This smartly modernised property is a short walk to the beach and equally close to East Wittering village with all its shops and cafes.

The interior is thoughtfully accessorised to make stays as easy and comfy as possible. It has an open fireplace and welcoming kitchen/diner, and the sitting room has inviting sofas, smart TV and DVDs, games and books, for winding down at the end of the day. Outside is a lovely compact garden, part lawned part paved, with relaxing seating and French window access from the house.

Lovely bungalow which had all we needed and is close to both beach and shops. Quiet location. Enjoyed a relaxing break.

We always enjoy our stay in East Wittering and this year was no exception. Weather not quite as good this year but still very enjoyable.

Lovely bungalow, clearly recently redecorated. Very clean and well decorated. Two double bedrooms and only one single could exclude some holidaymakers.

Lovely property and perfect for our family. 3rd visit to this lovely home and will book next year.
Cleaning could be improved in areas but apart from that excellent stay

Bungalow was ideal for our holiday, had everything we needed, well equipped, close to beach and shops and located in a quiet road.

I have already listed for Bailey's the broken and worn items that need replacing (e.g. leaking kettle).

Kitchen cupboards/drawers are stocked to overflowing so that so many utensils cannot possibly be checked for being cleaned to a high standard.

I would recommend this property once it has had a makeover.

Lovely comfortable property. Very well equiped with all you need. Lovely garden great for sitting out when weather good. Very close to the sea and village centre short walk away.
