An absolutely stunning sea front property, The Breeze overlooks the beach and has panoramic views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight.

Immaculately finished inside and out, The Breeze is a perfect location at any time of year. Depending when you visit you could experience gorgeous beach summers, balmy autumns, crisp springs, or dramatic winter seascapes. Alternatively you might find the interior too inviting to venture outside. Stay inside and relax amidst the sumptously comfortable furnishings, lay back on one of the many sofas, and weather-watch in luxury.

The Breeze's generous ground floor layout has an open-plan living and kitchen area providing a beautiful and sociable space. The first floor has a full width, glass enclosed, south facing balcony accessed from three of the bedrooms.

The accommodation is incredibly spacious and has a terrific ratio of four bath/shower rooms and five bedrooms.

An unusual feature is the private sunbathing area on top of the sea wall for The Breeze's exclusive use, with steps leading down to the beach. The sea wall view extends all the way to Portsmouth and the Spinnaker Tower in the west.

Our favourite family and friends escape. Stunning views across to to IOW and the shipping lanes give loads of interest - the horizon always changing! Glorious views from the house ground floor and upstairs balcony. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Steep shingle beach but lots of flat sand when the tide is out. Sea wall private access “room” a lovely place to congregate. Newly decorated house in tasteful, neutral colours. Lots of separate areas for different guests to do different things - and oldies to get some peace!! Steps and access to top bunk bed is vertical and tricky to climb - owners advised. Lovely walks along the coast and short stroll into village and all its amenities. Fresh fish and ice cream plentiful!!! Just fabulous place to stay. We are returners and will come again

This property is in a fantastic location right on the beach and close to the village. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. Quibbles would be 2 tea towels for 10 people for a week is crazy - good job there was a washing machine! In quality self catering we have come to expect a minimum of cleaning products, dish cloths, scourer, kitchen roll, washing up liquid and some dishwasher tablets none of which were available. We had a great stay.

As above but very expensive when compared with the rental charge paid in 2019 and previous years for the same property. Even allowing for improvements and the affect of inflation (low) plus Covid.

The house is delightful and the whole family loved the proximity to the sea, the outdoor shower, lovely towels, space for everyone and the stars at night. Due to 'Covid-care', the one thing we were challenged by was making up the beds with sheets that were not quite the right size!! Hopefully the beds will be made up for us next year. Great stay, much enjoyed. I would recommend the house to other families.

This house is 5* and the location cannot be beaten. The balcony is perfect place to watch the sunset with a cocktail. Baileys were incredibly helpful and offer a simple refund policy for covid. We’ve already booked again & recommended it to a few friends.

Wonderful location, just wish it was a bit more affordable as this will probably preclude another visit.
Also ziplink beds would be much appreciated as an option - hence only a good for comfort as non-couples had to share a bed.

A week's stay with several friends - weather was generally not good but the spacious accommodation (and a jig-saw) meant all was well
Visit to Bosham plus a walk to the Ship at Itchenor (2 hours), supper at the Lamb and several visits to Russells meant the week flew by

This is our third stay at the Breeze, it’s a fab property for large families. The property has unrestricted views of the beach and balances well with just enough walking traffic going past, not to disturb our privacy.

The layout of the property has been well thought out and is furnished to an excellent standard of finish for a rental property.

In regards to value for money, the property is starting to show lack of attention to detail from our first visit last year 2018. These being items such as chips on china plates and dishes, utensils unwashed, fridge, oven and microwave looking well used, white bath towels with yellowing marks over them, sofas that haven’t been checked. We found the den sofa hadn’t been hovered under the seat cushions as there was food crumbs, a magazine and crayons down the back. Finally items such as complimentary soap in the bathrooms missing and some minor areas of decor were looking tired. For the money paid, which I have no issue over notwithstanding, it is disappointing to see the original standards not being maintained for a property of this stature.

Overall and excellent holiday and property. For the more elderly amongst us the baths might perhaps be fitted with support handles but that is nit picking.

Our family are able to be together at the Breeze as the fabulous layout of the accommodation suits us perfectly.
There are 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 Children who love the house. The location is fantastic and we all love and

We rented the house for a family get together to celebrate a late Christmas and a special birthday for me. There were 10 of us including two teenagers and two younger children. The house was ideal as there was plenty of space for the children to watch TV by themselves or use the game room . Our 4 year granddaughter is a dab hand at table hockey and football now! The bedrooms were lovely and the bathrooms exceeded expectation.

Perhaps the most important thing is the view and situation. Stunning!!

We hope to come back.
