Nothing is ever too much trouble, great hosts, lovely clean and comfortable accommodation and lots of unexpected extras that make you feel welcomed. Took the dog for the first time and he was also catered for impeccably. Hopefully more again this time next year. A gem.

Absolutely fantastic property and location. Excellent for dog owners with private dog field and local walks. Very friendly host Russell and family always welcoming and can't do enough for you.Hourly bus service from property very useful in summer months. Altogether a fantastic holiday destination and will continue to stay each Year .

Located in a fantastic spot for coastal walks with great bus routes to return from walks, lots of extras offered to assist with your break, perfect to visit lots of Cornwall’s tourist spots and more importantly perfect for dogs!!

We had a great few days walking with our dogs, the location couldn't have been better. Easy access to The Tinners Way to get to Zennor or tother way to St Ives. The accommodation was very comfortable and relaxing and couldn't have chosen a more ideal location for our break.

Russell is always helpful and accommodating.
It is an ideal spot to travel out from or just to get into St Ives.

Returning for the third time Trevalgan provides yet again a 5 star destination offering everything we need to ensure a perfect break.Outstanding views in a tranquil setting close to all the amenities required but far enough away to ensure a relaxing holiday.The dog field close by is a wonderful bonus providing a safe environment for our much loved Welsh Terrier Gryff whilst offering fantastic views of the coast line and sunsets to match any found elsewhere in the world
We really didn’t want to leave so already planning our next return

Always a haven away from it all. Great hosts who are always available but never impose. Comfortable accommodation whatever the weather. Lots to do around and about and great recommendations for tasting the local produce… it’s not the first visit and it won’t be the last. Thank you.

Our second trip to Trevalgan farm, this time staying in ‘The Parlour’ with two adults, two children and a 1 year old. So welcoming, was a dog friendly cottage but no evidence of this except for the hard floors which was handy with the little one. Kids loved playing in the park, cricket on the field and with the ride on toys. Also the games rooms is great for all ages. Super handy having the hourly bus to St. Ives so parking not needed and we also walked along the coast several times which is not difficult even with the children. Everything you need in the parlour, very comfortable and we will hope to be back.

We have been staying here for 14 years, which speaks for itself.
We can walk into St Ives or take the bus which runs hourly. No need to use the car if your family loves the beach and the waves.
Russell is very accommodating should you need anything.

I personally prefer this to St Ives as the seagulls are making such a racket at St Ives. There is a nice way to get to the coastal path from this place. Place is nice and comfortable with fast wifi and with a nice kitchen

We have just returned from an amazing stay at Trevalgan Farm. This place is amazing, such beautiful surroundings and so close to St Ives. A lovely walk across the fields or along the coast path. The little touches, dog treats, bowl and towel for the dog and cream tea for us and a lovely garden with views of the sea to sit in and enjoy it. All was thoroughly clean and the accomodation had everything needed for a great stay. Owners are on site if anything is needed.

We have stayed here for many years as a family.
It is well maintained, very clean and comfortable.
There is a regular bus service into St Ives whose beaches are lovely.
You can also walk into St Ives from the holiday barn.
I have no hesitation in recommending the Trevalgan Holiday Barn.
The Osbornes are very welcoming.

We booked the two bedroom Parlour which was immaculately furnished with great attention to detail. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed by a typical Cornish cream tea and fresh eggs (provided by our hosts own farm chickens) the freshest eggs we had experienced in a very long time.
Beautiful décor throughout the cottage added to our comfort and was very well equipped
Much to our dogs’ delight he was provided with a jar of treats a dog towel and water bowl a home from home
Being our first visit to Cornwall we could not have wished for a better location to explore its wonderful coastline all within a short distance a photographers dream for wildlife, landscapes, the historic Cornish Tin Mines and not to forget Murphy and Ernie the farm goats as can be attested to by my wife who came home with over 3000 photographs
On a practical note for those who wish to visit St. Ives the energetic can take to the coastal path from the farm or avail themselves of the shuttle bus which stops alongside the cottages
We take this opportunity to thank our hosts Russell and family for making our stay a wonderful experience and always being available without being intrusive we can’t wait to return

Highly recommend the cozy setting that is Trevalgan. Has everything you need in a quiet farm holiday. The place is spacious, comfortable bed and super clean! I also appreciated the biscuits and cornish cream upon arrival :)
