Wonderful place to stay with views of sea and countryside. Great walks along the coast and Tinners way and yet close to St Ives to enjoy eating out in many restaurants and pubs. Further afield Zennor is a must. We didn't bring children this time but noted they were catered for with toys and a pets corner. Also dogs welcome in some accommodation. Highly recommend.
We recently stayed at Trevalgan Farm in Cornwall with my mum and my dog, and we had a wonderful stay.
The location is excellent, with a bus stop directly opposite the property, making it incredibly easy to get around without needing to drive,.St Ives was just a short and convenient bus ride away, which was perfect for exploring the area.
Trevalgan Farm is exceptionally dog-friendly. Our dog was made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived, with dog treats waiting for her, which was a lovely touch. There is also a dog excercise field where she could run around and be her crazy self.

This was our 3rd stay at Trevalgan Farm, once again we couldn't find any faults or complaints. Every little attention to detail made our stay even more complete. The booking process, communication, welcome pack, and departure instructions are great. The stunning views, peaceful location, dog walking fields and children's games room fill your days. We will definitely return. The hosts are incredibly accommodating and welcoming.
The Stable is accommodation of a very high standard with dedicated parking
It is in a good location to explore West Penwith
The bus into st Ives from the door is an extra bonus
Our stay in the Hayloft was much too short, only 3 nights, but we definitely plan to return.
Everything in the apartment was spotless with all the kitchen features you’d expect.iin a self-catering holiday.
The milk in the fridge and a supply of fresh eggs was a nice touch.
Overall a wonderful but short experience.
We found the Carthouse perfect for our family, it was spotless, everything you needed to make you feel like home, we had our daughter and two adult grandsons with us, so five altogether, also my daughter had her golden doodle., and our little service dog, there was plenty of room for us all.
Our son and his wife with a little grandson were camping in the caravan in the field next to us, they came over to have a meal with us all one night, it was fantastic, we would highly recommend the Carthouse, and I am a fuss pot where we stay!
