Warm greeting, friendly. Lovely welcome pack. Quiet relaxing environment. Great to see animals, apple trees and have the freedom to walk the fields as you pleased. Top notch decor and facilities in the barn. Non intrusive owners even though on site. Very clean and homely. Perfect stay.
We are returning guests but have never stayed in this barn. From start to finish, we had the most amazing, relaxing few nights away. From the home made cake, apple juice and eggs on arrival, to the perfect view from the hot tub. Sylvia is the most warm and friendly host without being overbearing. The barn was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Our 2 dogs loved exploring the enclosed garden and wandering down to the field and having a splash about it the river at the bottom. 10/10 stay as always and cemented for us why this is our ‘happy place’. Can’t wait to visit again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Cow Barn. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, plus 2 dogs. Super clean barn and lovely added extras! The hot tub was also an event added extra. Thank you so much!
We had an amazing time over New Year's, spending two nights in Orchard Barn. We were greeted by our hosts, who welcomed us and explained everything, then left us to our own devices, but were always on call should we need any help. The barn itself is easy to find, immaculately maintained, and in stunning surroundings. On arrival, we were met with a bottle of champagne, fresh eggs, milk, and a delicious cake. Our stay was cosy and comfy, and very relaxing. A short drive takes you across the border into Cornwall, and we had a great time exploring a few landmarks, including Tintagel Castle. On...more
