Great as always. Sam & all the team provide the best accommodation & everything to make your break away the best it can be. Have stayed in the lodge & Benthall house many times over past 10 years. Stayed with many different friends & I have to stop raving about it all or I won't be able to get a booking myself!
Stayed with my wife and 10 year old daughter, Sandpiper was perfect for a 3 night stay. Really cosy but plenty of room in the shepherds hut. Stargazing through the glass ceiling with our daughter at night after pizzas on the log fired oven and a hot tub a total highlight. Great memories. Seemed to have everything we needed, big comfy bed, cosy log burner inside when the weather got colder on the last night. Beautiful views our over the fields to the coast and Beadnell Bay. Short walk into the village to a couple of good pubs and close to the beach so location is great too. Only thin...more
Enjoyed a lovely weekend here with 2 dogs. Absolutely brilliant! Couldn't fault the place. Will definitely be coming back!
Benthall House is a large, spacious well-equipped detached holiday let with views straight out to sea from near Beadnell harbour. We were short of nothing inside the house and it is very close to lots of interesting places. There are plenty of walks and cycle routes in the area too. Just a note that at present (Jan 2025) there is no local shop in Beadnell - the nearest is in Seahouses, but this wasn't a problem once we knew. The owners were excellent in their communications and we would definitely recommend this property and return ourselves.
Lovely cottage. Really cozy with fabulous views from the garden. You can watch the sheep in the field going about their day or marvel at the fabulous views. Very comfortable beds and linen and everything you could need. Highly recommended.
I strayed here for 5 nights with my grown up children and their partners and my grand daughter. It was almost perfect for what we needed.
