The property is perfectly positioned for proximity to the town and local shops and restaurants. We love the beachfront location which allows regular dips in the sea and beautiful views especially from the master bedroom. We’ll definitely be booking again. More comfy dining chairs would be appreciated but definitely wouldn’t put us off a return visit!
The Snug is a very pleasant, clean, comfortable 2-bed bungalow with its own little garden. It is conveniently located for the beach, the bus stops, the shops and cafes
This bungalow offers everything that you would need for your holiday. Very clean.we have dogs and it was good to have a decent hoover. Fantastic outside shower to clean the dogs. Really impressed.
What a really lovely house to stay at. It was exceptionally clean and tidy - and a really wonderful place to stay for a week or two. The location is perfect as a few minutes walk to all the East Wittering shops and beach. The bedrooms are lovely and the area we all spent most of the time in downstairs had everything in one room. The garden is fenced all around which was great for our dog so we could relax when he was in the garden. Can't wait to stay there again
This property is all about the location. It is right on the coast and has a great green between it and the sea. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants in East Wittering. Really, there's no need to use the car. In the week we were in Fairhaven, we only took the car out three times. Once to the Chichester parkrun, trip to Bosham and the other time to go to a restaurant further a field.
As above. Bedroom and shower downstairs quite cold spaces but otherwise just a lovely place to stay.
First visit to Seashells and it won’t be our last! Fantastic location very close to the centre, super facilities lovely enclosed dog friendly garden. Great cooking facilities, comfy beds and overall a great experience. Another year, another great stay at Sunnyside. This place is ideal for families or adult groups as there is plenty of space to spread out, either in the lounge/TV area, open plan kitchen/dining area or outside with lots of space for sun loungers and the games room with pool and darts. The upstairs bedrooms are more suited to the shorter people in the group as the ceilings are quite low in places. Apart from that, all the bedrooms are spacious with space for clothes and suitcases. Lovely apartment, and well equipped kitchen. Bottle of wine in the fridge was nice. Lovely sea view, access straight onto the beach. Was lovely hearing the waves and getting up every morning to the sea view. We had amazing sunny warm weather all week. The only negatives were they could do with blackout curtains in the bedroom as we got woken by the sun about 5am. Only about half a toilet roll in the bathroom on arrival. We had an amazing time, enjoyed the beautiful views which changed every day. Spent a lot of time on the comfy white swivel chair! Very convenient location, only a short walk from the local supermarket and restaurants whilst tucked away on a quiet private road. Direct access to beach meant we didn’t have to go too far nor use the car much. Perfect location if you are into water sports. We had a lovely week at this property in mid May. Lots of space, extremely well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. WiFi good enough to use for work. Amazing views from the upstairs bedroom and direct access to the beach. Very dog friendly. A few minor niggles with the property that I have flagged to the agent. Would return.
Our second stay at Sea Haven and once again we found the bungalow very comfortable and convenient for the East Wittering shops and beach.
31 Marine Close is a beautiful property in a perfect location with the beach and sea at the end of the well kept garden. We had a lovely week with three generations of our family. The bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds and a wonderful sea view from the upstairs balcony. The ground floor bedroom with en-suite was very useful for us. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a table and chairs inside and out on the terrace for 8 people. The sunken area in the garden made a lovely Prosecco pit! Sula cottage was very functional but not too cosy. Needed a few comfortable armchairs to sink into of an evening to read or watch TV ( a bean bag didn’t do it for us, but comedy gold watching my husband trying to get out of it!!) The kitchen needed a few more wine glasses and new mugs would have been good AND a teapot would have been great too! But overall, very neat and tidy in a superb location of walking distance Wittering beach and a village pub. Perfect for a long weekend!
A delightful week, the family all eager to return next year. The layout of The Breeze ideal for our famliy on 6 aged 7 -77. Just wish we could bring the dog too.
It was our second time staying at 4 Elms Way. We are a family of 6 adults and two small children. The property is light and spacious, with a large, secure garden. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and there's a washing machine and dryer. We had a couple of issues that needed attention, but Bailey's were very efficient in getting these sorted out. It's about a 20 minute walk to the beach. With both children in pushchairs that's no problem. Recommended.

