cottage was a great size and had a particularly lovely bathroom and bedroom. Small touches likes sourdough bread and cakes baked on the property really made it special. You ca...more
Yet again another relaxing, peaceful but rather “soggy” week at Heath Farm. Enjoyed our evening hot tubs but only managed one wall this time due to the weather conditions. See you again next year.
Heath Farm is a beautiful spot in the heart of the Cotswolds, approximately 6miles from Chipping-Norton. My wife and I were greeted by Brian who helped us with our luggage from the car park to Hazel-Nut cottage. Being the wrong side of seventy was very much appreciated.
Brian gave us a very comprehensive brief of the layout and amenities, also a very detailed joining folder which we used considerably very useful for our successful stay at the cottage.
I would certainly recommend this family run business to friends and family.