All though the weather was not on our side, we had another lovely stay at Marineside. Every time we stay here, its like sling on an old pair of comfy slippers. All three of us feel at home and can relax and enjoy the amazing view. Thank you again for making our week away special. See you again soon.
Tofts is great - fantastic location and brilliant house. I would agree with previous comments on the showers, but other than that it's Top at Tofts.
We were fortunate enough to book 9 nights. The house is well equipped, has plenty of space, comfortable beds, a huge eat in kitchen and a fantastic garden. The house is a right by the creek and is perfect for swimming at high tide and paddle boarding.
We love Cockle Beach House perfect for our family, fab location, everything we need and we are planning to go back every year!
Have stayed at Solent Road many times. It’s a lovely comfortable house, well equipped and near to the beach. Owners have made this house very welcoming. Lovely stay here as always

Stayed at 5 Coastguard Cottages with my son, daughter in law and. two grandsons to celebrate my 80th birthday. I was born in Wittering and my brother used to have a boat just near and go sea fishing. My aunt rented one of the cottages many years ago as well, so I know the area. We all loved the cottage and I had the wash house, seeing as it was my special birthday! Fabulous place, loads of character and beautifully decorated, very stylish and practical. A traditional little cottage with everything we required included. Lots of basics such as a few dishwasher tabs, condiments, surface cleaner etc. The beds were very comfortable, with loads of pillows. The area is just amazing, so many places to wander to and a lovely walk to the fab sandy beach. It’s about a ten min walk to the rest of the village with a small shop, coffee house, pub and butchers. A great bus service takes you on a 5min trip to all the shops and beach of East Wittering and the further on to the amazing town of Chichester, well worth a visit. A fabulous return visit for a much needed reset from the demands of life. 5 Seagate ticks all the boxes for us: Clean, comfortable, homely, welcoming. Everything we need for a self catered break. We brought books and puzzles, but spent most of the time gazing out to sea and soaking up the beautiful view. There is something quite special having the sound of the waves help you drift off to sleep.
We returned with friends for our fourth long weekend at Saltwater. The beachfront location with sheltered garden was again perfect for us, helped by fantastic weather!
Lovely light spacious house in good location. Suspect would be too hot in heatwave as no blinds or shade. WIFI can barely cope with one computer and dipped in and out.
This is the 3rd time we have booked this property and again we found it well equipped, warm and comfortable. Parking for 2/3 cars and we liked the new resin drive. There is a good size back garden for the grandchildren to play in. Location great only a few minutes walk to the beach. Only a couple of points I notice that the blind in the twin room upstairs is still not fixed. Despite the note saying a new blind is awaited but 3 years and still not fixed!! We have been staying in this property for 12 years now and are very happy with Baileys the Agency and are still very happy with the property, on arrival it was spotless. We love the location and the views, we probably couldn't get any nearer to the beach and sea and love to watch the swimmers, surfers, paddle boarders and all of the families on the beach. We are 5 minutes walk from the village which has a good variety of shops and restaurants and can also walk from the front of the property along the beach to West Wittering, there are lots of places around to visit if you wish but this time ...more
We love staying at 1 Gee Gee mainly for its location. It is not the smartest or the most comfortable or on the seafront but the basics are all there. The location is quiet, within easy walking distance of the village centre and close to the sea. The choice of books is stupendous and eclectic. The rent is reasonable. We spent much time reading - by the sea or in the sitting room. It is very pleasant to sit the in the conservatory and look over the attractive garden when the weather is not so good.. Jacknelee is perfect for a family with children. It's spacious, in a wonderful location and there's nothing fancy about it to worry about getting damaged! Downstairs has wooden floors and tiled kitchen and bathroom so spillages aren't a problem. If you're taking an under three year old you'd need to take folding step and toilet seat perhaps as these aren't provided. We were there for Christmas and our grandchildren stayed for one night. This holiday bungalow is lovely and spacious, with tons of character. It is just 5 minutes walk from East Wittering shops and the beach, yet it feels quiet and peaceful. We found the place very clean and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you'll need. There's a big garden and a large covered porch area, perfect for outside dining out on a sunny evening. The only downsides are the lack of a modern shower and no WiFi so we had to manage with phone hotspots etc.
